Negative experience: My decision to visit Firstdent Dental Centre was spurred by an enticing ad on Instagram, boasting fair prices and a complimentary consultation. Intrigued by the offer, I promptly booked an appointment and headed over to their clinic. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a generally friendly and welcoming staff, which immediately put me at ease. However, as my visit unfolded, several disappointments arose. Firstly, the so-called "free consultation" fell short of my expectations. Instead of a comprehensive assessment involving detailed examination and perhaps X-rays, it merely consisted of the dentist manually counting the teeth requiring attention. This seemed inadequate for a dental consultation, where I anticipated a more thorough evaluation of each tooth's condition and proposed treatment plan. Following this brief assessment, I proceeded to the reception to settle the payment. At this point, I couldn't shake off the uncertainty regarding whether the counted teeth accurately corresponded to those in need of treatment—a concerning lack of clarity that persisted throughout my visit. Opting to pay using Tabby, a payment service purportedly offering interest-free installments, I was surprised to discover an additional 6-7% interest charge imposed by Firstdent Dental Centre. This contradicted the essence of Tabby's promise, raising suspicions about the clinic's motives and practices. Despite these financial misgivings, I decided to proceed with tooth cleaning, scaling, whitening, and filling. Regrettably, the results fell short of my expectations. Even after raising concerns about lingering marks on my teeth post-treatment, the response from the staff was dismissive, suggesting I accept the outcome as satisfactory. This left me feeling dissatisfied and questioning the value of the services provided relative to the cost incurred. In conclusion, while Firstdent Dental Centre offers competitive prices and a seemingly convenient consultation process, my experience revealed significant shortcomings. From the superficial nature of the consultation to questionable financial practices and subpar treatment outcomes, it's evident that improvements are needed to align with the standards expected of a reputable dental practice. Prospective clients should approach with caution and be aware of these potential pitfalls before making their decision.

I met Dr Eric Belo during my visit to Abu Dhabi. When he first took my case I was a mess. I had pretty much lost hope of showing an open smile. I've always been more sensitive than most to the drills they use but he was gentle and mindful of my condition. I am very happy with the outcome and plan to return for future work. Negative experience: I cannot recommend for the following reasons 1.) Waiting time is almost an hour even if you have schedule 2.) cleaning is advertised starting at 49 then the dentist said its just for polishing the deep cleaning is 300 so they charged my 350 + vat 3.) the dentist is too quick to do the cleaning yet there's still a lot of stain in my teeth 4.) its also a little bit painful for a cleaning procedure I hope they get better next time so others will not have the same experience but I won't come back here, definitely not.

Positive experience: I discovered Firstdent Dental on Facebook when I really needed dental care. I booked an appointment and underwent a root canal treatment. Dr. Eric and his assistant were very professional, providing me with all the information I needed about my dental issue. The receptionist was also excellent, managing the scheduling from my first appointment to my last. However, I was disappointed with the staff at the Chain Holding building. The watchmen were rude and harassed visitors who sat in the lobby. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as it can be quite annoying to encounter them every time I return to your dental clinic. Negative experience: February 13,2025 7:48pm Don't visit this dental. They keep on accepting clients even though they can't handle it because of lack of man power. They will keep you waiting for 1 hour to 1 1/2 even if you have an appointment.its useless . Before proceeding, i asked them if they followed the appointments because of the tight schedule, and they said yes. This people are liers it happens twice btw

Negative experience: Not a good first time experience. Reception did not inform for first time customers that they don’t have affiliation with health insurances, just got to know only while seating at dentist chair. Dentist provided a temporary filling yet same charge like the permanent one and asked to come back after a week yet the filling was removed within 2 days time. Until now, it’s been 4 days, they said they will provide a reimbursement form so I can claim with my insurance provider but they haven’t. I’ve been calling and messaging their number.
