Negative experience: للأسف الشيد الاسم مش مناسب ابدا مع الي بداخل المركز قله اهتمام في المريض ...رغم اني كنت مراجعتن من قبل وع اساس لازم اروح وعندي شغل في أضراسي ولكن للاسف مافي حد فاضي يشتغلي ونطرت ثلث رباع الساعه ومن غرفه لغرفه مش عارفين وين بحطوني واي دكتور بشتغلي تجربه فاشله .. حتى سعر ماعرفت يعطوني..رغم اني جاي مشوار بعيد..يمكن طبقه هاي كلاس مش تناسبني خليتا لغير ناس .
نعتذر بكل صدق عن تجربتك التي لم تكن بمستوى توقعاتك، ونتفهم تمامًا شعورك وانزعاجك من التأخير وعدم وضوح الإجراءات.

Fantastic experience: اشكر جميع الدكاترة بالمركز ♥️♥️ وخاصة دكتور همام العاشق ودكتور محمد كوجا ودكتور احمد حقيقي مش هبالغ لو قولت انهم افضل دكاترة أسنان على مستوى الدولة كلها مش بس على مستوى العين كمية الاحترافيه والراحة والاهتمام بالمريض الي بحسها اثناء العلاج لا مثيل لها رحلة علاجي ابتدت من علاج وحشو العصب على ايد دكتور احمد العلاج بأمانه كان مريح جدا ومحستش بأي ألم ودي غريبه جدا في علاج العصب شكرا ليك دكتور احمد ✨ بعد كدا كان عندي خلع لضرسين ودي كانت تجربه عظيمه ان عمليه خلع ضرسين وجراحه وخياطة محسش بأي ألم طبعا كانت على ايد المبدع الدكتور همام العاشق حرفيا دكتور همام شال من عندي اي فوبيا من دكاتره الاسنان شكرا هاي كلاس وشكرا تاني مره لأفضل دكاتره أسنان في الامارات

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this dental practice. I went there because I had a dental abscess that required drainage. Unfortunately, the dentist who saw me was rushing the entire time, didn’t take the time to explain what he was going to do, didn’t give me any details about the treatment plan, postoperative care, or what precautions I should take afterwards. The abscess was drained and the tooth was closed, but I was left completely unsure about what to expect next. I left the country shortly after, and I was in severe pain for 14 days. At the very least, I wish I had been warned that the treatment might not resolve the issue immediately or might need a follow-up check. The communication throughout was poor, and to make things worse, the dentist was rude and dismissive. Considering how much I paid for the treatment, I expected far better care and professionalism. This was a terrible experience for me, and I will not be returning to this place.

Negative experience: فخم من حيث البناء و سيئ جداً من حيث الاشياء الثانيه حجزنا موعد عندهم يوم السبت بتاريخ ١٨/١ رحنا على الدكتور و الامور تمام بعدها روحنا طبعاً ما عملوا ولا شي بس انه ان شاء الله بنقدم للتامين و بنردلكم خبر و للان التاريخ ٣/٢ و كل ما ارن عليهم بقولوا بنعتذر و بنرجع نرنلك بعد ٥ دقايق و مش مره وحده اكثر من ٣ مرات برن عليه و بنفس الشي كل مره و اذا كان في تسوس هسا صار في التهاب من ورا يلا و شوي وبنرنلك لو بعرف كيف ممكن اشتكي عليهم ما بتردد لحظه بس للاسف ما بعرف كيف

Positive experience: The ambiance of the clinic is very pleasant, and it is kept spotlessly clean. The majority of the front desk staff are helpful, although not all of them are fluent in English. My dental assistant is highly skilled and experienced. I visit the clinic on a monthly basis to have my braces adjusted. However, I have noticed that she is often in a rush to complete the procedure and does not always take the time to explain the details of the adjustment. I understand that the clinic is busy, but I believe that patients should be given the opportunity to ask questions and receive clear explanations about their treatment. After all, we are paying a significant amount for these services. I hope that the doctors will take the time to address our concerns and provide us with the information we need to make informed decisions about our oral health.

Negative experience: Every thing is okay there except we have bad experince with reception as they kept me waiting for almost half an hour while poor doctor was waiting for me inside. I guess they need to refresh job training.

Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t write enough about this place. This is the only medical center that truly cares about their patients. They call you to follow up with your doctor before you do, and they update you with everything. The ladies at the reception desk are really helpful and kind, and the dentists are also great with their job. I’ve been to many dentists and I can tell when a doctor doesn’t know what they’re doing, but I never doubted the doctors at High Class Medical Center. Negative experience: I feel the itch to write a review regarding this place. I just came back from vacation and heard this horrible experience. The place is truly spectacular, you can't deny. However, I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS. My wife and 7 year old son, went for my son's tooth extraction some time ago, and my wife noticed and told me that the Dr. (I don't know his name) was very impatient with handling my son and showing irritation in his face and some other gestures that I can't even say. My son is a Kid! What the heck is that supposed to mean?! This is very unprofessional. I got mad when she told me. My wife is a very kind woman and didn't say anything but I wish I was the one to see it for myself and maybe I could knock some sense into that Doctor. احترم نفسك و لا تسير غير محترف.
