Fantastic experience: I have been to dental clinics all over the world. find Amercian Dental by far the best clinic anywhere. I and my family have been seeing Dr Wael and his team for the last 7 years since we moved to Dubai from the US. He and his team are excellent - professionally the most competent, extremely knowledgeable and experienced and above all kind, considerate, very patient. Even a routine dental dealing feels like a spa treatment. They put the patient’s interest as top priority rather than their own commercial interest. We had several complicated issues that we had accepted as given for many years before we came to American Dental. Dr Wael fixed all the problems. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic after suffering from severe pain due to an infection in my wisdom tooth. When you're in pain, the only thing on your mind is finding relief. Fortunately, I went to American Dental Clinic, where Dr. Wael and his entire team provided outstanding care. From the reception to the nurses, everyone was professional and supportive. Negative experience: Unfortunately, I can’t fabricate a positive experience regarding my visit to American Medical Dental Clinic. I initially went in due to pain and sensitivity from a dental bridge that had been previously installed. From the start, the care felt rushed and dismissive. I’ve never been to a clinic where the doctor didn’t ensure I was properly numbed before beginning a procedure. Yes, Dr. Wali, I felt pain, and it was clear that one injection wasn’t enough. Yet there was no effort made to adjust or ask how I was feeling throughout. When it came to the bridge itself, it was replaced in a way that felt careless—larger, bulkier, and even more uncomfortable than the original. What’s worse is that no one asked how it felt in my mouth—whether it fit properly or if I was in any discomfort. Lack of Basic Communication What shocked me most was that no one asked how the bridge felt in my mouth, not once, yes to bite on a piece of paper. There was no concern about the fit, my comfort, or whether the issue was resolved. On top of that, no one discussed how to properly clean or maintain the bridge. For something so important, I expected at least a basic explanation or aftercare guidance. This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I truly regret not going to Pearl Dental instead. Now I’m heading back to the U.S., and I can only hope my dentist there can repair the damage, and at the very least, make sure I’m numb and comfortable before starting anything.

Fantastic experience: Today my 6 year old did a painless root canal with Dr manal. She was very understanding and took care of him while I was doing the dental cleaning in another room. Fantastic experience: I haven’t been seeing Dr. Wael for almost 8 years now and I wouldn’t consider seeing any other dentist, even if I had to wait for an appointment! Not only is he a great dentist but also a fantastic, down to earth person who only has his patients’ best interest in mind. Unlike many other doctors, he never recommends anything that is not needed and always tries to find simple solutions that don’t cause unnecessary costs and inconvenience. His diagnosis has consistently been spot on and the treatment always effective. The support team is also among the best and friendliest I have come across. Can’t recommend enough!

My good friend recommended I visit Dr. Wael for a consultation that turned into a procedure !
