Fantastic experience: What a spectacular experience at Zieda's aesthetic clinic! Honestly, the whole experience from making the booking, to getting the facial, to even the tea after was just so lovely. Noel was amazing during the facial, she explained everything to me step by step, had answers to all my questions and was just overall great. My skin already looks different even right after the facial, which is always good to see! Will definitely recommend Zieda's to anyone in Dubai looking for a luxurious, hygienic, relaxing and competent place for your skin care needs. Wish it was possible to give them more than 5 stars!

Negative experience: من اسوء العيادات التي تعاملت معها من اول جلسة ليزر حرقو جسمي في مناطق حساسة تواصلت معهم أخبرتهم ان آثار الحرق كل يوم يغمق لونها اكثر وقد ضهر في جسمي حبوب كثيرة من القيح تفاجأت انهم يطلبون مني انا ان اشتري مرهم وأدوية على حسابي قمت اشتريت وقلت الخطأ يصير وتعاطفت مع البنت لي سوتلي الليزر بعد شهر لاحظت ان الحروق انتشرت في جسمي طلبت مني ان تقوم بجلسة العلاج عندي في المنزل بعيدا عن العيادة اخبرت البنت نزهة اخبرتها انني من الممكن ان لا اكمل معهم باقي الجلسات لاحظت انه ولا هاممها الزبون ولا الكلينيك قالت اوكي بكل برود اتصلت بالعيادة وقلت انني تضررت من جلسة الليزر والحروق لي تسببولي بها من الدرجة الثانية أخبروني انه بعد أربعة أيام سيتواصل معي ويقومون بجلسة علاج بعد خمسة أيام اتصلت بهم لا يردون ابعث ايميل وابعث على الواتساب لا يجيبون اتصلت بالرسيبشن اطلب منهم التحدث مع البنت نور(بصفتها هيا المدير) لا حياة لمن تنادي الأن انا مضطرة للتعامل معكم بالقانون واظن هذا الحل الأنسب الذي يجب ان اتعامل به معكم من الأول

Negative experience: Была сегодня первый раз в клинике, у доктора Татьяны на консультации. К сожалению, доктор не смог объясниться. Татьяне было очень тяжело связать пару слов между собой. Когда я спросила у доктора, что это за аппарат, который стоит в космологическом кабинете, я получила минуту ответа в виде: «ааааа», «ееее» и «забыла, как на русском» больше ничего. Когда спросила, может ли доктору будет удобнее говорить на другом языке, английском или арабским, «ааа», «еееее» продолжилось и зык не был сменен. Это был самый странный опыт общения с врачом — без общения. Теперь я даже не уверена, что это был действительно специалист. На другие вопросы, с моей проблемой, я получила ответ: «У вас хорошая история…» и обратно же «мммм», «ааа» или вовсе молчание. Я удивлена количеством хороших отзывов об этой клинике, при такой квалификации врача. С плюсов: сегодня делала в этом салоне эндосферу. Был прекрасный специалист и приятен в общении, смог всё объяснить! Эстетика клиники — больше, чем на 5. Такого замечательного сервиса еще не встречала. Пойду еще раз? Нет, так как не уверена, что специалисты в клинике действительно ими являются. —————- I visited the clinic today for the first time for a consultation with Dr. Tatiana. Unfortunately, the doctor had difficulty expressing themselves. Tatiana struggled to connect a couple of words. When I asked the doctor about the device in the cosmetology room, I received a minute-long response consisting of "aaa," "eee," and "forgot how to say it in Russian," and nothing more. When I asked if it would be more convenient for the doctor to speak in another language, such as English or Arabic, the sounds continued, and the language was not changed. It was the strangest experience communicating with a doctor - without communication. Now I'm not even sure if they were truly a specialist. For other questions related to my issue, I received responses like "You have a good story..." and in return, "mmmm," "aaa," or just silence. I am surprised by the number of positive reviews about this clinic given the doctor's qualifications. On the positive side, I had an endosphere treatment at this salon today. The specialist was excellent and pleasant to communicate with, managing to explain everything! The clinic's aesthetics are beyond a 5. I have never encountered such wonderful service. Will I go again? No, because I am not confident that the specialists here are truly specialists.

Fantastic experience: I was visiting the beauty specialist in Zieda for face bio revitalization today. Usually I experienced very high level of pain for this procedure, so I didn’t expect this amazing feeling “of not feeling anything” today! The name of specialist is Mona, and she is a real magician - the whole procedure was done very fast and without pain. I am extremely satisfied and looking forward for the result in couple of days. Highly recommend the clinic, the service and level of the quality of cosmetic procedures.

I had two procedures done: lip filler with Dr. Tatyana and hydrafacial with Mona, and oh my gosh am I delighted with the results! They are true professionals who are passionate about their work, they gave me super important aftercare tips, and during the procedures the specialists were kind and caring, overall thank you so much, will definitely be back again!

Я ходила к разным мастерам, но именно хочу порекомендовать Nehza, у нее очень особая техника, с первого раза ты видишь изменения на теле, она как скульптор работает над твоим телом. Я хожу с начала лета регулярно, стараюсь 2 раза в неделю. Как только я начала проводить процедуры только у Nehza, мой персональный тренер не может меня дождаться на тренировку, при том , что у меня уже оплачен месяц на перед. Я очень довольна результатом ее работы ! Это рекомендация от души , особенно тем женщинам у которых не хватает времени на регулярный спорт или просто кому лень , а хочется подтянутую фигуру .

I had a problem with my palms' skin, dr. Zainab figured it out in a matter of minutes and gave me the exact right creams and stuff, now after only one week, I already feel at least 80% better!
