Negative experience: The staff are very nice and that’s why this clinic would deserve one star. When I made the appointment I asked to meet with a dermatologist, however they made me meet with a GP who had no idea what I’m concerned about and was just trying to sell me the service they have without asking real questions related to why I actually came. It is not the doctor fault, the clinic should be more honest and open about their medical staff rather than lying to the patients. They should have told me that they don’t have a dermatologist from the start.

Negative experience: This purecare dental verry bad the service and the doctor is not good job service my braces only 1 week all the wire and bracket is broken i want make teeth bradge and she let me pay 1500dh for before she start then sadly she said imposible bradge but i already pay by tabby so!! My money cant return and i need to comeback to do othre service but so sad i need to wait same doctor and you make appointment but still you need to wait 2 hours the receiption is also verry bad service

Negative experience: No hate but, I had an appointment, but I still had to wait 50 minutes — not just once, but twice. What’s the point of setting an appointment if I’ll be waiting that long? I hope the clinic improves its time management and respects patients’ schedules.

Negative experience: Hi, just want to let you know that i was really disappointed for the service that i have to dealt in your clinic. I booked an appointment earlier today by call for braces adjustment 7:15pm i came at the clinic EXACTLY 7pm because on the confirmation message i should be in the clinic 10mins prior to my appointment schedule/time. I understand that you have a lot of patient to accomodate but please also do understand where i am coming from! I KNOW HOW BUSY YOUR CLINIC IS THAT IS WHY I BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT EARLIEST TIME!! But 7:15 has passed by my name wasnt called, so i think maybe 5mins, 7:20 passed again no one called me! by 7:30 i ask the reception regarding my appointment and they we’re like confuse or dont know about the appointment. And i said i left my emirates ID with the filipina receptionist and they were like acting that my emirates id was not with them. and now they said “please wait maam, you will be the next on the line” so i sit down again. waiting for my turn. some kabayan came by i dont know if they also booked an appointment but i heard the filipina that she has an appointment by 7pm she even ask if it is still possible to still proceed with her appointment and so on.. on my surprise hahaha they put that lady as priority haha when she was 30mins late to her appointment! isnt soooo disappointing? i make an effort to be on time for my schedule and then this is what i get? SUCH A WASTE OF TIME

Fantastic experience: Extremely disappointed with this clinic — but I appreciate their follow-up. I had booked my appointment in advance and arrived exactly on time, but was left waiting for over an hour without being seen. No one informed me of the delay or offered an apology at the time, which I found to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. However, I do appreciate that the clinic later reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. While the initial experience was frustrating, it’s good to see that they acknowledged the issue and took the time to follow up. I still hope they improve their time management and communication moving forward.

Also… plot twist: I was not alone in the treatment room. Yup, another patient was there while I was numbing and lasering. Negative experience: The reception staff should undergo intensive customer service training—especially in phone etiquette, appointment management, addressing or approaching customer, and overall patient care and support. Additionally, the center needs to be more mindful of patient waiting times. I nearly missed my turn with the doctor while still sitting with numbing cream on my face, which had almost worn off—only to find out I hadn’t even been called in yet, and the doctor was about to leave for the day. I arrived at 4:27 PM for my appointment and was called in about 15 minutes later. After a 20-30 minute drip, I was left waiting again for my next procedure, which took less than 10 minutes. I didn’t leave until after 6 PM. The delay felt unnecessary and poorly managed.

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Dr Amani, she did my annual cleaning and whitening! She also suggested a filler for one of my tooth, everything was so smooth. Dr. Amani helped me until I felt my tooth 100 comfortable.

Negative experience: I went to the clinic because of a small cavity in one of my teeth. There was no pain, but I wanted to have it filled because food would occasionally get stuck in it. One of the doctors there enlarged the cavity, cleaned it, and placed a filling. About three to four months later, half of the tooth broke, and only the filling remained in place. I returned to the clinic to complain about what had happened, and I was told that I now needed a root canal, internal filling, and a crown—procedures that are lengthy and costly, and which I believe were unnecessary in the first place. I feel that what happened was due to an unnecessary intervention or possibly a mistake during the treatment. Additionally, the treating doctor is no longer at the clinic, which means another doctor will have to work on my tooth again. This raises my concerns, as I do not want to go through more errors or unnecessary procedures.

Negative experience: I am not happy of the result of my composite veneers, I regret that I went to your clinic last month to fix my front teeth. My front teeth has little chipped I thought you can fix it that's why I chose your clinic but I am not satisfied I have so many concerns after procedure so I raised my concern to the management. They asked me to go back but it get worse because there so many bumps in the surface of the veneers then after a week the composite veneers got broken I noticed that now I have a big gap between my 2 teeth in front as you can see in the photo so I am thinking maybe they grind my natural teeth and cover it with the composite veneers. I chose composite veneers coz it says that its not require to shave the natural teeth. so disappointed.

Negative experience: I would never recommend someone there very unprofessional and dodgy with the money..I asked thet said no hidden charges As they stated the treatment will cost this..after you get there and sit with doctor when he starts treatment they will say no it will cost you more ...even they charged double of what they stated to me.. Negative experience: Very unprofessional reception which is providing wrong information about their doctors! I went to the clinic first time and on the phone receptionist told me that they have prosthodontist, also she informed me that I have to wait till text week till she come back from vacation. I was waiting for a week for this doctor and when I came back for my appointment they made me wait in waiting area 25 mins for my appointment,even tho I came for my appointment 10 mins in advance. When I sat in the chair and asked if doctor prosthodontist, she replied me that she just general dentist. I was very disappointed. On the reception another receptionist explained me that her previous colleague most probably not so professional and on next week she will make for me an appointment for prosthodontist, but I have to wait another week as this doctor working only Fridays. exactly after one week of waiting I came specifically for this doctor and when I sat in the chair and asked him if he is prosthodontist, he replied me that he general dentist as well and in this clinic there is no prosthodontist. I lost 2 weeks of my time and Friday ( as I canceled all my plans) Very disappointed with unprofessional reception and clinic experience in general! Not recommending at all!!!!!

Negative experience: I just got a “deep cleaning” a while ago and I was very disappointed with the service. The whole procedure didn’t even last 5 minutes, it’s like I had scaling & polishing which was worth lesser. I even had to ask twice if the procedure is done. If I had known, I had only brushed my teeth and save 120dh. I always come here for cleaning & whitening but today was not that good.
