Negative experience: I went for my kid check up and for my teeth cleaning…. Both the doctors were good and gave nice explanation…at the time of cleaning the assigned expert told me that my teeth needs a deep cleaning and took me photos and explain me but at the time of payment, without cleaning they charged me even after telling them that my main motive was cleaning and I have booked for cleaning which hasn’t been done, even I told them that I can give them 20-30% of fees not an issue instead of that they charged me Aed 100 & actual price was Aed 120… so whoever is going to them be clear and ask them clearly… at the time of payment even after telling them no USE.. same consultation I went to Dubai clinic they did photography, consultation with 2-3 doctors, detailed examine, photos, etc and didn’t charged me a single… that’s the difference… highly disappointed with this monetary behavior…

Negative experience: Very very expensive, price are not affordable, canal root is 1800 AED even don't accept to deduct consultation fees, I don't refer the clinic for normal people, and even the feeling after canal root are chargeable 175 AED, means totally I spend 2000 AED for just canal root and normal feeling

As our experience with the clinic , right from the staff from the registration welcomed us with a warm smile made us very comfortable till we wait for our turn. Dr. Anaswara consulted my kids. she was quick to point out the problems causing my kids teeth decay and prescribed medicines to stop them and took her time time to explain us preventive measures to stop further decay. Negative experience: My son's orthodontic treatment at this clinic has been a frustrating experience. It began with one doctor who suddenly left the organization, only to be replaced by another who stayed for just two months. Now there's a third doctor, each with a completely different treatment plan. This lack of consistency and coordination in both doctors and treatment forced me to stop dealing with this clinic. Adding to the disappointment, they advertised free parking and directed us to park half a kilometer away, managed by a private paid parking team. After a treatment session, the parking lot security demanded payment. When I explained my son was being treated at the clinic and they offered free parking here, the security guard refused to accept this and shockingly spit on my car! Overall, this experience has left me with extremely negative feelings. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking reliable and professional care.

In June, 2023 I got a gruesome experience in a reknowned Dental Clinic in Kolkata which made me scared of any dental treatment or consultation. The irreversible damages in my teeth made me hopeless. After coming to Sharjah I was really afraid to go to any dentist but when I went to Rekha's Dental Clinic I felt at ease by reception Staffs. I have to admit that when I first met Dr Rekha(with a lot of dentist related trauma in my mind) ,I was mesmerised by her humble,understanding as well as caring nature. She was very kind and approachable and gave us sufficient time for every doubt clearance. I was very ill that time,Rekha ma'am personally asked about my well being which was very touching for us. She is very kind person and I am really grateful to her. Dr Sreeram the Prosthodontist is also very sincere,attentive and friendly. He has guided us very honestly and although my tooth under the previous crown(which was a really bad one with fitting and food impaction issues) was very tiny ,still he managed to prepare it for a new crown by gently cutting my gum around and provide me with a new zirconia Crown ....Dr Sreeram and Dr Rekha always took care that I am comfortable enough even after treatment they took time from their busy schedule to call and followup if I am doing fine or not. Negative experience: Its our first time to have an appointment with Rekha Dental Center. When i inquire they told me that in 250 aed adjustment of brace and cleaning is included together with free consoltation. But when we reach on thier clinic they just adjust it and do nothing more. Im so dis appointed with that service. They are doctors they must knew taht before being adjust it should be clean first, so i asked them what is the sense of being adjust without cleaning. The cavity is stock on every inch of teeth. I paid 250 aed for not more than 10 minutes work. Im so dispapointed.
