Negative experience: أنا قبل العيد بيوم زرت العيادة ركبت عندهم مؤقت ما كمل 24 ساعه وتبطل دفعت فلوس ع الفاضي المكان نظيف و مرتب لاكن كانت تجربه فاشله من اول زياره

Fantastic experience: In fact, I appreciate the effort made by Dr. Shamsieh My son does not like dental clinics, but due to the doctor’s kindness and the way she treated him, he treated all his dental problems without any tension or screaming. Likewise, his sister, when she noticed her method of treatment and that her brother no longer cried when he went to his appointment, asked to be treated with her, and now all members of the family are receiving treatment with her. She has a very light hands and explains everything about the treatment before starting, and she is very respectful in her dealings with us

Last time I wanted to comeback however the receptionist was a bit of attitude I was a bit late as I came from RAK and she didn’t even tried to help me so I had to drive back with nothing. Anyways it was long time maybe in August. Overall it was great and highly recommended. Did my whitening and tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: I like it when they honoured the appointment time. I didn't have to wait during my 5 times visit for a root canal treatment, unlike some other clinics. Dr. Shamsia is very thorough in completing the procedure, to the precise fitting of the crown. She would pay atttention to the patient's comfort. Price is reasonable too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

I’m sure that my daughter’s teeth are well treated and be healthy! It past one year since my first review and since then I would like to add something more. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Shamsia for the attitude that she and her assistance showed to my family and me! Initially, she did a semi-annual check -in of my daughter"s teeth. Seeing her professional attitude and a way she deals with children, my wife came for a dental treatment. Based on the result, I decided to entrust me teeth in her hands, and later on my son did it as well. The very fact is that when whole family entrusted itself to somebody hands to take care on it means a lot! The only case, when someone can entrust the care of her/his health to a doctor is when doctor's skills are in the highest degree professional and conducted work with all responsibility, attention to a patient, accuracy in details and who loves her profession. Negative experience: It is unfortunate to say that it is a failed experience, there is no attention to the patient during the treatment period, doctor isra is not interested in following up on the patient's condition, Nurses are not qualified to deal with the patient, Can the timing of the appointment matter if the patient's condition is deteriorating? Even the dr is available and free?!?

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Doctor Esra and her assistant Nurse Gladis. She has absolutely a delicate/subtle hand dealing with her patient, never felt any pain at all. Unfortunately there was a change of my appointment due to this i wasn’t able to do what I’ve planned . Nevertheless the staff was friendly and accommodating, will definitely come back sometime soon.
