Negative experience: The doctor removed my wisdom tooth because I had sensitivity and pain without doing any Xray. She removed a healthy tooth with mild cavity. I am very disappointed with the new doctor, dr Divya Bas, hired by the clinic. I have been visiting the clinic for years because of the treatment reasonable price and doctor surla/ sarah who is very professional. She educates about the procedures to patients and gives great advise that is healthy for patient and avoid unnecessary expense. Most importantly she invests sufficient time in the patient and does small talk that is a great distraction to clam me during treatment. Going back to my resent experience the clinic management lacks due diligence and care when recruiting and training new doctors. It's been 4 days since treatment I am in pain still and knowing that the treatment was not even needed is giving me mental trauma.

Negative experience: On drilling 15 minutes in to removing my wisdom tooth, Dr Radhakrishnan said it won't be possible to remove it, as my pain was tremendous. Fine, I get it! But what surprised me more was he told me to visit another doctor to do this extraction. I felt that he didn't want to take the risk of doing it, and just washed his hands. Not professional at all; even after booking my appointment at 3pm, got to meet him only at 4:30pm. What's the point in taking the appointment then?

Fantastic experience: انا بكتب تعليق من قلبي … صار لي اكثر من 15 سنه اتعامل مع عياده ساره تحديدا مع الدكتور راداهاكرشنان وكل عائلتي نتعامل مع هذا الطبيب حتى لما غيرت سكني الى دبي كنت اروح عنده واخيرا غيرت سكني الى امارة ام القيوين . مع انه عندي تأمين صحي واقدر اتعالج في اي مستشفى بدون ما ادفع اي مبلغ ولكن صار لي كم موقف مع اطباء الاسنان واخرها قبل اسبوع لنا اخذت زوجتي الى مستشفى معروف في امارة دبي كان غباء مني ، ولكن قبل ماينتهي علاج زوجتي في هذا المستشفى صار لها مضاعفات والتهابات شديده قررت اوديها عند الدكتور راداهاكريشنان وفعلا ارتاحت من الالم .. عالجها وشخصها بكل صدق ووصف لها الدواء المناسب … اخذت عهد انه ماراح اروح اي مستشفى ثاني يتخصص بالاسنان حتى لو العلاج بلاش … وقررنا انه مستحيل نروح الا عند الدكتور راداهاكرشنان لانه افضل طبيب اسنان مر علي طوال هذي الفتره ….. انا انصح الكل يروح عند هذا الطبيب مع انه العياده متواضعه ولكن الخبره هي اهم شي شكرا لك دكتور راداهاكرشنان

Positive experience: Reasonable price but was not effective treatment as I had pain even after the the given time. Doctors are polite and soft. Timing is 9 to 8.30. No appointment are taken over the phone.

Negative experience: Worst Receptionist .very rude.came around 3.40 pm with my elder daughter as there were patients and we wanted to do blood test for my younger daughter as she told that it will take 1hour for our number to see doctor so we told her to book appointment for elder one we will be back in 1hour.when we were back she continued with the list of patients and we waited till if till 6.20pm our number still didn't come and we left the clinic without seeing the doctor only.

Negative experience: Took an appointment as no dentist was available for the next two hours, plus there’s no free parking in the area so we asked the receptionist if we could come back after two hours, which he agreed upon. Came back after two hours the receptionist sent someone else for tooth extraction, when asked how long will it take, she guessed 10 mins though she was not sure. 10 mins became another hour. Imagine being in pain for 3 hours and just waiting for nothing when my face was swelling up, which is considered as an emergency btw. Ended up leaving for another clinic as the ten mins never ended. Please have courtesy to send people with appointment first specially when it’s an emergency.

Negative experience: Very poor facility.Rude lady in front desk, says waiting time is 2 hours. But patient cannot leave the facility and come back in the specified time. Says doctors will only attend if patients wait the 2 hours inside. I don't know which century they think they are in.

Negative experience: Worst experience and nightmare. All the process is old waiting is more then an hour I had gone for root canal treatment and Dr Sarla attended very badly. First her anesthesia never worked and second she left needle inside my root which was a surprise painfull experience. I got to knw after two months of pain. Its horrible experience n a disaster. I will never recommend any1 to her. Please ask her to take x-ray of tooth n check.

Fantastic experience: Great doctors and incredible treatment.. But you need to know, How it works: You need to visit the clinic first, register yourself and then depending on the number of patients who are on the waiting on that day, you will be called in to the Dentist. It was about 4 hours of wait for us to finally see the doc but I heard from another patient who was waiting that it takes about 2 hours on normal days. The advantage is, you do not need to wait physically there but keep calling the receptionist (they cannot call external) to check how many more patients are still waiting ahead of you and accordingly head to the place. What could be improved? A proper appointment system with time slots as most clinics operate and a nice customer service training for the receptionist team to keep customers happy.

Negative experience: first called clinic receptionist said we are open till 9pm when we visited the clinic it’s closed however people are still inside it was only 8:10pm. me and my family coming to this clinic since 7years all i can say BAD WORST customer service. i wish some action can be taken on this such scenario where a patient needs to see a doctor but receptionist doesn’t allow. You need to work as per UAE’s rules and regulations not by your own wishes, closing the door on your own timings.

So both the senior drs were busy. So they asked me to meet dr.Smitha. I was bit reluctant. But the dr was too friendly and caring.
