Fantastic experience: I had 3D Botox with Dr. Madiha, and she was kind enough to also offer me a free Dermapen session. She is extremely professional and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’m usually nervous about injections, but she has such a gentle touch that I didn’t feel any pain at all.

Negative experience: Absolutely unhappy, I went to the clinic for some simple lips filler 7 months ago, and they an horrible shape with a lot balls. So I went back and removed it and did it again ( this time different doctor of Dermamax) and they an alright shape that lasted just 1 month. My suggestion don’t do to this clinic, the doctors are not good and the filler doesn’t last.

Negative experience: I had the most horrible experience in this clinic I went to the clinic to do the nose thread, so the receptionist asked for my emirates ID, so I handover the ID to her I went to the doctor then I asked her to do the threads, so she said we can not do it cause you should have an appointment first, I told her that when I called you guys I make sure that I’m ready to do it, I don’t have time to lose, any way she said you can wait outside for 5 min so I can check if we can do it now. I get out to wait in the reception, then I saw the receptionist coming from outside the clinic holding my emirates ID with her, when I asked her why she hold my ID with her outside, she said I just hold it there is no reason, ooo wow really, The ID is a personal thing, I did not allow you to go with my ID outside. It’s not professional at all + it’s a personal thing, I don’t know what she did with my ID. When I asked the manager he said sorry, but she took it wrongly, so if she really took it wrongly, she should took with her every single documents in the reception not only my ID. I’m really annoyed because the clinic did not do anything for me and I will never go there again

Fantastic experience: Tried their laser therapy to alleviate my OSA indicated snoring. After 3 sessions, noticeable improvement in the visual space at the back of my throat. As if the inside top of my mouth was lifted. Snoring has decreased significantly as a consequence. Its not painful at all, just a bit ticklish and well worth the time. Professional friendly staff and treatment that worked for me.

Negative experience: We had a home PCR test done and when we contacted them to confirm the time for the results a VERY Rude Chinese lady yelled at us on Whatup. We did give them a second chance and when we were confirming the time to take the PCR, once again the same VERY Rude Chinese lady yelled at us. I would have to rate this Chinese lady bed side skills at Zero.

Negative experience: Bad experience!! They are thieves.. I paid 1800 aed for 8 anti-cellulite massage sessions, I did just 1 sessions cause they said to me the machine is broken, now after 6 month the machine is still broken and they don’t want to do anything with me
