Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. First, the doctor made me wait for an hour. When he finally saw me, he was extremely unprofessional and started screaming at me. To make matters worse, he verbally abused me with disgusting words. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: I used to have a good experience with this dentist, but over the past couple of years, Dr. Saad’s care for his patients seems to have declined. He is consistently late for appointments—sometimes by up to an hour—without offering any apologies or showing concern. His demeanor also comes across as arrogant when speaking with patients. I feel for the receptionist, who is often left to make excuses for his tardiness. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this dentist anymore.

Negative experience: Me and my family trusted and loved dr Saad till recently when he failed to detect a bad abscess, cyst and molar infection, thought I went to him two times in intense pain and though he took x rays. He knew I went to neurologists who thought I had trigerminal neuralgia and put me on controlled drugs for five months because I assured them my dentist told me I have absolutely no infection. Finally I went to India where they discovered what the real problem was and removed my molar and abscess. For five months I got addicted to opioid medicines because I trusted doctor Saad who I had kept in touch with about the wrong misdiagnosis of neuralgia as well. When I told his secretary to tell him what had happened, I didn’t even get an apology from him. I would not be writing this even though I suffered because of his lack of experience if he had atleast had the decency to say sorry. It’s been a nightmare and a traumatic experience for me and very painful. It saddens me that he’s not even acknowledged my pain and suffering due to his negligence

Fantastic experience: Me and my family have been visiting Smile Studio Dental Clinic for years now. We all are super happy and would not go to any other clinic. Doctor Saad and his team are amazing, they always give us the best advice possible, and always find a way to make sure we get the best treatment possible without spending extra for no reason. Before we came here we had many bad experiences with dentists in Dubai. His team is amazing, and we always have the best conversations. They all genuinely care about their customers. I recently got my Invisalign put with them, I only needed the bottom teeth done and Dr Saad made sure to do research and find a company that will facilitate that. There are a few comments saying that sometimes Dr Saad is late, however given the traffic it’s understandable, and whenever he is running late they have always informed us. I think that this is the best dental clinic in Dubai, and definitely worth bringing you and your family to!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment at 4pm with Dr Saad, upon my arrival the doctor was not in the clinic to my surprise. After waiting for more than 20 minutes in the clinic, his secretary informed me ‘Sorry sir the doctor is stuck in very bad traffic and he’s coming shortly ‘ Not knowing for how long more I needed to wait I left the clinic very disappointed Now 35 minutes after I had left I received a text message from the secretary ‘ Sir the doctor is now here and he’s asking if you can come now ´ I could not believe the doctor had turn up almost 01H00 late! to his appointment and moreover had the audacity to ask his secretary to text me to return to the clinic ! Disappointingly the doctor himself never made an attempt to call to apologize about the incident or even to reschedule, instead he left his poor secretary the embarrassment to make excuses for him on WhatsApp We all make mistakes and we can all be late at some point, but such a lack of ownership and accountability from a professional is frankly shocking .. UNPROFESSIONAL behavior at best, from a doctor in profession and very disappointing from a human level !

Negative experience: WASTE OF TIME…. don’t waste your time going to a dentist that literally doesn’t show up to his appointment. My wife and I had back to back cleanings booked with him 1 week in advance. We show up and the building is very dingy.. we sat and waited for 45 minutes while his poor receptionist was embarrassed calling him trying to find out where he is… I’ve never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for people’s time. There are plenty of other great dentists in Dubai give them your business this place is a joke

Negative experience: This clinic got my absolute disappointment! Waited for doctor for 25 minutes, doctor didn't show up, not responsible and not respectful to the clients time, just spend my time and money for transportation! And this clinic looks like apartment located in a very busy area.

Fantastic experience: I've had real issues with my teeth for a long time - a combination of night time teeth-grinding and having had a canine removed as a teenager. In particular, I've had a chip in my front tooth that I've had 'fixed' several times. Despite promises by various other dentists that their work would last 'at least a few months', it's at best taken a few weeks before the covering falls off and I'm back to having chipped and sensitive front teeth. I had given up at this point, repeatedly paying for a fix that lasted a couple of weeks didn't seem worth it. I went into the smile studio for a separate issue with a filling dislodging. Not only was that fixed, painlessly and in the same day, but the team finally managed to fix the front tooth. It's been 7 months now with no problems. I've had this problem for years and had more or less resigned myself to having a crooked smile and needing expensive surgery later down the line. Everyone at The Smile Studio is friendly, welcoming and helpful but more importantly they solved a problem I've had with literally dozens of other dentists.

