Negative experience: Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing dental experiences I’ve ever had. What was confidently promised during the consultation had little to do with the actual treatment I received. The work on my teeth was overall sloppy and lacked any sense of precision. A thorough cleaning was included in the treatment plan, but what I actually got was a rushed 5-minute session that can’t be described as professional or even basic. Multiple promises were made regarding included services, follow-ups, and guarantees – but in the end, none of them were honored. Empty words with no follow-through. If you’re considering getting veneers done here, I strongly advise against it. Speaking from personal experience, it turned out to be an expensive and frustrating mistake – both financially and health-wise.

Negative experience: If you’re considering Lavish Clinic to invest in yourself— please please, think twice. If you’re planning to spend your hard-earned money on your health, beauty, or wellness, be extremely cautious before trusting this clinic. Because for them, it’s clearly not about client care or delivering on promises—it’s about taking your money and vanishing. I have nothing personal against this clinic or Dr. Nahal. This is purely about principle. Over a year ago, I paid for a service I never received. After chasing them for months, Dr. Nahal herself confirmed in writing that I’d be issued a voucher for the same amount. That voucher? Still doesn’t exist. I’ve received no follow-up, no delivery, no call—not even basic courtesy. Yet they now claim I picked up the voucher, which is completely false. They don’t even have my address, so how exactly would that happen? And every time I contact them? A new receptionist. No consistency, no communication, and definitely no professionalism. Even their staff don’t seem to last long there, and now they’re putting all their energy into building an image online to attract new clients. But what about the people they’ve already failed? This isn’t about a refund—I respected their no-refund policy. It’s about keeping promises. I was offered a solution and they didn’t follow through. They lied, plain and simple. I’m posting this to warn others. I’ve saved every email and message, including the one I’ll attach here, where they acknowledge the issue but never acted. If this review saves even one person from going through the same stress I’ve endured, it’s worth it. Avoid Lavish Clinic. You deserve better!

Negative experience: Trying to schedule appointment but for some reason their customer service is not responding in a positive matter, just said "we are not available" and after when I mentioned that they should actually maybe give me some dates, they wrote "we are fully booked in advance" lol what a joke or a center.

I had very large gaps between my teeth and wanted to get veneers because my teeth weren’t as white as I would have liked. My dentist then recommended that I close the gaps first before getting veneers. I’m really grateful that I followed her advice. I had the gaps closed with Invisalign, and now they’re completely gone. She temporarily fixed a bridge for my mum whilst on vacation, enabling her to travel home in comfort and seek a permanent fix there. Fantastic experience: I had a laser hair removal dubai at lavish clinic, and i’m so happy with the results, all the staff are so friendly and professional, highly recommended.

Negative experience: This place is a ripoff. I was charged AED 550 plus another 5% for VAT for a deep cleansing facial that was supposed to take one hour. Instead the person doing the facial rushed through and finished it in less than 40 minutes and my face was peach red because of the rushed treatment. They don't do anything else other than extraction and they just put a mask on your face and that was it. It's an absolutely rip off and no one should be charged almost AED 580 for a severely less than adequate treatment. Will not go to this place ever again and don't recommend to anyone either!!

I also try Coolsculpting and Facial-Zo Obagi treatments and it’s really contributed to my overall satisfaction. I found the staff to be attentive and provided the best service. Negative experience: Editing my previous review as the service gets worse and worse today I was threatened if I don’t delete my review then the receptionist can’t book me in while I have a paid package. I don’t recall that it’s legally binding that if someone doesn’t like a service isn’t supposed to post a google review. The owner called me once when I told her to call me back because I was in a meeting and didn’t bother herself to call again and ensure of client satisfaction. Word of mouth works better in the UAE even better than google reviews. I will be more than happy to finish my sessions and never go back. Worse experience ever You book an appointment and then for some reason it’s not there You try to reach out to someone they never reply I just want to finish my package with them and never go there again
