She took her time in explaining the causes of the problems I had and the different options to treat them. I highly recommend her. Also , the ladies at the reception were very efficient and helpful; they provided me with floss and toothpaste when I requested them. A fine establishment!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend American Dental Clinic having been a regular customer for years. I first visited in 2018 when I was looking for an invisible aligner treatment and therefore met Dr. Tim. I was taken care of by him and his team over several months, they were all very professional and skilled in every aspect and I was perfectly satisfied with the final result of the treatment. They provide great after sales service as well, for instance they can urgently mend the retaining wire in case I break it. To this day, I still regularly visit Dr Rouba twice a year for teeth cleaning and I'm always very happy with the process and efficiency of the treatments. Both are very human and approachable and all in all it's always a pleasant experience visiting them, and I think that says a lot about a dentist! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the american dental clinic since the 80s and I’m still going there for their excellent dentistry care and services. The team of doctors headed by Dr Ziegler come from international specialized backgrounds and offer high quality care. I stayed with this clinic for 40 years because I feel their work is focused with attention to detail, thoroughness of dental work. I’ve always experienced their sensitivity to the needs of the patient and their genuine courtesy in dealing with me. I would not consider any other clinic and have stayed with them for the above reasons.

Negative experience: **If you have a TMJ/TMD problem run away from this clinic Literally got scammed by Ziegler. He advertises himself as a TMJ specialist on the website and when you his receptionist if they have a TMJ specialist she says yeah we have Ziegler. Went in for a consultation for 500 Dhs he ddn't know what was happening or what to look for. Very awkward and frustrating behaviour as he sits and stares at you while acting like he is thinking about something deep only to shill you his 4000 Dhs mouth guard piece that he says MIGHT work haha. Oh and he gets ANGRY if you dont opt in for his treatment plan which im pretty sure is not only unprofessional but also shady behaviour. Stop advertising yourself as a TMJ specialist if you are an ordinary dentist and if you cant properly decipher what is happening with a patient dont charge 500 dhs for 20 mins of staring at patients awkwardly.

I now live in USA but I have not found a dentist of his calibre so I travel back to Dubai for my dental care by Dr Zeigler whom I totally trust to give me the best dental care. Earlier this month I travelled to Dubai to see Dr Zeigler for my dental treatment. Dr Ziegler provided me with outstanding care. He is very thorough with his examination and has a caring manner. He accommodated some extra work that I had not expected. He also worked around my schedule to make certain that I completed my dental care before leaving Dubai. Positive experience: Dr Mauricio I had a wisdom tooth removal at ADC by Dr. Mauricio. It was an impacted tooth, so a complicated surgery, and later the tooth became infected. The infection could have merely been an unfortunate incident (it does happen in certain cases), but I wish there was some follow-up, or support demonstrated by the doctor himself during this period of time. He was away on a study program when the tooth was infected (understandably not available); however, the minimum would have been to at least message, follow-up (at least once back), or direct me to the appropriate specialist surgeon. Instead Dr. Rouba and the admin staff kindly assisted me during this period of time to finally have an appointment set up with Dr. Hani, specialist surgeon. Dr. Hani A. Salam Once the side of my face had ballooned due to the infection, I was directed to Dr. Hani, and he was amazing! He immediately had me booked for a CT scan (the same evening) as well as a hospital (the following morning) to make sure that I am in the right place to be properly treated under general anesthesia. In fact, even after the procedure, he would check-in to make sure I am recovering. His sense of urgency, care, concern, and support were really appreciated. I wish I had met him sooner rather than later. Would strongly recommend Dr. Hani - his sense of ownership is truly admirable.

A few days ago, I felt one part of my mouth getting sensitive whenever I would bite down on food. I arranged an appointment with Dr. Rouba Hamdan and very quickly she correctly diagnosed that I was at the early stages of having cavities. Negative experience: I was physically and surgically assaulted by a general dentist at Nicholas and Asp clinic. That clinic helped a perpetrator to get away with a crime. That general dentist has already committed medical violations against her patients in another country immediately before running away to practice at Nicholas and Asp. The clinic comprised my dental record to cover up for the unbelievable physical damage I was given. I was left bleeding without one single stitch to close the surgical wounds I was unsolicitedly given. Don’t trust dental clinics. With the right connections, they can literally get away with murder. We trusted that clinic since 2003. Anything anything anything can happen to anyone there. Doctors LOVE covering up for each other, even for a predator with a negative documented professional history.

