Negative experience: My baby had a high fever which crossed 38.7 we went to the pediatrician He looked at her said it was influenza for sure and asked us to do the swab, blood test and give her suppository and to follow the nurse This is all normal protocol but get this the nurse asked us to pass by the recep I thought it was wierd but didn’t think much At recep she’s was like I see u have to do test we don’t cover total to pay total 550 Responding to your reply here I think the dr. Should have briefed us about it the no direct billing cost picture this - we have gone to the clinic with a baby who is boiling with a 39 temp doc checks and says follow the nurse go to reception shes like total 600 with consultation. no one even called to see how we were and i messaged the doc to say what happened, this is called running a business doesnt look like patient comes first in any way all the best!

Fantastic experience: I brought my cat and i just love the clinic, its clean and good ambiance, friendly front desk and nurses and Dr's, they will take good of your pets with love..they jave also garden and pool for your pet ..

Positive experience: I recently had a cavity and as recommended by my hubby I consulted Dr Vaishali. Post diagnosis she advised root canal treatment needs to be done. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the entire treatment although it is a very painful process. Positive experience: I visited Dr Vaishali Mulchandani for my teeth chipping problem. She’s really gentle, precise, and a doctor with great pesona, we don’t find doctors with a genuine smile everyday . Dr Mulchandani has got patient centric approach and it helped me understanding my chipping problem in long term and put my expectations right post treatment. She was kind enough to explain me all solutions prior to the treatment. In addition the facility is clean and equipped decently with modern machines. I had good experience with her and would recommend trying her at least once. He is kind and show real concern towards his patients. He is a very dedicated doctor and works full day to accommodate his patients. Our whole family now goes to Panacea for all our medical and dental needs. The clinic has good roster of doctors which I am sure that Dr Menon has screened to his high level of standard to ensure patients are taken care of. Merrie, the head nurse, is like an auntie to the kids. She is right for her job as she truly shows great concern to all patients. She is also a happy person and very accommodating. Panacea staff are also friendly and helpful. We are treated like family. They go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. They call to remind us when my children's vaccinations are due. They always try to get you the appointment with the doctors, and dont forget to call in case a slot opens up and you get an earlier appointment. Very happy with Panacea Keep it up and more power to Dr Menon and the whole staff of Panacea!

Genuine care everytime , the facility is clean and welcoming and the front office staff are also always very friendly and helpful both in person and on any telephone requests. I can go to the bigger hospitals under my insurance but it is the treatment and care at panacea which makes me keep coming back each time. His expertise and access is unmatched from my experience of 15 years in UAE. The staff at panacea at reception are superb at managing appointments and updating the patient. Top notch nurses as well. It is personalised in attention and care that sets panacea aside from the rest.

Fantastic experience: Very nice clinic it is located on 2 nd floor of Dunlop building . We stay far away but still prefer this clinic mainly due to good doctors. Dr Ruma is very polite and a great doctor . Always available on phone for emergencies. We have consulted with her for our first born and now for the 2 nd one. Positive experience: I've been consulting Dr.Moutusi, Dermatologist, at Panacea for roughly about 7 months. She put me on a tailored treatment plan and it worked so well! I'm very happy with my results that I've recommended Dr.Moutusi to my friends too. Additionally, the staff here are courteous, supportive, and very helpful too. Overall, its been a positive experience and I'm glad I chose Panacea. FYI- Dr.Moutusi no longer works here. I would have appreciated if Panacea could have been candid about this but instead chose to misinform me thrice about the Doctor's whereabouts saying she was stuck in India- not the best news to me when I'm halfway through my treatment, especially when they didn't have another Dermatologist in-house. It would have been respectable if they had left it at employee has moved on and that they aren't at liberty to divulge the details.

I went to Dr. Ruma during my pregnancy. She is such an amazing doctor, very patient, very simple, very caring and always assured me I was in safe hands. As first time parents we were super scared and cautious abt how to take care of baby. Other doctors used to scare us even more with unnecessary talks. But dr menon made us relax abt everything and told us whats normal and whats not. He listens nicely and thrs an easy approach to him.
