And also want to thank Aneesha, she was very supportive and even held my hand all the way through because she saw and felt how nervous and alone I was.

Negative experience: Hi, I took my daughter to see the orthodontist in Barsha. I was really happy with him. However, the clinic admin really needs improvement. Our first appointment we waited for almost an hour trying to get authorisation from the medical aid for X-rays. We were then advised to leave and they will let us know once they hear from the medical aid. After they got back to us, I took my daughter for the X-rays and again it was an hour or more wait for a simple xray. I then asked for a quotation for the treatment. Unfortunately the orthodontist could not return from Iran and I do understand this was out of their hands but he has been back for almost a week now. I’ve followed up twice and still they keep promising to send me a quote that never comes. We are travelling for 5 weeks in two days and I had hoped to get her appliance and let her adjust to it during the holidays before school starts but this place has made it really Difficult. I should have went somewhere else . This has taken a lot of time and effort and frustration. The barsha branch is Not a place I would recommend at all.

Negative experience: Should be 0 star. If you are using an insurance dont come to this clinic as the service is so bad… we have same tooth procedure with other clinic but got the service fast without waiting period of more than 1 hour. For cash customer its a different service. Its too bad i didn't check some reviews here.. i have similar experience with others.

Fantastic experience: Just done with Scaling treatment with Dr Pratyusha, it was a great experience. She was very gentle and caring. She explained very clearly the treatment and why we do it. Thank you Doc and to the staff too. - I posted this 4th of April. I visited the clinic again today, April 5th, for a root canal treatment with Dr. Pratyusha, assisted by Nurse Asya. It was a very thorough procedure, and once again, I was impressed by their gentle and caring approach. Both of them made me feel genuinely safe and comfortable throughout — something I haven't experienced before in any clinic. The entire process was pain-free, and I’m set to return for the next step, the filling. Thank you so much, Dr. Pratyusha and Nurse Asya, and kudos to the rest of the team as well! Fantastic experience: I consulted Dr.Sandeep for my dental emergency and later underwent wisdom tooth extraction. He immediately puts you at ease with his calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Sandeep took the time to show me my problem areas on my x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. The staff is friendly and very professional from the moment you walk in and throughout your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vinothini did my teeth cleaning, whitening, lingual retainers, and crown of a broken tooth and the whole experience was very pleasant. She always listened and adjusted everything around what I asked for exactly, never pushing or trying to sell anything. She is very careful and sensitive to your signals of discomfort or pain. Also, pricing is good. I am really happy with my experience and will bring my kids also to her. It was a blessing that I found her when I was in pain and she found the solution. It was such a relief! Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my wisdom teeth I went to dr Sandeep whom I had a fruitful discussion with and suggested that I wait for dr Shyam to extract my teeth. I then extracted my wisdom tooth with dr Shyam last week. He’s very professional and calming also the nurse (I guess her name was Asha) is such a sweet and kind person. She made sure I was ok and not in pain. The process didnt take too much and they kept reassuring me all the way. Thank you guys for being professional and kind!

Negative experience: I visited SHINE & SMILE DENTAL in Barsha with my husband for a routine teeth cleaning, and we were both very disappointed with the service. Dr. Vinothini handled us, but the cleaning was done far too quickly. After finishing mine, I checked my teeth in the mirror and noticed they were not properly cleaned. When I pointed it out, the doctor used dental tools to remove some plaque while I was standing—something I found highly unprofessional. The whole experience felt rushed and unsatisfactory. We will not be returning to this clinic.

After my first visit on the procedure the pain left and there was no more sleepless nights. Also on dr’s side was Asha who made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. Fantastic experience: I had booked an appointment with Dr Shyam for a general check up to advise on my dental condition. Unlike other places ,Dr Shyam genuinely gave his advise without creating any urgency. I got my wisdom tooth extracted and it was a breeze. One brufen is all I had post treatment . He did the procedure within 15 mins. One week now and I don't feel if I had anything done.

Negative experience: I visited them at Al Barsha. I don’t recommend them. First the doctor did X-ray for singular tooth to identify then she said she wants to take full X-ray as I can’t identify the pain tooth . So she charged me for X-ray through which she didn’t even get a clarity of my situation . She wanted to understand if I have grinding teeth issue she saw and couldn’t even identify . I felt lost and been charged to my insurance company wrongly for the X-ray that was of no use to her.My experience with Dr Pratyusha was not appropriate . I wanted to receive a rough estimate which they were not capable of. I denied of further service as I was not sure what they understand and if fear that they will only exhaust my insurance. I am being straight forward here with giving facts .
