LAMER DENTAL CENTER

Negative experience: I'm feeling a bit skeptical about the dentist. Before visiting, I called and confirmed with the receptionist that I could come in for a free check-up. However, when I arrived, they had me sign a consent form right away, which made me hesitant since I was still deciding if this clinic was the best fit for me. Despite my reservations, I went ahead and signed. The dentist quickly discouraged me from pursuing the treatment I wanted and instead pushed for a more expensive service that wasn't what I was looking for. She examined my teeth it only lasted less than a minute. When I decided not to proceed, the receptionist asked me to pay 100 AED, which felt off given the initial promise of a free check-up. Luckily, they didn't push me to pay, but the whole experience left a bad taste. Maybe it's just me, but it seems like they're more interested in selling services than providing genuine care. Be cautious when clinics promise 'free' services - it's worth double-checking what's really included. Trust your instincts and don't hesitate to explore other options if something feels off.

Positive experience: Based on the reviews, I chose this dental center. I had a teeth cleaning; It was fast and straightforward, but not worth the price of 200 AED. The teeth felt rough and a bit unclean; the front upper teeth were less yellowish-looking, while the rest of the teeth had a yellowish layer on their surface. I wish they had done deep polishing for every tooth, not just polishing as if it were a normal brushing. I am very disappointed that the tooth stains returned in less than a month.

Dr. Omnia was professional, gentle, and thorough throughout the entire procedure. She made sure I was comfortable and explained and given dental care tips which I greatly appreciated.
