Fantastic experience: Recently on 14th July I visited Etihad clinic to Dr. Rafi, he is an awesome person and down to earth Dr. Normally you don't find such people nowadays. Very caring and good in his way if treating patients. For me and my issue he was superb a d recommend people to visit him once. He advised for physio which is available also in etihad center and met Ms. Athira, wonderful and informative and very caring. Her treatment and overall support was beyond words. She is very well knowledgeable and helpful, very well organised and knows what treatment needs to be done. I recommend many players and people to visit her even for even a single session cause she is really pain reliever with her treatments. Old visit - Good treatment facility and prompt services. ENT issues and the treating Dr is good.

Negative experience: Receptionist and doctor were ok but the lady in the fst room ( nursing room ) She was so un polite. I visited at around 8:30 pm but that lady was rude I will never vist again !!! I entered the room greeted her she didn’t reply and just rudely told me to go to the weighing scale !!

Negative experience: Most Irresponsible and careless doctor Bysakhi . Always come late on duty and after coming just sit and chit chat in manager room not caring about the patients waiting for her for many hours. Worst doctor we ever met in UAE .

Negative experience: The tall male doctor here, wearing glasses, I think he's Sudanese, is not good. I complained about the pain in my right lumbar abdomen and right shoulder blade, but he didn't perform any tests. He just pressed my stomach and assumed it was only muscle pain. He also kept repeating that my insurance from our company wouldn’t cover any further treatment. Just wasted my time. I will try another medical center that has better doctors and will not base their diagnosis on whether my insurance will cover the expenses.

Negative experience: Very slow process. You will arrive during your appointment time and the turn will come after 2 hours. Also very slow nurses. Even for a small injection you will need to wait more than an hour at the treatment room as the nurses are lazy and you will need to call and bring them several for attending you. Very bad experience

You can always feel that they really care. As a medical professional like myself I have high standards when it comes to care, assessment and attentiveness to one's needs and the staff of this clinic indeed live up to the high standards set for Medical Practitioners. I have developed good rapport and made friends to the accommodating nurses in the clinic. I would like to give credit to Ms Crislyn Pascual Castillo who is effortlessly extending her nursing care everytime I need her even beyond her scope of responsibility. I also am hats off to Dr. Jamel Nawfal Jamel who is always taking care of me despite my hardheadedness as a patient...I owe him bigtime and forever grateful because of what he has done to me last 2018 and as always...

Negative experience: This is my third time experience if we calling them after 11am they are not answering. And last week i said we need a appointment for ENT and i was traveling from aden to fujairah. Unfortunately it was very late time for me . I am trying for their phone from 12am it self. almost 15 time but no one answering. And when i reach there by 12:45 . All their staffs standing outside and saying the system already closed . Is it a clinic or travel agent please be with professional ethics. Now also i am calling them for a information but no use

Positive experience: I have been there today … have read the reviews here so was expecting to see the receptionist to be rude … but instead I saw they are better than I anticipated and welcoming instead. Only thing was they were late by almost 10 minutes and only started admitting patients after 5:10 pm that caused slight delays to see the Dr … total visit time including waiting was 35 minutes. The baby Dr was another level of welcoming and cheerful with the kids by the way

Negative experience: The center needs to change the receptionists/front desk people. They never attend call and the audacity to cut the call is unmatchable. Very irresponsible and disappointing behaviour. If you visit the center, most of the time you face empty desks for hours.

If I say that she is the best dentist, not only in Fujairah, but in the whole planet, I came to remove a broken tooth inside my gums, I swear I did not feel any pain for a second. Negative experience: The reception staff is not good. They spent time on their mobile phones instead of speeding up the queue of patients waiting. Also the 2 ladies in the reception are rude at times. They need to be advised to treat all patients with respect. This hospital can be busy at times, therefore there needs to be very efficient receptionists.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and experienced doctors. Most specialitiy services are available Physician, ENT, Gyne. I had a great experience with the ENT doctor there who was very friendly and gave me the perfect medications for my Sinusitis and allergy which I was suffering for several months. Only confusion is that the main front building is under renovation and the centre is now temporarily shifted to the back building.
