Negative experience: I have no issues about quality of work but we had very bad attitude about appointments arrangement. Appointment was assigned for certain date, later clinic made a call asking to shift it to another day. That was fine, but at the day of appontment we discovered that doctor left on vacation without taking care of sorting out pending appointments. Considering the fact our tavel was adjusted exactly for this date we're not able to get treatment. Reception can't do anything to help sort it out. I want escalate it to the management as unuccaptable attention to customer.

He was amazing — professional, gentle, and very caring throughout the whole process. I was a bit nervous at first, but he explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. The procedure went smoothly, and surprisingly, it wasn’t very painful. I really appreciate his skill and kindness. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I visited Aspetar Dental Clinic today, and I just have to give a special shoutout to the receptionist—I think her name is Kristene (sorry if I’m pronouncing it wrong!). She was so cute, kind, and incredibly welcoming. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel at ease with her helpful and cheerful attitude. It really set the tone for the whole visit. What really stood out was how she greeted me with a warm smile, a great attitude, and even offered me a coffee while I waited. That small gesture made a big difference. She’s honestly a gem and deserves to be appreciated!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Aspetar Dental Clinic KCA for the last 5 years and i must say this is one of the best practice in Abu Dhabi. From the reception to completion they are extremely professional. The facilities and equipment are modern and clean. Dr. Naveed is extremely good, one of the best is UAE. I know as i have visited numerous dentists in my 17yrs in UAE. His diagnosis, choice of treatment and execution is top notch. Happy to recommend Aspetar anytime.

I’ve visited him twice so far and i can already see the results, so satisfied and happy about it, he’s awesome. I also like how he explains everything at every visit and includes me in every step. Negative experience: My review concerns Dr. Sohaib Hassan. I wanted to get braces for a tooth in my upper set of teeth which was a little crooked. Dr Sohaib Hassan put braces on both my upper and lower set of teeth. I trusted him blindly as I didn't know much about any dental procedures. But what Dr. Sohaib Hassan also did was interproximal reduction on EVERY SINGLE TOOTH of mine and mind you I had no crowding to begin with! Now I have a narrower jaw, flared uneven teeth (like on one side my teeth are protruding outwards and on the other side they are pushed inside), my tongue doesn't fit inside my mouth anymore and have trouble closing my mouth properly. I hate my smile and my teeth every single day, thanks for Dr Sohaib Hassan. If I could sue him I would, instead I curse him every single day when I'm reminded how ugly my smile, my lip structure and my protruding teeth look. Edit: My review concerns Dr Sohaib Hassan, who works at your clinic as Specialist Orthodontist (as clearly mentioned in the first sentence). It's very disappointing to see you regard a previous patient's experience as "amateur and unprofessional comment".

Negative experience: My appointment was at 11:00 am I arrived at 10:55 am, only to find the place inexplicably closed despite their business hours starting at 9 am. After driving for an hour and anticipating this appointment, you can imagine my frustration. I even attempted to call, hearing the phone ring on the other side of the door, yet no one was present to answer. This lack of professionalism and consideration for clients' time is unacceptable. It's incredibly disheartening to allocate time, effort, and resources, only to be met with such a dismissive experience.

Fantastic experience: I had braces on from another clinic that was careless which left me with damaged teeth alignment so then i decided to get new treatment in Aspetar clinic and i dont regret it at all, the dentists are very kind and friendly along with the receptionists who are very welcoming, the vibe in the clinic radiates with positive energy and the treatment is a top notch service. I recommended thclinic to my whole family and friends who proceeded to take appointment and share the same experience as me.

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic for a new veneer to be fixed. The clinic is very nice, quiet, and very clean. The staff including receptionists are all kind, very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Chahnaz who did my veneer is very kind, clever, sweet and very competent and it was my pleasure to meet her. She also checked my little daughter's teeth and my daughter was very happy with her. Honestly, Dr. Chahnaz is the best. Her assistant was friendly and very kind too. Finally, the booking was fast and convenient for me.
