Negative experience: Very bad behavior from call center and the dentist there as well, I do not recommend at all going to this dentist who misbehaved with us and badly managed my daughter’s case so that I sought the help of another center who solved my girl’s dental issue so professionally and was asking if we were actually seen by a dentist !!

Fantastic experience: If there are more than 5 stars I could have given it to Dr. Shaimaa I was suffering from a Dentophobia (Fear of Dentists) for more than 12 years using pain killers after having sleepless nights from my tooth and after several recommendations about Dr. Shaimaa I decided to go and Al hamd lelah she was perfectly managing it and now after 12 years I am able to go with trust to her in weekly basis to fix my dental issues. In addition to that my kids love her and they feel in safe hands she gain their trust too. Extremely recommended from all aspects.

Fantastic experience: دكتورة ممتازة قمة في الأدب ولديها ضمير في عملها جدااا وعيادتها منظمة من حيث المواعيد مع الأخذ في الاعتبار ان حجز موعد الاسنان يعتمد علي الانتهاء من الحالة التي تسبقك واسلوبها ممتاز في التعامل خاصة مع الاطفال حنونة وطويلة البال وهذا شئ مهم جدااا ابنتي عمرها ٦ سنوات وترفض زيارة أي طبيب أسنان آخر منذ التعامل مع دكتورة شيماء لا اواجه معها أي خوف من حقنة البنج واسعارها ممتازة ب المقارنة بعيادات الاسنان الأخرى.

Negative experience: Very bad experience with the reception itself.Went for an emergency for my kid. While seeing the kid crying with pain she was not even care and behave like we went for something free of cost..After waiting for 1 hour we leave the place without consulting the doctor.Not recommend this place because of the ill behavior..
