Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Hellenic Dental for 12 years, my daughter got braces and gum surgery and she’s so happy with her new smile. All the staff and doctors are very nice, professional and have done amazing job! Highly recommend Hellenic dental!

Positive experience: Another excellent treatment by Dr Sahrah, I had broken a piece of a lower tooth and she did the necessary very skillfully and managed to save my tooth, no pain and no drama. After I mentioned I had a slight issue with one of my canine teeth she investigated and after xray found an old root canal filling had failed , again with her skill and professionalism she reworked the bad root canal and replaced the filling managing to save the tooth. Dr Sarah has got to be one of the best dentists in Dubai !

Fantastic experience: Dr Firas is top notch! He has been wonderful in sorting out my teeth and patiently explaining the process. I had not been to the dentist in over 6 years and so had a lot of cavities and needed a few RCT, and a couple of crowns fitted , and Dr Firas and team were very professional and great in fixing my teeth. Lovely reception staff very accommodating. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Negative experience: One of the worst clinic in Dubai! The doctor broke my Vineer and he said “it is okay, your vineer doctor will fix it under the insurance” excuse me???!!! Why you broke it and then you want other doctor to fix it ! I will never recommend your clinic to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I had to write a review about this clinic specially for Dr Aesha Alkenge who was extremely compassionate and professional while removing my complicated lower wisdom tooth. I have been rejected from many dental clinics in Dubai & Munich - Germany cause the tooth was so close to the nerve and there was a chance of nerve damage. The doctor explained to me everything and while removing my tooth she was talking to me and making sure that I’m not scared of nervous from the process which too long time. Also she recommended to do PRP which prevented the dry socket that I had from my other teeth last year. Honestly the pain is unbelievable but using the PRP really really helped so much after the surgery I was just on pain killer and after 10 days I feel like new. Thanks all to Dr Aesha Alkenge remarkable work. Honestly I wished I did my other one with her. Thank you so much for such an amazing service

Negative experience: Absolutely unprofessional, clueless clinic. I feel sorry for Dr Faraz as he is the only one in this clinic that seems to know what he's doing. STAY AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE MONEY!!!

Fantastic experience: I was actually spectical about the amount of positive reviews. I am going to add to the sentiment, Dr Fady Matta is the real deal. I cannot recommend him enough, helpful and understanding. Explained everything and made feel at ease. My veneers look fantastic and the support and assurance that if anything happens I can always go back and get things fixed is fantastic. Just finished the veneers and I am very happy with the result. I'll update this review if anything changes, but I am happy with the result.

Negative experience: It looks like most reviews here are fake, somehow all embracing Dr. Fadi. Well, my experience at this clinic is far away from that. I went there for invisalign treatment, agreed that i will start in two weeks time, paying in advance 1500 aed. Three weeks passed, no news from them, i called them they had no idea whatsoever. They finally call me after four weeks to give me an appointment at a specific day and time when i couldn't go. Tried to change it but it was impossible as apparently the doctor works there only one day a week and that day he is always fully booked. Frustrated from the bad service i decided i no longer want to proceed with them and asked for my money back as i was not getting on time what we agreed on. They refused to do so, although i spent a couple of evenings trying. Waste of my time and money.
