Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with doctor hussam, I needed to do filling in the front teeth which he brought me twice to the clinic, what he did was that he gave me 2 extremely painful anesthetic needles, just to pretend that he did 3 fillings for me, which was not true and he just covered tooth decay, and charged full price for it. The clinic had dr alaa to fix what hussam did and she did a good job. The clinic response was so bad like they don’t care and when I asked about what they who do about the doctor situation in wasting time, lying, taking my money for nothing, and the pain they caused me, the clinic completely ghosted me

Of course, the treatment room is the most important part, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ahmad Arif Alsalus and his nurse. Over four visits, I had a dental cleaning, scaling, cavity treatment, plus old fillings replaced. Dr. Ahmad is a perfectionist and takes his time to make sure everything is done to the highest standard. The cleaning was one of the most precise and careful I’ve ever had, and the same quality continued for all my other visits. The equipment is modern, and the care from Dr. Ahmad and his nurse made the experience much more pleasant than I expected. You can go with complete confidence. Fantastic experience: This, by far, is the best dental treatment I had in Dubai for the last 8 years. My husband and I came across Bright Smile clinic while looking for dental clinics accredited by our insurance. Booking was fairly easy, they immediately asked for insurance details to check eligibility, and done. We were assigned to Dr. Ahmad Arif who has the friendliest approach. He was constantly checking on us for pain level throughout the process. We both did routine prophylaxis and filling and it was all comfortable. We knew right there that he really cares for his patients because he went beyond the scope of our appointment to even explain to us a few things about our condition, and ways to better our dental hygiene.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ahmed Aref, as I read about him before in the reviews, he is very honest and dedicated to his work and explains everything in detail. He fixed my crown and installed 2 fillings and cleaned my teeth in an excellent way and the result was excellent . As for hygiene, because I care about it, I noticed that he and his assistant care a lot about hygiene. They even wear gloves and do not touch anything else except with a tissue if they have to. I have never found this before in any dental clinic, They deal with the computer while wearing the same gloves they use in dental treatment but I found that doctor Ahmed and his assistant are very careful about this detail. I recommend the clinic and all the doctors their, they have a big experience. The only thing that I wish they will increase the space in the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I had my surgical tooth extraction done by Dr.Ahmad Arif and he did a great job. I was initially very scared but he made it easy, did it in 35 minutes and kept me informed and engaged throughout.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr. Ahmad for a checkup. He performed a detailed examination and pointed out irregularities that had to be dealt with. He was extremely calm and patient throughout the process and guided me on how to go about my dental and oral hygiene better. In addition to the scaling/cleaning, he also performed a minor filling on one of my teeth without administering any anaesthesia. The process was virtually painless. I’m super satisfied. 10/10 recommended.
