Negative experience: Orthodontist Dr. Rajesh abandoned me mid way of my braces treatment. The clinic reported he went back to India which is false information as well. Additionally the facebook advertisement is not true. Disappointed at how things work. This is ethically very wrong.

Negative experience: I did my cleaning and filling June 29,,, and the most reason I did for cleaning becuz I have one teeth the root was becuz black but same thing still black☺️,,, then the worst things I been true they inject the medicine and it's all over my face and having technical problem no water supply ,,and my face is already numb becuz of medication and they let me go to other room ,they polish my teeth by scrubbing with fingers not the machine,,, as supposed to ,,, and charge me 280 ,,,

Negative experience: سعر التنظيف على الإنترنت كان 79 درهم لكن عندما ذهبت ابلغني الدكتور انه يجب ان أقوم بتنظيف عميق للأسنان وقيمته 150 درهم لكن التنظيف لم يكن عميق فعلا لم ألاحظ تغيير حقيقي في تجربتي

Fantastic experience: I really recommended Dr Naveed and joyce his assistant. I got treated and am satisfied and i recommended to everyone.

Negative experience: The teeth cleaning was 49 aed in online advertised but when I went there they said it will cost 100 aed . And they charged me double by the name of deep cleaning, even she didn't clean it very well

Negative experience: Most worst clinic in Al ain city . Unprofessional doctor Vindana without any X-ray testing provided treatment patient and creating trouble . My son got life time tooth RCT because she didn’t took X-ray and he got infected huge swelling puss in his teeth. No coopration and no refund of money.very bad behavior not passing Manager contact detail to talk . Please don’t deal with them at any stage even giving free treatment .

Negative experience: Ramadan offers and offfers before are vague/ not clear. Just did my adjustment and i'm paying 200dhs for it regularly. I Confirmed the offer for the ramadan offer and it said its applicable to new and regular patients. At the time of payment, i checked my receipt after i paid and it appeared to be same price as i'm paying before. I asked the receptionist she said that the offer 99dhs is for upper or lower only/ one side only. Same happened when i started they had offered for upper and lower and end of it is i paid almost double of it. And prior to this there this another offer for brace adjustment, i came and they said its for new patient only. Thought gonna have discount and save some money of it.

Negative experience: The clinic staff is never responding and i had a concern regarding refund for braces as i will not be continuing because im moving out of town and cannot get treated in alain. At first they informed me the account department will contact me but they never did, so i followed up again after a week still no clear justification. The last call i made to the given number i wanted to speak to a manager the next thing she does is hang up the phone on me and when i try to call again (2x) there’s no response.

Negative experience: Upon scheduling a cleaning and filling, I will say I will not recommend this Dental Clinic to anyone. My doctor was Dr. Mohamed, I went last year November end of the month. Upon examination of teeth Dr. commented “teeth look clean, cleaning is not required.” However, I was billed without that service being really performed, but that is not the main issue. Overall dissatisfaction stems from poor procedure of four teeth fillings. First procedure I wasn’t satisfied it was all giving sentivitity issues and discoloration especially all performed without any anesthesia. I had to complain and to receive a follow up examination, but I just want him to perform to procedure on one tooth only. Then after two weeks the pain reoccurred, so painful that I wasn’t able to eat. Additionally, I attended an alternate clinic for a 2nd opinion and they informed that the previous procedure completed was the result of drilling to deep and that is what caused my extended pain and discomfort. That is also when they advised me I needed to have a root canal. The Dr. Mohamed requested that I can come in to follow up procedure that he is willing to attempt to resolve the issue but however I will never return to this dental clinic. I will not recommend this clinic!!!!!

Fantastic experience: Finally found the best dental clinic.Been searching and trying dental clinics here in Al Ain since I moved here last June and this one is the Best!! From assistance through phone chat and call is excellent.They answer each and every question I asked them patiently.Easy to make appointments and the reception team are so nice and attentive. Doctor assistant are very accommodating and comforting (since Im really nervous,literally shaking and in tears during my tooth extraction) they really comforted me .And the most patient doctor I ever met Dr.Naveed. Very professional and easy to talk with.Can’t say thank you enough for being patient with me during the treatment.Really appreciated Doc . And to my Ortho who explained with me very clear all the details and what is the procedure.Very helpful and professional. I explained with him that I have certain months only to have braces on and he manages to make the procedure till the month I need.Not even the same month I need it’s even less in my surprise (Of course it depends on your teeth case). But my main point here in total this clinic is best and I highly recommend them.Hat’s off for Dr.Naveed and Dr.Alok.Thank you for taking care of my teeth.Im pretty sure very soon I can smile confidently with my bright and aligned teeth .

Negative experience: Very disappointed, this is my first time and last time i come for my braces adjustment because actually i transfer here in al ain so im trying to search medical clinic to make braces adjustment because very hassle for me if i go in dubai for my doctor to do my braces adjustment so i will try shield medical center, but really very disappointed for what they do, they not even do cleaning my teeth before change the rubber, and the last part of the wire of my teeth just now i saw they cut it and they not bring it back or they not even just put the rubber to be adjust the teeth the important for me is the teeth cleaning before making the adjustment for braces but they not do. Im paying money but the service its not worth it really

Negative experience: 2 years ago. I was there to make my upper and lower denture. It was so horrible experienced with Dr.Maram a Syrian doctor GP who was the dentist made it. My money that I paid with total amount I didn't took it back...and without the dentures as well. No one contacted me to settle the issue with me. I have all the receipts that I paid. And they don't even respect the time of appointments. I got police fines for parking for waiting my appointment. This small clinic which I thought was eligible for my dental needs is very traumatic. Calling UAE ,DOH and HAAD to check this facility of all the matters coz even cleanliness they haven't been able to make it up. Very alarming @UAE @DOH

Negative experience: Attention to the management, please respect your client's appointment time. I know it's not only us who experienced waiting for more than 30 minutes or more for our turn, even though your reception team confirmed the appointment time. Please note on this. Maybe you will just disregard this but this matter will affect your company in the future.

Negative experience: It's not good for them to consult because what they suggest is wrong, the customers they victimize are pitiful. actually the suggestion of the doctor is not good see i have problem in my gums so the doctor check my gums after that he told me that i need rootcanal but i see in the xray there is no problem with my teeth so i try to go to the other dental It turns out that only deep cleaning is needed, but the doctor's suggestion here in to shield dental clinic is root canal or tooth removal even though there is no problem with my teeth
