Fantastic experience: I had a tooth fixed and a root canal done by Dr. Rajula Sajan, and her treatment was excellent. I didn’t feel any pain at all, even during the procedure. Now, after one month I'm writing that rewiew, my teeth feel perfectly fine. Her kind and friendly way of talking made me feel completely comfortable and not scared at all. Negative experience: In the beginning of the visit, everyone was so nice and sweet but when it comes to any mis-understanding at the end they have rude and horrible attitude and behaviour. I definitely don't recommend this.

Our specialist dedicated significant time and effort to treatment for 2 kids beyond clinical hours to ensure your complete satisfaction, which you verbally appreciated immediately after treatment. Though she insisted on doing part of the treatment in the next session, as it was late, you insisted all work to be done at the same time although late hours.
The agreed-upon price for the extensive treatment of five teeth for two patients was an 'X' amount EACH. Our pricing structure is clearly outlined. We showed the printed laminated sheet too, which you dismissed, and we strive to be transparent about all costs involved.
You wanted to pay ONLY the ‘X’ amount for all 5 teeth all-inclusive for 2 patients together over a span of 1 hour of diligent work.
When the specialist asked you (to help you understand), whether he felt that the work and effort was worth 'X/5' AED for each tooth, you behaved indifferently.
While we respect your right to express your concerns, we must also maintain a professional environment for our staff and other patients.
Raising your voice in the clinic and in front of other staff towards our Specialist created a disruptive atmosphere, which is why our staff intervened.
We value all our patients and aim to provide the best possible care. We are always open to discussing concerns and finding amicable solutions.
You walked away paying a meagre amount, threatening us to do whatever needed from our end and wrote a negative review for us, displays abuse of social media more than justification.

Fantastic experience: Many person are afraid to have extraction because of the process and its not easy to have trust the doctor because of many reason but DR SHARON ANN handle me with care and I gave my full trust on her and she she did the extraction with care. Negative experience: Thursday I visit the clinic and sitting half an hour with unbearable pain i go for consultation with doctor Rajula . And they book my appointment for tooth removal by saturday evening at 8 pm. They took my number and email that they will inform me. Via email or whats up .but unfortunately untill 3 days no one send me email or whats up. At Saturday I took number by Google and I call at afternoon to check my appointment and they said they were sending message but another's wrong number I just talk with doctor about this matter and she talk to me about it very rude and bad manners she said that I am paying only 300 Aed and I am complaining. . She make me scared that I can get paralysed for ever or might be for some month or tooth will broke and I need to pay 900Aed extra for another operation because of teeth removal. I just said I m in big pain u guys r taking long time to let me sit on reception. On behalf of my this conversation she bahave very bad and rudley. Is doctor can say like that to patient. And she said u get irritated by ur boss thats y u are complaining How come doctor talk like that. Instead of my treatment she was debating and talking about money. I get stand up and I refused to get treated by RAjUla. I went to an other clinic they took only 3 minute to treat me and removal. Alhamdullilah I mention here because no one other get this trouble . She has no right to talk about money or about my boss she was so rude and bad manners. Doctor should be polite with patient and careful. Not to mention money or make the patient scare
We always welcome review which are appreciated by us for improving our operations.
However, we are shocked to read about your version. After a thorough discussion with relevant staff, we would like to put forth the same incident in full honesty for all to understand how social media can be misused.
On patient's arrival, as per Dubai Health Authority requirements, it is mandatory, patients to be registered in clinic software which is linked to NABIDH system. After that the reception takes required signature on appropriate consent forms (DHA requirements). Then Nurse needs to register your vitals as per NABIDH requirement and recorded in software which is read by them in real time.
This is not our choice, we are following protocols set by the Governing body, DHA. All our patients are receptive of this and give us their complete understanding, and we are thankful to them.
Please understand, it’s a mandate not a choice.
During your registration process on 18th April 2024, as per provided emirates ID card, all required details has been transferred to our system which included your telephone number as registered in Emirates ID.
