Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. My sister did a blood test here and the results came back showing abnormal and high values, which caused us a lot of stress and worry. However, when we repeated the same tests at another trusted clinic, everything came back normal. When I contacted this clinic to ask for clarification, they denied any mistake and asked me to provide the new test results to compare. This is completely unprofessional — we shouldn’t have to prove their error. Their lack of accountability and the stress they caused us is unacceptable. I do not recommend this clinic, and I advise others to double-check their results elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have visited the clinic as my son was suffering from heavy fever and Dr. Ganesh Kamath ( pediatrician has taken quick action to bring down the fever and taken further course of actions. Further we started medication and as promised Dr has called us to check the condition of my son on the next day. I highly recommend this place and overall I had a great experience with nurses and all the support staff members.

Fantastic experience: My experience with STEPS Clinic was a great one. I had an upper jaw tooth infection. Since I normally do all the dental treatment back in my home country I did not know of any good dentist in Dubai. As the infection got worse and the pain unbearable, I decided to put my wife onto the job of looking at reviews and identifying the good dentist. She came up with two suggestions and I picked the closest one. I always had faith in her research - after all, she chose me!! The administrative processes were smooth and then it was time to meet the dentist. Personally, I am not very fond of dentist visits as it always proved to be painful. However, this visit was different. It was relatively painless, informative and literally brought the smile back. Would like to thank Dr. Anjana and her assistants, especially nurse Silvi for the good work. They constantly followed up to see how I was doing and made sure to remind me of the appointments as well. May you all be blessed always.

Fantastic experience: Took my sister to Steps Clinic when she was unwell, and we were treated by Dr. Mohammad Sahanad. He was incredibly polite, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain the illness clearly, shared helpful tips on diet and recovery, and really made us feel heard and cared for. His calm and kind demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier. Also, the doctor is damn handsome let’s just say, if all doctors looked like him, I wouldn’t mind scheduling regular check-ups! Negative experience: I'm very disappointed with the experience at this clinic. We arrived at 8:30 PM and we had to wait at reception for around 10mins as no one was available at the reception, well before the closing time of 9:00 PM, yet the GP and staff refused to proceed with our registration. At no point were we informed that they would stop accepting patients before closing time. This lack of communication caused unnecessary stress and forced us to rush to another clinic before it closed. This is not acceptable and shows a lack of consideration for patients' time and needs. I hope this issue is addressed to avoid similar situations in the future.

Negative experience: I also faced the same problem on the 18th when my child was sick. Nobody answered the call to this number, 800500500. I think this facility doesn’t have enough staff at the clinic to attend to patient calls

Fantastic experience: This is my go to clinic for all my health concerns. The staff there is very welcoming and kind. Recently, i had a very high fever and was diagnosed with Influenza B. Dr. Greeshma was very caring. Even though I was referred to a hospital due to high fever, I came back to her, because of the service and care Dr Greeshma showed me. She and the nurses kept calling me asking about my condition even to midnight. Now I feel much better. The nursing team there is so so caring and sweet and kind. Thankyou so much to Dr Greeshma and her team of nurses. I feel much better now with her treatment ❤️
