Negative experience: This is the last time I will visit this center. My wife wanted a consultation for an itch in her hand, but unfortunately there is exploitation with other tests that have nothing to do with this. But why not as long as there is more money to pay!! Thank you, I will deal with another center that values patients.

Negative experience: If I could give -5 I would definitely do it!!! The worst experience ever!! Very rude receptionist and very poor service. I bough a pack which includes massages, once I asked for my sessions they send me an adresse of a clinic in Sharjah, telling me that the machine is on the other branch because the one in dubai is under maintenance and they don’t know when it will be fixed! I told them that I live in dubai, and if I wanted to go to Sharjah I’ll go directly go to a clinic there (and pay the package at a much cheaper price ) their answer was: we can’t do anything for you, either you go to Sharjah or you you lose the package!! (Yes of course because they already took the money) I asked them for a refund but they didn’t want to!

Negative experience: I called for body laser appointment, they gave me one on Saturday at 13:00pm . I called back to check on timing they said there is no appointment !! then they said you do have in dubai few minutes later the called to inform me that there is no technician to do the body laser!!!!!!! why would you waste me time then? why would you give an appointment ??? i could’ve just booked in another clinic this is unprofessional!

The welcoming atmosphere, coupled with the friendly and attentive staff - ( Chai ) Immediately put me at ease even without an appointment. The waiting area was clean and well-organized. During my consultation, the health provider ( doctor ) was thorough knowledgeable and listened attentively to my concerns ( Doctor name OBGYN Asma )

A word of thanks does not do you justice. Hanan, the receptionist, is a beautiful on her name. She is sweet, kind and always smiling. I recommend it, and we wish you continued creativity.

Negative experience: Did my mother face her face kept marks of the needle and stayed over a month and it’s still on there not helpful was telling me how to get rid of it The stuff are not helpful or not good the quality of the product is bad overall our experience gave me anxiety and a lot of stress due the marks staying for a month and when she went out to important gathering everyone noticed my mom is still searching for a solution. Worst experience ever

Fantastic experience: Recently got my teeth whitened here and I could not be happier with the results and the whole experience! The clinic is very nice and clean! Staff were amazing so friendly and very professional! The treatment itself was superb and Terth are so many shades whiter. They use the Philips zoom machine, it was pain free and very effective! Would highly recommend ❤️
