Negative experience: They have unprofessional dentist with unprofessional behaviour, I never did whitening at any clinic without cleaning first , she was supper angry that I am asking her how come u will make the whitening without cleaning first, they she said that I have to pay extra 199 aed , I said I am not interested and I left the room , she followed me to the reception and started to shout infront of the clients at the reception and her face was very red from the anger , I would never accept anyone ever to insults me and I will take the necessary action against the clinic

Fantastic experience: Great clinic in terms relaxed atmosphere, friendly and responsive customer service, and fair/good prices for quality dental work. Convenient location if you live in JVC...Dr. Ruslana is great at her work and always suggests more than one alternative/solutions for any tooth problem. They are also helpful with reimbursement and try to accommodate to the best; even with any error (eg. wrong veneer color, they replaced it with no additional cost). Highly recommend this clinic for: pleasant customer service, flexible payment options, clinic atmosphere + Dr. Ruslana's expertise. =)

Fantastic experience: Jihara was amazing doing the Hydrafacial, she was very informative and went to great lengths to ensure it was done to a high standard. Unfortunately she has since left the facial today is now half the time it was before and extraction is less than two minutes. Sadly I won’t be back again.

It's so amazing that I only went for the 1st session of my underarms and supposed to be i have to do my 2nd session but the hair is not present so I still have to wait for it to grow out of my skin. My spider veines got reduced alot. Second session has been done. We will see in 2 weeks time how it will be but I have good feeling that 100% will disappear . I started also prf with her. No pain at all. Hair loss got reduced as well ....
