Negative experience: I just called to book an appointment and get some details regarding Botox and other procedures.. the lady answered my call gently at the beginning but once I asked about prices she said I can't even give you a price per u it neither per injection and started disrespecting me as if we customers don't have any ideas about procedures, saying well you don't know anything about medical products or knowledge.. I didn't appreciate her approach by underestimating our knowledge as if she's the only person who understands the procedures.. As a first time client calling you should give me a positive approach and let me come to your clinic not giving lectures... Try to learn and educate yourself on how customer service is before underestimating other people who you don't even know.

Fantastic experience: Honestly Dr. Mariam is amazing with kids! She made my son feel so comfortable and handled everything so gently. The whole clinic team is super friendly and welcoming too. We even had an emergency the night of Eid and they were there for us without hesitation, which meant the world to us. After our experience, I decided to continue with them for my son’s full treatment. I’m really happy we found them!

Negative experience: I'm writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received at Yolanda Specialist PolyClinic on 22 March 2025. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was forced to wait for over an hour, only to be seen when the clinic was nearly closing. This disregard for scheduled appointment times is completely unacceptable. If the clinic is overbooked, patients should be informed well in advance, not left waiting with no updates or explanation. What is even more concerning is that I had recommended this clinic to my family based on my previous experiences, expecting quality care and professionalism. Sadly, my recent visit was the complete opposite. The clinic’s failure to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently demonstrates a shocking lack of respect for patients’ time. This, in turn, raises serious concerns about the professionalism and customer service standards at Yolanda Specialist PolyClinic. Furthermore, I was appalled by the high fees charged for the consultation and services provided, which were significantly more expensive than other providers offering the same level of care. For such an inflated price, I expected far better service and consideration, but I was left thoroughly disappointed. This experience has made me reconsider my previous recommendation, and I will be seeking alternative healthcare providers who offer more reliable, patient-focused care. Additionally, I was not informed about the consultation fees prior to the appointment, which is an essential expectation for any healthcare provider. I strongly believe that patients should be fully informed of the costs of treatment before any procedures are undertaken. This lack of transparency only deepens my dissatisfaction and reinforces my decision to not return. In conclusion, the combination of poor communication, disregard for patient time, inflated fees, and lack of transparency has left me feeling deeply disillusioned with Yolanda Specialist PolyClinic. I trust that you will take these concerns seriously and make the necessary improvements to avoid such negative experiences for future patients. Best Regards Walid Bastaki
