Fantastic experience: Geetha she's good lab technician i like the way she received me in lab,she is very caring for patients like me.

Negative experience: The clinic is stunning no doubt but the laser disappointed me hence why I didn’t go anymore I asked the therapist to be honest about the type of laser she told me it’s suitable for the face area while it’s not at all… My hair grew darker and thicker in the face after one month If the laser it’s not for face it shouldn’t be used at all for the area as it can trigger growth

Negative experience: Very poor customer service. I called to request a report and was assured it would be sent within 5 minutes — it never came. Despite calling four times over two days, there was still no response, no follow-up, and no accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. If a simple report request cannot be handled reliably, it raises serious concerns about how customers are valued here.

Positive experience: The receptionists are nice. Their nurses are friendly and the doctor who attend to me is cool!

I did some tests four days ago, and I keep calling and sending emails just to get my results. They keep saying “okay,” but in the end, no one has sent anything yet.0/10

Fantastic experience: Overall experience was great. Dr. Umesh is very professional and indicated my skin problem quickly. He also followed up personally on the next treatment session. Also the lab experience was really good with Geeta, she is very good and her hands are gentle while taking the blood sample.

Positive experience: I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Beatriz. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease she took the time to explain the entire laser treatment process, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The treatment itself was quick, effective, and virtually painless. I noticed visible improvements after just a few sessions, and my skin has never looked better. Dr. Beatriz is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly professional and kind. I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into every visit. I highly recommend her to anyone considering laser therapy—whether it’s for hair removal, skin rejuvenation, or any other treatment. You’ll be in great hands!

Positive experience: Before you go there for special medicals services , you should ask each and every information about that because the staffs who took booking don't inform details properly.. And even still i am waiting for the location map that they promised to send me soon.. Irresponsible staffs are attending the calls

She consistently shows that she cares and has gone above and beyond to check in on me and see if I am doing well. A true asset to the clinic! Thank you Dr Azra - it’s rare to find a doctor like you! I would also like to give a shout out to Dr Umesh who transformed my skin after years of lacking self-confidence. The admin and nurses are also very friendly, professional and the whole team combined is the reason I keep going back to DFC branch even though I now live nowhere near it!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Namrata is one of the best doctors I have ever come across. Her positivity and calmness can make any expecting mother feel comfortable and relaxed. Such a blessing . I absolutely loveeee her. She made sure all the complications were well handled and guided me towards conceiving again within a year. I absolutely recommend seeing her if anybody is pregnant or planning to get pregnant.

Negative experience: The receptionist in Dubai festival city branch was very rude and helpless to me because of them my health examination has gotten delayed 3 months already I was supposed to take my health examination in beginning of June I have talked to them show them my all required tests and all but they didn’t give me an appropriate information even. They were over attitude , helpless individuals they should be removed from the role they are holding …but I took it done in jumirah branch of the clinic yesterday they were super nice and helpful

Fantastic experience: I have always struggled to trust doctors in Dubai. But since the first time I have met Dr Joliana, she has been extremely supportive, thorough and caring for every issue that I have had. She is always patient, never makes you feel uncomfortable like some doctors do. She makes sure to listen to everything before making a diagnosis. I am extremely happy to have found her. After multiple positive experiences, I decided to go there for other doctors too, and my husband also had a very positive experience with Dr Harbir who was also thorough and supportive. This clinic is way better than some of the more expensive hospitals in Dubai.

Negative experience: Friendly staff at the reception. Great G.P by the name of Joliana who was super caring towards my mom who is an elderly patient visiting Dubai London clinic. She made sure my mother was comfortable throughout the examination. However, the lady doctor who was doing the blood test was very rude from the get go. Very aggressive towards my mother during the blood test only because my mom is not able to converse in English and was unable to understand her. Maybe she was having a bad day but it’s no excuse to treat someone like that. I have decided not to name her here and I hope the clinic has a word with her. Time of visiting 3:00 pm Date 17/7/2023

Negative experience: Been to this clinic a few times, waited for ages even though I had an appointment and was 15 minute earlier. Moreover, last time the doctor I consulted before was on leave and I had to visit another one. The price for consultation is extremely high, it cost me 350 and all she said was “eat healthier, drink more water and don’t stress” and I said “but i obviously need some treatment” she said “I can prescript you what you want and it’s up to you” I paid 350 and left this clinic without any real help, still feel bad for having to pay that money for that

Negative experience: The receptionist I spoke to was so rude and impolite. With the branch under renovation, the least they can do is be accommodating to customers and courteous. Even when asking for basic information from the receptionist, she was snickering and laughing like her time was being wasted. Unbelievably disappointing - would never wish to visit again.

