Fantastic experience: Work done: Crowns/Veneers (ask Dr. Amir for the details) It's been a journey! But what a teeth transformation! I initially came in for a consultation to discuss a solution to my long-term sensitivity and enamel erosion; it had gotten to the point where both cold air/AC and hot coffee were affecting me. I hadn't been to the dentist in years, and after my dentist in the UK got suspended due to poor treatment on several patients, including myself and my Dad, it didn't give me much confidence going to a new dentist in Dubai! My friend Sarah who works at My Dental Clinic as a hygienist had recommended a couple of temporary options for sensitivity which brought immediate short-term relief, and then recommended that I see Dr. Amir; I trusted her judgement and she made a great recommendation! From the very first consultation, I felt completely at ease. He really listened to my concerns and suggested a suitable option for my various teeth issues. I had just celebrated my 40th birthday and received some money from my parents to spend on my teeth. Dr. Amir talked me through every step of the smile makeover. The level of care, detail, and artistry that went into my treatment was beyond anything I imagined. Always friendly and with a humour I didn't know Swedish people had! I think the biggest compliment to Dr. Amir's work is that people can't tell that these aren't my natural teeth and people who've known me for many years have even forgotten what my teeth looked like before! Dr. Amir, thank you for giving me my smile - and my confidence - back. You are truly a master of your craft, and I would recommend you to anyone I meet. Thank you also to Dr. Olivier who performed a surgical procedure on my gums I don't know the technical name of, but helped with the overall look and feel of the final outcome. Finally thank you to all the lovely clinic staff who are so friendly and professional and put up with me for so many months! P.S. Fantastic experience: I had dental implants in my home country. I have been attending My Dental Clinic since 2017 under the care of Drs. Stefan and Olivier. Over this time their treatment and dental care had been first class. Today I had to have 2 dental implants removed and the dental bridge to be fashioned to fit. Dr. Olivier was excellent and the dental bridge fits far better and much more comfortable than previously. I am indebted to Dr. Olivier for giving me the ability to enjoy my meals again and to all the other staff involved in my amazing care. I recommend Drs Olivier and Stefan for your dental needs and care. They are awesome, caring and supportive

Negative experience: I’ve been going to My Dental Clinic for several months, initially aiming to get veneers. The doctor suggested straightening my teeth first, which led to me getting braces, followed by Invisalign. While the treatment plan was fine, the overall experience was far from it. The communication from both doctors was disappointing, to say the least. They were consistently rude, unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of kindness or understanding in their interactions. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and respect from those in a healthcare profession. Needless to say, I won’t be returning, and I would caution others considering this clinic.

Positive experience: Very nice set up with parking facility. I did regular dental cleaning over there. Hygienist did a good job in terms of procedure. Fantastic experience: I have been a regular at MyDentalClinic for many years. I get my cleaning done with Dr Natalie. Normally at other hygienists, my retainer breaks off quite soon after the appointment. This never seems to happen with Dr Natalie as she takes great care to ensure it stays attached and that the experience is as pain free as possible. Dr Stefan also delivers a high level of care in that my orthodontic treatment requires less in-clinic maintenance as compared to other providers. I come back here frequently even though I spend most of the year outside of the UAE. Highly recommend.

I explained this to April, the receptionist, who recommended I see Dr. Amir as he’s really good with nervous patients. She was not wrong! Fantastic experience: Pleasant experience started with Esraa who patiently politely heard my concerns and queries and gave me a prompt apt with Dr Carlos. She was so reassuring and calming on the phone and the same demeanor continued when I visited the clinic today. I am anxious and terribly nervous at dentists. Dr Carlos is truly an experienced , expert endodontist who was very compassionate too. He explained the root canal process, took 3D scan to ensure everything was fine as mine was a trauma injury and in 1 hour he had completed my pain free root canal surgery.His assistant nurse was also very reassuring and kind. In 32 years in dubai I have never come across a more compassionate, professional and fabulous doctor. Huge Thank you to Dr Carlos, his nurse and Esraa for making what I thought would be a petrifying experience into a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Like many, I'm not a fan of the dentist however Natalie made me feel at ease and very comfortable the whole way through the cleaning process. She was thorough and professional and I would highly recommend!

