Negative experience: I contacted them, made an appointment at 10:40 a.m., arrived at 10:30 a.m., waited more than 1 hour and unfortunately, I'll have to leave without being able to undergo the treatment I urgently needed for a dental filling. I completely understand that they are busy, but if I contact them and we agree on a specific time, I don't understand why I need to waste my time if they are not available. It's much easier to say that it's not possible at that time and I'm not coming here to waste my time.

Negative experience: i booked an apointment for a simple tooth extraction and gave me price of 100 aed, after consultation dentist told me he will operate at the cost of 500 aed, after he told me that price i left for this BS! pricing,and his reason for increasing the price is the root of the tooth are 2, this clinic has misleading ads and false advertisements,

Fantastic experience: Amazing care and service provided by Dr. Xena and Dr. Mafasa. I came for multiple treatments, such as deep cleaning, filling, extraction, and root canal. All services were excellent, and I would be coming back in the future for routine cleaning. The receptionists were ever so helpful and accommodating with scheduling and assisting in medical insurance processes.

Negative experience: I messaged the clinic in the morning for the scheduled availability and confirmed for 4:30pm cleaning. I arrived a few minutes before the agreed time and waited for more than an hour. Receptionist were very accommodating but of course it’s still the dental cleaning services is what matters. The dental room staff doesn’t know who is next or not even though the receptionists keeps on repeating it to them. I was called at around 5:52pm and even had a small talk with the doctor. The cleaning started at 5:54pm and finished at 6pm. I even ask the doctor if it was already finished and he just told me that it was just a cleaning and not deep cleaning. I approach the reception area and confirm the price and it cost me 100 aed for a 6 minutes of cleaning. When I ask again to reconfirm because I had it timed that was the time they told me sorry or if I want to come back inside the room or they will refund me the money or whatever. For me it’s unfair. The receptionist run to me to give me back my money and discussed the whole scenario and apologize on behalf of the clinic services.

Negative experience: The process for a teeth whitening was very painful. The doctor told me that it was because my teeth are sensitive but I have done few teeth whitening at different clinics in dubai and Europe and never fell any pain that close to what I fell there. The first cycle was okay, then 2 mins later we started a second cycle for more results but we had to stop in the middle of the treatment as the pain was too unbearable. Negative experience: Staff are good however the deep cleaning procedure is not good. Deep cleaning takes 15 minutes only and paying for AED 150. Will not visit again! Not highly recommended. If you have other customer waiting on the qeue just do the procedure properly not on rush so that your customer will satisfied with your service!

Negative experience: I recently visited for a teeth cleaning and was very disappointed with the experience. When booking, the receptionist mentioned a promotion for AED 89, but after the procedure, we were told the promotion had ended, and we had to pay AED 160. The cleaning itself was rushed—only about 5 minutes of actual cleaning and a few seconds of polishing, just 6 teeth in the front only. After checking in the bathroom, I noticed black spots still between my teeth, indicating an incomplete job. It feels like they use misleading pricing to attract customers, and the quality of service does not justify the price. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Negative experience: I don’t even want to give one star for my service. I did a teeth-whitening promotion two days ago. This is not my first time doing the whitening service, as I had done it 6 months ago in another clinic. Last time in my other clinic, the dentist offered to do it again after one time laser done as my teeth color still hadn’t changed, so I did it twice, and the outcome was totally different. But, in this clinic, they informed me when I arrive in their clinic that the whitening laser is only for one time. If I need to do it again, I have to pay additional. Short story short, my teeth were not whitening after one laser was done, and I don’t want to pay any additional as the service name called teeth whitening means the clinic should take responsibility for the service. Even though they offered me to come back, I’m living far and my trust is already broken since your advertising is not clear. In my previous clinic, they also checked my tooth color situation before the service below the picture, but in this clinic they don't even do it. Such a waste of my time and money. Note: Without checking the color level of client teeth before start doing whitening treatment is make me think clearly that this clinic don’t want to take any responsibility of the whitening treatment service.

True enough Dr. Ikra was so accomodating and i like that she was also educating me with the treatment I require with clarity and planning, hence i felt that in in good hands. Fast forward to the procedure, e-max veneers was done for my front teeth, measurements were taken on the first visit followed by whitening my teeth to my desired outcome, a week after this is now how it looks. Natural Thank You Dr. Ikra and Abdelrahman! You both are very kind including the ladies in the reception.