Fantastic experience: I could not thank more than enough to Dr. Sarwan Saleem and to the staff of the Dubai London Clinic at Dubai Festival branch. I went for my Australian Immigration medical check up and it all went well. I brought with me some letter of my medical history for a back up & clarification. I highly recommend them, professionalism and very kind staff & doctors. The place is well spacious enough to accommodate a booked in patients. They have a mini lab and a radiology department. Something that I like this place as anything to do with a lab results they don't rely on the external lab to wait for the results.

Negative experience: They are just very slow, you have to wait approximately one hour even if you called before and did an appointment I don’t think they are following the queue at all and it just by walking in Better to try other locations or even different clinic This apart from the waiting area its only one set sofa and you have to stand if there is many people in the clinic

Negative experience: I have applied Australian tourist visa for my parents in Dubai for them to visit me here after I give birth this March 2022. Due to pandemic, medical exam is a requirement of AU dept of home affairs as part of their visa application. I looked it up and only Dubai London Clinic is their affiliated clinic in Dubai (Unfortunately). My parents booked the 17th Jan 5pm appointment, they reached the clinic at DFC around 2pm-3pm and inquired if they can do it earlier than their 5pm appointment. They were attended by 2 rude receptionists (Indian and Filipino ladies) who just told them to stick with their appointment. My parents being a mindful adult and respectful elderly, did not contest and just went out of the clinic, and returned 10min prior to 5pm appointment. So when they got there, guess what? they were not attended right away. They have sat for a couple of minutes only to be told that they have to fill up a paper (which these rude receptionists could have given them earlier when they walked in!) and afterwards my parents were sitting rotting on their chairs for 1 hour only to be told that the system takes about an hour or more to download or upload whatever document they have. If this was the case and I can tell it has been going on reading on the negative feedbacks in here, they why cant your receptionists do something about it? Why do PAYING customers have to incur such terrible customer service. Like what I have said, we are PAYING. My parents have arrived 2-3hrs prior to their appointment and your rude receptionist could have told them to fill in the damn paper and upload it an hour prior to their appointment so my elderly parents didn’t have to rot on their chairs for hours! When my parents met the lovely (and probably the only kind person in that clinic) Dr. Seema Anand, they asked her why they had to sit and wait for long. The lovely Dr. Seema surprisingly told them that she was also waiting for my parents to come in since she did not have any appointments at all and my parents were her last appointments for that day. And this is where we go back to that Indian and Filipino ladies at reception who said that the appointments are booked and they cannot be attended earlier than 5pm when in fact, there was no other appointment. What is the logic behind this? Are they waiting for a miracle to happen that appointments will be booked out suddenly? But your receptionists were really nice and respectful when locals walks in, why are my parents treated indifferently? is it because we are asians? The Dr. advised my parents that they shouldnt be mistreated and they can ask for a feedback form at the reception. My mom went to get a feedback form at the reception but your Indian receptionist did not give her the right feedback form and was rudely told off. Next, my mother went for an xray and the Filipina nurse made an unnecessary comment about her xray result, indirectly telling my mom that her xray looks bad! My mother got scared and she was really worried, she asked the nurse what is wrong with her xray, then the nurse said its not allowed to tell her. WHY on earth is this nurse is making unnecessary comments about a patient’s xray when she’s not even the right medical practitioner to read medical diagnostics?! She is a nurse and not a doctor! She is a nurse in your clinic and not AU immigration.Nurses are not supposed to make comments or suggestions to person’s diagnostic tests! My mom got so scared that her blood pressure was going up at that time and I blame it to the stressors this clinic has brought them! We paid a pretty penny for this Medical exam but I know it was AU immigration rules and I am able to pay them but YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY DISAPPOINTING that its not worth it. There are a lot of complaints about your receptionists and services, and all you can reply to us is to give you call back. I am sure that Australian Dept of home affairs would love to hear our feedbacks because they do not condone such acts.

Negative experience: We went for our PCR test and the receptionist was rude and arrogant. She didn't feel the need to correct the errors she made and as a result didn't get my test result for 2 days.

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace, we were treated rudely by the receptionist. She gave us wrong information. We went there to do PCR test for Etihad Passengers. The reception claimed that there is no supervisor or manager in the clinic. The opening hours on their website do not match the ones on their door. It's shocking how ride the receptionist was, when I asked her colleague about the manager she started staring at me like a thug. Don't waste your time or expect service from this place. Shame on you. Add at least hours delay to your your appointment time, staff need time to chat in the to each other in the corridor!

