Negative experience: I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided at the clinic. I noticed unjustified delays in patient appointments, despite patients' adherence to the scheduled appointment times. The waits were prolonged without any explanation or apology from the staff, reflecting poor organization and poor communication with customers. Furthermore, the level of service provided by some staff members was not up to expectations, both in terms of courtesy and prompt response. This is inconsistent with what a healthcare facility that cares about patient comfort and values their time should provide.

Fantastic experience: I lost 25 kgs in just 3 months with Dr. Rimza's slimming program. She's highly professional and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Kayla and Dr. Rimza for the amazing support and results!

Negative experience: كانت تجربتي في مركز كايلا الطبي والتجميلي مخيبة للآمال للغاية. أحضرتُ والدتي المسنة لموعد طبيب الأسنان مع الدكتور أحمد، وكان الموعد الساعة 3:30 مساءً. وصلنا مبكرًا الساعة 3:20 مساءً، متوقعين أن نصل في الموعد المحدد أو على الأقل قريبًا منه. للأسف، انتظرنا لأكثر من ساعة دون أي تفسير واضح. كل بضع دقائق، كان الموظفون يطلبون منا "الانتظار قليلًا"، لكنهم لم يقدموا أي سبب للتأخير أو أي اعتذار عن الإزعاج. هذا النوع من المعاملة غير مقبول خاصةً عند التعامل مع مرضى كبار في السن لا يمكن إبقاؤهم في انتظار طويل. كان نقص التواصل والاحترافية محبطًا ومقلقًا للغاية. شعرنا وكأن وقتنا وراحتنا لم يُقدّرا على الإطلاق. لن أعود إلى هذا المكان، ولا أوصي به بناءً على تجربتنا. إنه مكان غير احترافي على الإطلاق!

Negative experience: I took a package for hydra-facial and the session was perfect they had a professional beautician she was good and the next session they had another person to do my facial knowing that the first beautician isn't available anymore, it was a complete nightmare i am a hijabi i took it off once the room is locked and lay down suddenly she leaves and keeps the door open.. she was talking on the phone while working that didn't seem professional at all she was taking my blackheads off my face using a metal tool while my face is completely dry it was really painful until i asked her to open the mist to make it easier . She was singing right next to my ear while exfoliating i was not comfortable she wasn't good with the massage.. once she put the LED lights she did not give me anything to cover my eyes except a cotton pad i couldn't handle the light i FELT DIZZY from it knowing that my eyes are really sensitive i told her i need something to cover my eyes she closed the LED and told me okay lets turn it off then without solving the problem. After she's done i see my nose isn't cleaned well enough i still had black heads she told me that this is just hair? This isn't my first time doing facial i know what hair looks like ..I'm really disappointed

Negative experience: I would like to share my honest feedback in the hope that it will assist others in making informed decisions and also help the management address key areas that need improvement. Firstly, the appointment scheduling process needs serious attention. Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was asked to wait unnecessarily in the reception area, even though the treatment room was vacant. This indicates inefficiencies in time management and coordination. Secondly, the clinic appears to be understaffed. It seems that a limited number of staff members are attending to multiple patients simultaneously, which affects the quality and continuity of care provided. Additionally, the spray applied to numb the scalp before administering injections is ineffective. I have already raised this concern with the staff, but unfortunately, it was not taken seriously. The injections are extremely painful, and the current numbing procedure does not offer any relief. Lastly, I noticed that the machine used to process blood samples had an expired service date. The sticker indicated a PPM date of 14/08/2024 and a due date of 14/02/2025, which raises concerns about the equipment's compliance and safety standards. I urge the management to address these issues promptly and implement necessary improvements to uphold high standards and ensure long-term success.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. Yesterday I visited for a PRP treatment with a derma pen for my face, which was advertised as part of a special offer, but at clinic they told me there was no such advertisement but after meeting doctor she sorted it out, but, I was kept waiting for over an hour and a half. When the doctor finally arrived, she only performed the injections, then left for another patient, The rest of the treatment was done by a nurse who did not seem very professional or confident. She rushed through the procedure in less than five minutes, and even worse there was another nurse who was waiting to use the derma pen and that's why the nurse didn't do my treatment properly. This is not the level of care or professionalism I expected, especially for a treatment like this. I do not feel I got the value or quality I was promised. I have paid fully for all the sessions but i am not satisfied with the treatment they gave me yesterday.

