Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this clinic for my laser hair removal for the past year, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Jenneth is the one who does my sessions and she’s absolutely amazing — professional, gentle, and always makes sure I’m comfortable. She constantly checks if there’s any pain during the treatment, which makes the whole process so much easier. The staff are all incredibly sweet and always follow up after my sessions to see how I’m feeling. The hospitality is excellent — they offer coffee, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the clinic even has valet parking, which is a lifesaver in the UAE heat. The prices are also much better than many other places I’ve found, without compromising on quality. I would definitely recommend this clinic, and especially Jenneth, to anyone looking for great laser hair removal with outstanding customer care.

I had full-face Botox, and even though I’m extremely sensitive, I didn’t feel a thing. She has such gentle, soft hands that I didn’t feel any pain from the injections at all. She was incredibly precise and explained everything thoroughly. I had so many questions, and she answered every single one patiently and in detail, even helping me finally find the right skincare routine. There was no rush, no sign of annoyance – just kindness and professionalism. Dr. Elena is a very experienced doctor. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and incredibly welcoming. Negative experience: I’ve been a loyal client of your clinic for some time and have always had outstanding experiences with Dr. Elena, Dr. Lyor, and Dr. Marina. They are exceptional professionals, skilled, caring, and consistently attentive. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Non-Medical Clinic Director, Eva, has been deeply disappointing and frankly unprofessional. About a month ago, I had a procedure done using a different brand than usual, and the cost ended up being double what I normally pay, something I was not informed of in advance. When I raised the issue, Eva told me that “all the prices are on the website” and that if cost was a concern, I should have checked it myself. Her response was dismissive, defensive, and completely lacking in accountability. This is not about the money, it’s about basic transparency and how clients are treated. Her tone and attitude were simply unacceptable. To make matters worse, the Botox results were not what I expected. Some areas of my face were left completely uneven. When I brought this up, Eva once again brushed it off, saying there was nothing they could do and that there’s a limit on how much Botox can be used. Rather than listening or showing a willingness to help, she made excuses and avoided taking responsibility. Today I visited the clinic to speak to Eva, and I was shocked by how the situation was handled. Instead of being offered a private space to speak, which would have been appropriate given the sensitivity of the issue, I found myself discussing it at the reception desk, in front of Eva, the doctor, a dentist, the receptionist, and another staff member. Everyone was talking over each other. It was chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. It felt more like a market than a medical clinic. Eventually, they agreed to offer another session next week, but only if I sign a waiver in case something happens to my face. Rather than approaching the issue with care or professionalism, I was treated with suspicion and zero empathy. It felt like Eva was more focused on covering herself than on actually resolving the matter or ensuring client satisfaction. I want to be very clear: my issue is not with the doctors. I continue to hold them in the highest regard. This is entirely about the way Eva, as part of the management team, handled the situation, which, in my view, was a complete failure in client service. I sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no matter how skilled the medical staff may be, poor management can easily damage the trust and reputation of the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Hanan here for some aesthetics treatment on my chest from a sports injury leaving the appearance of my chest slightly asymmetrical. Fantastic experience: I had plastic surgery at this clinic, and it was the best choice I could have made: from the consultation to the surgery itself. The clinic staff is incredible, the receptionists are very pleasant, and the Dr. Lyor Hanan made my stay very comfortable. The doctor took all my wishes into account, recommended how to make it better and more aesthetically pleasing, answered my million questions, and gained my trust. The surgery was in the morning, and by the evening I was home in my own bed. The recovery was very easy; I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain. It’s been a month now, and I’m back to exercising, having forgotten that I had surgery. This was my best decision, and I’m very happy that my intuition didn’t fail me and I chose the right doctor. I went for consulattion first, where Dr Hala gave me all information about the treatment and advised on what is needed for my skin problems. Very professional approach. Treatment was tolerable:) Dr Hala spent a lot of time with me to make sure the treatment is done properly, all zones are covered etc. You feel that she really cares about her patients to get a good results.
