Negative experience: Delayed appointment schedule (almost 1 hour) with arrogant dentist who half-heartedly apologized and justified that: - appointment was late because most of the appointments here are always late - and she says my schedule was for 2030H and not 2000H when in fact she confirmed when I last visited that it was 2000H and there was a call from her nurse at 1825H (same day of appointment) confirming that it was 2000H.

Fantastic experience: It is a happy clinic beacause all the staffs are accomodating and smiling. Well, I want to commend specially Dr. Arriana of the Dental Department, great work with my retainers.

Negative experience: Dr.Geetha(dentist) has a very unprofessional approach,she called me in just to tell me to give up my turn for another patient ,i made a mistake obliging which i realised only when her assistant told me that dr wants me to skip my turn again because the next patient is a new patient she wanted to attend to him first ,i had no option but to return the token to her and walk off.

Negative experience: I would like to share my feedback regarding Dr. George Joseph, the pediatrician. Unfortunately, my experience with his services has been very disappointing. I visited the modern clinic twice — once last week and again five days ago — to consult with him. During both visits, the responses and explanations provided when we asked questions were not satisfactory. There was a noticeable lack of proper communication, guidance, and care, which left us feeling uncertain and unsupported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Dr. George Joseph to others seeking pediatric care. I hope this feedback helps in maintaining the quality of services provided to patients.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from a persistent dry cough for four months and consulted multiple doctors, trying various treatments, including antibiotics, allergy medications, inhalers, and cough syrups. Unfortunately, none of them could identify the root cause. As a teacher, this was especially challenging for me in front of my students. Finally, I visited Modern Clinic Abushagara and consulted Dr. Mohammed Fulail. He was incredibly friendly, took the time to ask detailed questions about my medical history, and carefully reviewed the medications I was taking for blood pressure. That’s when he identified the cause—my cough was a side effect of my BP medication. He promptly changed my prescription, and as soon as I stopped taking the previous tablet, my cough started improving. Now, I am perfectly fine. I am truly grateful to Dr. Mohammed Fulail for his expertise and dedication. The clinic staff was also very cooperative and professional. Thank you for the excellent care!

My daughter (3 n half) frequently fall sick once she started going to Nursery... But each time I bring my child to see Dr.Revathi, I can see that she treats her patients just like an own Mother....! However, within two days, the bleeding resumed, and despite a second visit to the same clinic, the issue was not resolved, and I was advised to visit a government hospital emergency unit. He discovered that a foreign particle had been left inside my chin during the initial stitches, which was causing the recurrent bleeding. Fantastic experience: We visited the clinic to consult Dr. Luby Ally Roshan, ophthalmologist for my sons yearly check up and I must say I was impressed with the doctors and clinics services. Although we had to wait for a bit past our appointment time we forgot about it the minute we met her as she has such a calming personality. She had back to back visits and still spoke to us with a smile throughout. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Four days back 15th November became a game changer in my life. I went there only for the lab tests but for the approval I had to visit Dr.Rahmana, I just casually discussed my multiple issues with her and told her that Im suffering from 10 years and real fed up of my life. She started my treatment and today only after 2 days im feeling better and very hopeful also.The best thing I liked about her is that she personally contacted me the same night and motivated me to start treatment, although I was thinking to drag it and start it later, but just because of her motivation, I started it the same night and now feeling better also. Fantastic experience: Fist time I've visited Modern Clinic was back in July 2023 when I fell down the stairs and suffered some injuries. The second time was just this last Saturday when I had to be checked and cured for my tonsilitis. Nothing was changed on these 2 occasions, from the smiling faces of the receptionists, the accommodating and knowledgeable staff nurses, cashiers and cleaning staff. Positive experience: A good clinic with a diverse panel of doctors. I always visit the clinic for any illnesses or medical issues. Recently I got Root Canal procedure done on my right lower jaw molar at the clinic by Dr.Huma. She was very proficient and performed the procedure with minimal pain and fuss to me. I appreciate her informing me about what she was doing and regularly checking if I was in discomfort during the sittings. The complete procedure was done at very reasonable cost and to my satisfaction. I would recommend the clinic and Dr. Huma to people looking to get dental work done.

Positive experience: I had to consult Dr. Fouzul (dentist). After an initial consultation 4 days ago, I was advised to get some fillings done. This was done today and the experience was frankly the best "dental experience" I have had so far. The treatment was absolutely painless, quick and very efficient. I was in and out of the clinic in literally 20 minutes. Dr. Fouzul is a no-nonsense doctor and explains the issue and treatment very well and clearly. He does not recommended unnecessary procedures. Modern Clinic is cheaper than other "chain" clinics but their standard of service is the same or better. Staff is quick, polite and efficient. Thank you for the care!

Fantastic experience: We recently moved from the UK to UAE . Wasn’t sure where to go for dental treatment. A family friend recommended Dr. Huma Chander in this clinic. She was exceptional, professional and knew what she was doing and saying. Answered all the questions very well and I received top notch dental treatment. Fantastic experience: Fantastic treatment! My mum came from the UK and was treated by Dr. Rahmana Wahab. She was excellent...one of the best Drs we have seen in a while. We usually get treated in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. She was very thorough and well experienced. Excellent work.
