Negative experience: I was planning to book an appoinment at your clinic because a friend recommended it,saying the service is good. However after reading a review, im concerned about whether they truly prioritize patients who have scheduled appoinments.im now unsure what if the same issue happens to me?

Negative experience: I'm extremely disappointed with the Flamingo Dental Clinic here at Burjuman Exit 1! I made an appointment for 3:30 PM so I wouldn't have to wait, but it turns out they're prioritizing walk-in customers over those with appointments. What's the point of having an appointment if I'm still going to wait from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM? Who wouldn't get annoyed with that? If there's a negative rating option in the review, I'll definitely give it to them!! I wish they wouldn't accept any appointments if they can't follow through!

I've been a regular patient in flamingo clinic for almost a year due to my braces but at first I am kinda scared that maybe they will not give me a perfect zirconia bridge bcoz this is my 1st time to pursue it in my upper front teeth but when doc said to me that dont be scared now when I see the result OMG its perfect ... thank u to all the staff and dentists who are very friendly and very accommodating ... I am great fully to be part of this dental clinic ... thank u also to my nurse bipana for assisting me throughout these journey

Fantastic experience: Just done with my tooth filling with Doc Krishna and her asst. Kaye. It's fast and in no time you will be happy with the results. The Filipina Receptionists Tricia and Norina are both friendly. Definitely I'll go back for other services.

Positive experience: Got some brace differential in prices. I got self-ligating braces and included in package is a bi-monthly visit at 200 aed for brace alignment. Since there was a change of dentist after a couple of months, my new dentist required me to visit monthly at the same price. He is quite an expert in his field and very friendly but the cost isn't :P. When I finally got my braces out, I immediately took crowns and bridges for my missing teeth. I would like to shout out for an excellent job to Dr. Shereen and Nurse Vipna (not sure of the spelling) because they are very accommodating. Dr. Shereen is very skillful and meticulous when she took care of my teeth shaving and taking the mould. Her work is none other than perfection and she makes sure that I (patient) is comfortable as much as possible I don't feel pain. Nurse Vipna takes a lot of care for Dr. Shereen's assistance. She knows how to get things done especially preparing the mould and making sure during the dental procedure, I get comfort. They even sacrificed their time to accommodate my dental needs because I will be leaving for a short vacation making sure that I get the proper care and perfect teeth to enjoy. They are more than just serving, they are compassionate with their patients! Kudos! Also, the reception team makes more of an accommodating atmosphere in the clinic. They made sure my schedule is confirmed thru whatsapp and call so I won't miss my appointment.
