Fantastic experience: Like many, I’ve had some horrific experiences in dentists, leaving me petrified to sit in the chair, let alone undergo any treatment, Dr. Rashmina has spent so much time with me ensuring I’m comfortable, explaining the treatments and being able to perform them with out me crying or having a panic attack during my tooth extraction. I also do my braces here with Dr. Jamsheed and the expertise is superb. The dental assistant Amna and Sumaya is also friendly. Overall The clinic was 10/10 experience.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Basmah Dental Clinic, Muwaileh, Sharjah, on June 18, 2024. Despite undertaking all the necessary X-rays at a different facility, as instructed by the dentist in charge, and being scheduled for a routine tooth extraction, the entire procedure took over three hours. This is unacceptable and far from what I expected. The dentist struggled to complete the extraction, causing unnecessary discomfort and anxiety. The lack of efficiency and apparent lack of experience left me questioning the competence of the staff. I was in severe pain for more than three hours until I reached another clinic, where a surgery was performed to complete the extraction. Additionally, the prolonged wait time and subsequent pain caused me significant inconvenience and distress. I expected a professional and timely service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I urge the management to address these issues to prevent other patients from experiencing such a substandard level of care and immense pain.

Negative experience: Had a horrible experience with Dr.Rasmeenah.. I had wisdom tooth extraction and she tried to remove the tooth instead of sending me to the surgeon as it was a complicated case.. she tried and then when the pain became unbearable she send me to the surgeon half way thru the process . I would advice you to visit basmah only for basic cavity filling or consultation. Do not go for a complicated case to dentists who do not have experience in that case.

Negative experience: تجربتي مع هذي العياده للأسف كانت سيئة للغاية مكان غسوول الفم بعد تنظيف الأسنان كانت وسخه وفيها بقايا "دم" الممرضه وضعت قطعة القماش وتركت الطبيب لحاله، أصبحت أنا الممرض و أساعد الطبيب في مسك أداة التنظيف ومسح المياه عن وجهي!! ياليت الجهات المختصة تسوي تفتيش على هذي العياده. أو يتم إغلاقها فوراً