Negative experience: We had a terrible experience with a pediatrician dentist at this office. Dr. C saw our 5-year-old daughter for several appointments, and it was a complete disaster each time. During the first consultation, we were charged 400 dirhams for a simple chat with no X-rays or treatment. We asked if any treatment could be done that day, but we were told we needed to book another appointment. During the second appointment, our daughter was scared of the tools, but instead of reassuring her, I was shocked to see the dentist screaming at my daughter « don’t touch my hand! » before adding « we can do it the easy way or the hard way, you choose!». Our daughter was crying, and needless to say, traumatized. This second consultation was cut short, and we were asked to pay 800 dirhams at reception without any explanation as to what kind of treatment we were charged for. When we enquired, we were told that two teeth had been treated, but actually, not even one tooth was properly done. They eventually reduced the price, but we were still charged an exorbitant amount of 1200 dirhams for fluoride treatment on three teeth on the third appointment. To make matters worse, our daughter complained of severe pain in one of the supposedly treated teeth after a few appointments, and we have been advised to see another dentist in the same office, but he was not a pediatric dentist and advised us to book another appointment with Dr. C. within 2-3 days. This seemed like an ambush as we were charged another 400 dirhams for the 10-minute consultation, and it was yet another mistake on their side when we asked about the charges. We tried to book an emergency appointment with Dr. C. again, but it was a hard time getting an appointment, and we had to insist. When we finally got an appointment, we were given a 20-minute slot, and Dr. C. put a temporary filling and asked us to come back later for a full treatment, yet again. Dr. C. was rushing through the appointment as always, and we were told to pay another 400 dirhams for this consultation. In summary, we certainly do not recommend Dr. C's services, especially for children. The whole experience was a nightmare, and we were eventually forced to seek professional assistance elsewhere. Dr. C's lack of care, empathy, and professionalism should not be tolerated, and we urge others to stay away from this office if they value their money, time, and child's well-being.

Negative experience: Im going there for my kids because Dr. Chantal is amazing and so sweet. We have been there for a long time now. BUT the clinic itself, going there is such a pain. They treat patients very badly, if there are local ppl they will give them priority at the counter without any consideration. They talk to you just when they have time and forget about greetings. They don’t even fill your insurance form despite the 800dhs visit. If my Dr would move out of this clinic I would be glad. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF MYDENTALCLINIC - minimum!!

She has been very patient with not only me but the process of checking the vitality of my teeth. She could have easily done a quick fix but instead is more concerned with saving the teeth rather than just removing them after my fall. So grateful for such a fantastic and caring dentist!

I had extensive work done with Dr. Stefan and Dr. Olivier and not only did they help transform the health of my mouth but produced beautiful results esthetically. And they were both very supportive, encouraging and patient throughout the 6 month process.

Fantastic experience: Hands down Natalie Elyas is the best dental hygienist in Dubai. I had my first visit to the dentist in over one year and I knew i Needed cleaning so I booked cleaning without seeing a dentist. My wife has already received service from Natalie and highly recommended her. Natalie has exceeded our expectations by far. She is very thorough and I left feeling like a new person. I am used to getting my teeth cleaned in the US, but for the last few years I had to get my teeth cleaned here in Dubai. I have been looking for a good dental clinic, but I need to look no more. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at a dentist for over a year, as my old dentist had left Dubai and had not got round to it. My son snd I both saw Doctor Elizabeth. She was excellent and had such a great way with my son of 9. He was shown the x-rays and talked over everything and now wants to go back the next visit. The hygienist Sarah is also excellent and spent more time to than I’ve ever had on my teeth to get them back in shape. The standard of equipment and overall ambience of the practice was also outstanding. The prices charged were reasonable as well. Well done My Dental Clinc and I recommend them highly.