On 20th noon you called complained about not getting any messages we send you. Staff verified your number which was mismatching with your emirates ID number and rectified. During the same call you requested to prepone your appointment to 7:30 PM which was met. However, due to traffic, you arrived at 8 PM. We were accommodative.
During your Treatment visit, at the nurse station, during the process of reading of your Vitals, Nurse had problem getting some of the reading, for which you got annoyed with the Nurse and started to complain and how slow all of the team was.
Upon entering the dental room, you did not give time to Dr. Rajula, who always stands and greets her patients, to even sit, you were shouting and complaining to her about delays, slow procedures in front of her 2 nurses.
Your Registration at front desk was at 8pm, Vital were done at 8:04pm. You were taken to the Dental Room at 8:16pm. All this after you came 30 min late and we didn’t utter a word.
Dr. Rajula’s immediate concern was to calm you down to discuss about procedure for treatment again before resuming, if you chose, which you promptly did by getting on the dental chair.
She even informed you she set 1 hour aside to make sure she did the procedure in a way you are able to resume work immediately with min or no post op pain and you are well aware of this. She had planned well for a normal procedure. Because she gives good time to patient after care instructions too.
As per Clinic protocol, we inform patients all aspect of the probable treatment. The misleading aspect of Paralysis that you are highlighting – it was clearly expressed to you and your husband later that it is a worst-case scenario ONLY if incase the root puts pressure on the main nerve it may lead to partial or full paresthesia (tingling sensation) or paralysis of the nerve branch going to those few teeth on that side of your jaw. Your husband had verified whether it was only those teeth, and it was confirmed the same to him. Hence your statement of paralysis without context for garnering attention is very misleading and inappropriate.
After this both of you said you wanted time to decide and left the clinic without treatment. This has been recorded in our system. You exited clinic after a calm and rational discussion at 8:43pm.
You have spent 30 minutes with doctor on your initial visit and discussed all detail (including cost / procedure etc.). On your appointed date for treatment, you spoke for a good 40 minutes. If the doctor was rude and ill mannered, as you are mentioning then it’s a wonder how you spend so much time with her and had sufficient time to ask her to explain the same to your husband all over, to which she humbly obliged and he too was explained.
Our sincere request is to use your social media platform judiciously.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal and capping in this clinic six months ago. I found this place based on the good comments of google maps. I highly recommend Doctor Rajula, she’s very kind and professional. She clear all my doubts, explain me very patiently about the procedure she was doing and also she was very clear about the options that I had with the particular prices. Fantastic experience: I went for a complicated tooth extraction after facing a bad experience with another Doctor. My teeth and surrounding gums were in bad condition when I met Dr Rajula. She explained the cause of my issues and did a detailed examination and also made sure to explain everything to me. My Anxiety dropped down after hearing from her about cases like mine which she previously did. Fantastic experience: Got a terrible toothache. I couldn’t even eat properly. Then found this clinic on google. Reviews from other patients gave some confidence to visit this clinic. Doctor was quite professional and caring. She did an x-ray of my tooth and find out that it was cracked near the root. That was the cause of my unbearable toothache. She said it would have to be extracted. I was down for that as long as that pain goes away. She has good skills and knowledge. Everything went smoothly given that I got an injection of some medicine that did numb that area and I didn’t feel pain at all while getting my tooth extracted. Only after that I started to feel unbearable pain but as doctor assured and promised it actually stopped in 30-50mins. As per her explanation it was supposed to pain bcuz bacteria was exposed to the oxygen. But like I said before, it stopped after around 30-50 mins. I felt some dizziness in the beginning after the extraction because I didn’t have proper meal before seeing doctor but doctor helped me by giving some glucose which gave some energy. After the mentioned time I forgot about the pain completely. Doctor even told me to have an ice cream after one hour to help my gums heal faster as the ice cream is cold )) Overall, I am happy with my experience in this clinic with that amazing doctor Rajula. She’s is so kind and caring. Explains the whole process and what to do after that. So I’d definitely recommend this clinic in case you have something urgent like I had. It’s a bit expensive comparing to my home country. But not too much expensive comparing to other clinics in Dubai. Hope this review was helpful to others. Cheers!
