Positive experience: I saw an advertisement that there is an offer going on, @899 for braces. When I called for booking the reception told me it is “almost expired”. Even though it is last day of offer and there is an appointment slot also available as per reception but clinic refused to entertain us. It is rude. The clinic management is very responsive, I received a call shortly and he explained the situation in a polite way and also extended the same offer. I appreciate that and revise my ratings to 4.

Fantastic experience: I left my previous dentist in Dubai Satwa and I started July 2023 with Dr. Farhana from my first encounter to her she explains the status of my teeth. She is attentive to my dental concerns and demonstrated a great deal of professionalism. They value your appointment timing, she made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you for the excellent dental care that you provide in my six months my teeth become good. I have been to other dentist that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money also compare in my 1-year previous dentist they make my teeth more worst. It was a relief to find a dentist with integrity and I feel I am in good hands. Dr. Farhana give me a gentle positive mindset. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went to this clinic twice already (first was braces adjustments and teeth cleaning and 2nd was tooth filling). The dentist is very professional. She knows what she’s doing. From the reception to the dental service, the staffs are very welcoming and kind. The clinic is super clean and all equipments are like new ones. Prices are low to reasonable. I highly recommend this dental clinic. No regrets. Will come back for sure again.