The first impressions were great; very friendly staff, a relaxing & sanitary sitting area; and above all an attentive personalized service from Ms. Marife. The patient care areas in the Villa (Clinic) have a culturally chic, family oriented ambience that is merged with super modern equipment including an innovative 'Covid protection' machine that reduces the spread of germs between the patient and dental staff. Very cool machine….. Of course, the most important aspect was the enthusiastic professionalism of my Dentist, Dr. Zeina Hammad, along with her dental assistant Ms. Lovelyn. Fantastic experience: I have been to different dental clinics in Dubai — and I can confidently say that American Dental Clinic is far better than any of them. I had one tooth that was in pretty bad shape so much so that I had to undergo root canal. While such a process would usually take several hours or a number of visits in other clinics, with ADC's Dr Philippe Sleiman, it was done in LESS THAN 30 minutes! Amazing. My tooth was as good as new. Patient care is excellent, and the rest of their dental team knows exactly what needs to be done. Besides that bad tooth, I had other teeth problems I didn't know about until a thorough check was done. So proper restoration processes followed to prevent further damage. Kudos to the team! And a special thank you for the wonderful service! More power!

Fantastic experience: Last March 2019, we visited the clinic in Dubai for the first time and me and my husband were truly amazed by the “homey” atmosphere and set up of the clinic. The interior makes you feel you are truly at home. To add to it, the welcoming smiles and service of the staffs from reception ( Miss Marilou) and Miss Edna who was so helpful in explaining the details, dental Hygienist Roxanne and Dr. Hala who did a very excellent job to put back that great smile in me and my husband. We were treated with utmost care. Booking an appointment is a breeze and you will definitely get a response plus further reminders when your appointment is near. Truly an amazing experience to be a patient of American Dental Clinic. It is really pricey though, but it is worth it! We will definitely be back in June.

Fantastic experience: I took my 9 years old daughter to the American Dental Clinic for a consultation for complicated teeth extractions that required surgery. After taking her to two other clinics, we decided to go with the American Dental Clinic. We are glad we did!! American Dental Clinic provided a great service! The front desk receptionists are all nice, I dealt a lot with Loubna, she is professional and very friendly to us and our daughter! She kept updating me on our appointments and provided great customer service! We dealt with Dr. Timothy, Saughnessy , Dr. Mauricio Taborda and Dr. Michael Ziegler and they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. They made us feel at ease , and not a signal time we felt rushed by the Doctors. On the day of the surgery Apple (Dr. Mauricio's assistant was very nice to our daughter during the surgery, kept comforting her, talking to her to distract her...The surgery was a success and we will still be taking our daughter for continuing orthodontist work with Dr. Timothy and using the clinic for our dental services. Fantastic experience: What I love about this place is that the doctors are tremendously qualified. They have extensive training. The best of the best. They also believe in treating the, "whole system," or whole body. Sometimes headaches and jaw and ear pain are coming from a problem with the teeth. They go through a thorough examination to make sure nothing is overlooked. With a friendly staff and beautiful offices in Dubai and two in Abu Dhabi, it's easy to visit them. You will never have to worry about them doing a great job. With their top of the line training, caring and experience, you will always feel confident. I really like everyone who works there.

Fantastic experience: We had a great service experience at the American Dental Clinic. My son, who's only 2 years old has already had a bad tooth decay at an early age. We took him for a dental checkup at Burjuman Prime Medical and told us that the only way to treat his decaying teeth is to undergo a dental surgery (which ofcourse my husband and I totally disagreed with because our son's too young to undergo surgery). So we went to ADC for a second opinion. My son had his check up and came back after a week to start with the procedure with Dr. Hala (we love her! So sweet and very professional) and to check if our son would cooperate so as not to send him to the hospital for surgery. Thank God he did! In just less than an hour, Dr. Hala successfully managed to finish the treatment. <3 Really grateful for her and the whole ADC team <3 Thank you, ADC! May God bless you always!

Negative experience: A disaster by all means. My husband and I totally trusted that clinic and we invested in our dental care at this clinic since 2003. But when it was time to claim my dental record, I was given false reports, falsified visits history to the clinic, altered X-rays and all of my clinical photos have totally vanished! An appalling unsolicited surgery was performed on a healthy set of teeth and gums by one of the general dentists at that clinic. I had gum and bones reduction surgery without an assessment and much more unbelievable damage. Instead of admitting truth and replying to messages and reports of other specialists who diagnosed my case, the clinic decided to manipulate my records and deprive me from seeking dental treatment anywhere else. I’m not through with this yet. The clinic should be able to carefully look through the professional history of its dental practitioners, instead of hiring badly professional conduct people to play some parts just to bring in more money to the clinic. I’m not through yet. If you’re reading this, please beware. Don’t trust. Keep your dental records safe at a different trusted dental clinic. This clinic doesn’t care enough about their patients safety. Many clinics want to make money. But this blunt clumsy way of wasting patients health and careers because of a non required treatment has gone too far. The clinic didn’t respect medical codes of ethics as well. Beware. Beware. Fantastic experience: Highly professional and friendly doctors and staff. Excellent quality of work and patient care. As someone who has done several dental treatments , I would definitely recommend this clinic as "the go to clinic" in Dubai for any dental work.