Negative experience: Had visited the clinic for hydrafacial, the worst service received of my life , she finishes everything in 20minutes also she don’t know how to massage , pathetic service

Negative experience: I had high hopes when I visited kayla for a Regenerativa hair treatment. My package included one regeneration session, two PRP sessions, and one mesotherapy session. Initially, everything seemed promising, and they assured me that they would follow up after my regeneration session. However, once I made the payment, the communication completely stopped. It has now been almost six months, and I have yet to receive any call or follow-up from them. This kind of service is extremely disappointing. A clinic should not only focus on selling packages but also ensure proper care and follow-ups for their clients. I expected professionalism and commitment, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating. I hope they take customer care more seriously in the future.

Negative experience: I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this medical center. My sister and I came in for a Zoom whitening session after seeing an offer they were promoting. They called to confirm several times, but never once mentioned that they didn’t have the necessary Zoom materials available. If we weren’t in the medical field ourselves, we probably would’ve been completely fooled. On top of that, they tried to charge us around 360AED for just one cycle of Zoom whitening, which was absurd! Although we asked about this specifically before we go. To make matters worse, the offer itself was fake, and they never made it clear that the advertised service wasn’t even available. While the doctor was nice, understanding and did try to resolve the issue by offering a teeth cleaning (which didn’t help the situation), it doesn't change the fact that this center is far from professional. The whole experience was frustrating, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lack of transparency and poor customer service makes it clear that this is more of a business than a medical center.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Ms. Tahane during my HydraFacial treatment! She was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the treatment and making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. My skin looked better and refreshed after the treatment. I'll definitely be returning for more treatments.

Negative experience: I did not see the results I was promised. After six sessions, the hair regrowth was just as thick and noticeable as before and even more than before and which area don’t have hairs now there too. I was led to believe that laser hair removal would be effective, but it has been a complete letdown. Overall, I would not recommend the laser hair removal let it be natural or shave by wax Save your time and money. Sounds laser seems like i got more hairs on those areas where were not before. Staff are very gentle and great environment of clinic.

I have done three hydrafacial sessions and two dermapen sessions with Dr zainab and I waited a while to write this review to see if there is a difference and my skin has changed a lot! In a very positive way. Dr zainab has been very informative with the process and the after care as well and very gentle and comforting. Negative experience: Disappointing Experience – Poor Time Management I had a laser appointment and was extremely disappointed with their lack of professionalism. I arrived on time, yet I was kept waiting for over 50 minutes. Despite repeatedly asking about the delay, the receptionist kept assuring me that it would only be a “few more minutes.” However, after all that waiting, I was finally told that another patient was still inside, and I would have to wait even longer. At that point, I decided to leave as it was clear my time was not being respected. No effort was made to accommodate or compensate me for the wasted time, which is unacceptable for a medical center. If you value your time and expect a well-organized appointment system, I would not recommend this place.

Negative experience: Had visited the clinic for Hydrafacial. I was told and confirmed the treatment is for 60 minutes. But the specialist finished within 30 mins. When i questioned her she asked me if I need a massage? She didn't even put a face mask on me. She was busy on her phone. What kind of service you provide after promising? The staff has a big miscommunication and are not delivering the service they promised.

Negative experience: The clinic is not responsive. I've been trying to call them and book an appointment with them for a week now. At first I was told that they will check and get back to me. I never received a call back from the clinic. I've been trying to call them back for a week now and none of my calls are answered. I have prepaid for my sessions. I've been facing this all the time when booking my appointments.

Negative experience: Extremely poor service by the reception staff,I called to check if doctor was available for consultation, they said yes once I reached doctor was not available informing me that doc had an emergency. The lady on the reception informed me that she called me several times to inform me that no doctor was available, when I enquired which number she called, I was not my number. I just received a message saying doctor is off on every Friday. I have did treatment with them before clinic staff are fabulous and courteous. I have seen a lot negative reviews regarding not answering calls, not responding to customers. My suggestion is to employ the better customer service representatives who are actually doing their job and not their nails.

After all this mess they connect us DR Ansa just to coverup and she did nothing but to ask us to visit Gynecology !!! Be aware even a random office boy in clinic can advise you process of laser ! Its. Just a scam and unprofessional group of people …
