From the moment I walked in, the receptionist seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, providing little assistance and failing to address my inquiries adequately. Furthermore, during my consultation with the dentist, I felt unheard and rushed through the appointment. They did not take the time to listen to my concerns or explain the proposed treatment thoroughly. As a result, I left feeling frustrated and without confidence in the care provided. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the clinic’s customer service and patient care approach

Negative experience: I recently visited Qasr Al Reem Dental Clinic and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, with frequent distractions on their phones. The receptionist lacked warmth, and the dentist's performance left much to be desired. It's disheartening to wonder if the Quack treatment was influenced by factors beyond my control. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my unfortunate encounter.

Negative experience: I called in earlier and Mr. Fawad picked up who I earlier thought was a receptionist but apparently he’s the owner of the clinic who was extremely rude and disrespectful. Lacks basic etiquette and manners. If this continues, the head doctor will be losing a lot of applicants and potential clients. They should remove their frustration elsewhere and not on the people who call up their centre.