Fantastic experience: Just got out from a treatment by this amazing dr, and his amazing crews. It was my first time here and was an amazing life-saving experience. Before this I was strongly told to get a root canal done by some other dentist, because I broke my old fillings on one of my tooth. However, I did not proceed. after some thinking and searching, i was fortunate to have found dr Saad clinic’s contact from an acquaintance. Thru dr saad, I found out that I actually did not need a root canal after all. He said that I just need to replace my old fillings with a new one. It was a relieved, not only he managed to save my very much alive tooth, but also I’ve found a genuine, honest, and passionate dentist who truly cares about his patients in dubai. I’m very grateful.

Negative experience: We have been trying to call this clinic for 2 days no one answers, they texted us mentioning that they found a missed call from us but stopped replying.

Negative experience: After having read all the positive reviews, I came to see the dentist here. Made an appointment in advance and arrived on time. Only to see that the dentist had accepted someone to take my slot, without informing me, and made me wait 40 mins. When I told the receptionist that I’ll leave because I was upset they had make me wait so long without having spoken to me first, the dentist then came out to apologize which was nice. I was too upset unfortunately to wait a bit longer. I’m sure he’s a nice guy but I felt that keeping a scheduled appointment waiting for 40mins (it might’ve been longer) was unprofessional. Especially since there was no explanation or apology in advance to say that the doctor will be late as he’s had to take in another appointment. It wasn’t even an emergency he was getting routine cleaning done

Fantastic experience: The whole experience was great. Starting with the appointment timing which was very accurate and the friendly welcoming when I first walked In . I Had my teeth cleaned and did one filling too. Doctor "Saad" did an amazing job where clearly quality work was a priority to him.He did an amazing job on the cavity I had and I didn't feel any pain at all during the whole thing . Adding to this the staff made sure to sanitize everything after the previous patient , which is usually a concern for me especially during the Covid-19 spread. Negative experience: I wouldn't recommend going to this clinic. The Dr didn't show medical profecessionacy or intellect as a dentist; he performed an extraction on a root canaled tooth, now I have a big hole in my jaw (the tooth was fine but he insisted on extraction) . Also he was whining at a later session saying I wasted him time in an indirect way asking about the teeth; what a shame from a doctor. If you want to go to a dentist who knows what he's doing, don't visit thus clinic.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Dr. Saad and his dental assistant the day I broke a tooth at work. They called me back immediately and were able to get me in that same day. Going to the dentist can be difficult. Especially if there are needles and drilling involved. Both of them offered excellent service. He explained what was happening to me at every step and made sure I was comfortable - as did his assistant! They also messaged me to make sure that I would be able to get there okay. I liked them so much that I went back for a whitening appointment, which I also came away from smiling. Service is efficient, precise, and affordable. I will go back many times!

Positive experience: I went here recently and was taken care of by Dr. Saad, He was very nice and efficient, precise in every way and a remarkable dentist. The location was also easy to find and not that hard to find parking near. The one negative: I found out about dry socket with the tooth I had extracted after I had left and now wish I had asked for something to clean out that area. In summary, amazing as a dentist but you might want to ask questions to make sure you know how to handle yourself post operation.

Fantastic experience: I had my vineers done here after meeting several other clinics. This is a place where you can get proper dental care away from all the commercial clinics here in Dubai. The doctor made sure that I was satisfied with the conclusions on how to treat my case, excessively explaining every step of the procedure and in a very comforting way, giving me advice at critical points and listening to my concerns at all times. The outcome of the procedure is excellent, my teeth look great and NATURAL. My wife did the whitening procedure, and it turned out amazing.

Negative experience: At the same date when I finished the whitening I rated the clinic 5 stars but now I'm changing it to only one star. In terms of professionalism they are very professionals both the doctor and the nurse. The clinic is very neat and clean, calm and accurate on timing. But in terms of treatment itself: 1. I had 4 white fillings replacement and they are great. no issues with them :) 2. When the doctor finishes the fillings he insert a carbon paper between the jaws and you close on it so he can check if the filling is good. Last 2 Molars got black stains from the carbon piece that I chew on that couldn't go away with brushing after i got home, and they are still there until now (black dots and lines) 3. My teeth whitening disappeared after one week and my teeth returned to the original color, even though I followed the instructions were i stopped consuming coloring food and drinks for one week. On top of that when I finished the whitening I discovered that my front teeth had been whitened from the edges only and the part of my teeth that touches the gum is yellow, and all my premolars and molars are yellow. So currently my teeth are half yellow half off white. Worst whitening I had so far. Don't waste your money on whitening in this clinic, do only regular dental.