I have no call backs after leaving messages and it's seems to me you are just a number. Some of the nurses are very good. This place seriously needs management to align and decide whether they want to care for patients or lose them all ... Based on the poor reviews I understand now why I also feel the same ...

Negative experience: Impossible to get through to anyone directly in the clinic on the phone. They promise you a call back and it never happens. Test results will take at least 4 days to receive, communication and organisation are poor.

Negative experience: 1250 AED for Australia visa purpose for just doing chest x-ray, blood test, urine test and consultation. Daylight robbery. Update after response from owner: I understand this is a set price, but that should not be a reason to make it acceptable. Who set the price? Someone who would like to make more money? How is this price justified when a laboratory can come up with the exact same thing for 1/5th the price? So, unfortunately I need to stick to my review because I honestly feel this is a monopoly and robbery.

Negative experience: Avoid this place. Very unprofessional and not a clinic you would want looking after your health. I can see from previous reviews that the waiting times are an issue at this clinic. I’ve just been waiting for 40 mins and in the end had to walk out. Absolutely no respect for anyone’s time.

Negative experience: Very bad service considering this clinic is more expensive than private hospitals/clinics i’ve been to. Absolutely no respect for our time as patients, i had to wait for multiple occasions all cases were not less than 30mins. Most recently i was called during ramadan for an infusion, while fasting they insisted i come at 6:30PM max when i was in the treatment room at 7:15PM, not to mention the horrible facilities the treatment room was also a storage? i’m pleased with my Dr but the management, customer service, facilities are all horrible considering the money that i pay. Not to mention that i have phobia from needles that i recently got over but has returned thanks to a nurse at their clinic.

Positive experience: IMPORTANT info for those doing tests for immigration! Having made an appointment for 5.20pm (after taking off from work), my wife & I arrived 20 minutes earlier to go through the usual formalities of getting registered. An hour and a half later, we are still waiting to be called in a nearly empty waiting room. The reception state that they were putting our details in the system. In this digital age, getting all this information pre-visit will not only save time but also ensure a slightly better experience. The government hospitals work faster than this "private" clinic. Update post the wait! Once we were finally called, the doctor apologized for the long wait and patiently explained the reason for the delay. It seems the online system (linked directly to the immigration website) used to enter your medical details can be temperamental at times and causes long waiting periods until the physicians can access your information. 30mins of various tests done and waiting for the final ok to go.

Negative experience: Few minutes more to reach one hour waiting despite having an appointment. This is my first time here, can’t rate the doctor, but for sure DLC doesn’t care/respect appointments.

Fantastic experience: After recommendation from one of known person in the clinic Abrar, I visited Dr. Umesh for my hair fall and scalp mole extraction. The doctor was very straight forward in letting me know the possible treatments which would work, rather than wasting time on the treatments which wont. Also the mole extraction process was very well taken care. All the admin and nursing staff are very polite and helpfull. I will be soon visiting the clinic again for laser hair removal and I strongly recommend Dubai Lodon Clinic for any Dermatology related matter.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been feeling low lately, and I’ve been through a lot of stress. Although my body was coping with it okay, I just wasn’t feeling like myself. I was tired, I felt drained, and when my skin started breaking out, a friend recommended I try taking multivitamin infusion. I hate needless, but regular supplements weren’t doing the trick anymore, so I went to the clinic. Dr. approved this “therapy” and I have to say that after the first dose, I felt much better. Next time I went, the fear of needles was gone, cause the desire to get my shot of happiness prevailed. I’m joking a bit, but honestly, I would recommend this infusion to anybody who is feeling less than amazingly vital and up-to-speed with life.

Positive experience: Having worked as a Dr's secretary in the UK for 5 years, I was most impressed with the staff at reception and with which the speed I was seen by a Dr on the several occasions I have had to seek a medical opinion. The nurses were very professional and efficient as were the Dr's and I was very happy with my care there and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Negative experience: I had the worst experience Ever in my life in this Festival City branch. The nurses were uncooperative, disrespectful and not eager to do a little extra job. The same with the cashier/ insurance man. But the most irresponsible and unprofessional was dr Alessandra. First the examination room was not ready or prepared. Second a hasty , quick and unprofessional egzam/check up was done. Finally the unprofessional scare of a pregnant woman and WRONG diagnosis which was totally a mistake. And I could go on.

Negative experience: Rude receptionist, unfriendly staff. Despite we went originally for immigration medical, they made us fill forms for their own clinic purpose and we had to wait for almost 2 hours for a simple medical checkup and blood test, time waster...

Negative experience: Worst experience ever... Had a 1 pm meeting... got free in almost 4 hours. in those 4 hours almost 3 and half hours were waiting...
