Fantastic experience: This 5 stars review goes to queen Aicha who leads with kindness,emotional intelligence and great empathy. and I was pretty frustrated with the lady doctor that have given the treatment She was not very patient and seemed to ignore my pain , had few bruises after but . thanks to Aisha , things turned around. She really went above and beyond to help me resolve the imperfections , and that effort made all the difference. Aicha followed up with me every single day and night ,reasurring me it will be all on the end and I decided to follow up with another doctor who went above my expectations with his talent soft hands and I genuinely felt no pain. Problem was fixed thank you Aicha and dr.Osamma Kudos to Aicha for stepping up when it mattered )

Negative experience: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Don't believe any offers, you will always be over charged. You will also never get your money back if you complain. Doctors agree to a specific treatment but you end up getting something else (in my case I was told I was given 2ml of filler when I agreed to 1 only..) DONT TRUST THEM!!!! My family and myself have decided to stop going there and have found another amazing clinic!

Fantastic experience: I recently decided to try a skin booster treatment for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I chose Dermazone because it’s well-established clinic known for its experienced doctors, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the initial consultation, the doctor Mitra was very thorough, explaining the entire procedure, the benefits, and what to expect. The procedure itself was surprisingly quick and minimally uncomfortable. Doctor Mitra used a very fine needle to administer micro-injections, and I appreciated their gentle approach and attention to detail. They also applied numbing cream beforehand, which made the process much more comfortable. After the session, my skin felt slightly tender and a little red, but this subsided within a few hours. The doctor provided detailed aftercare instructions, including avoiding makeup and intense heat for the first 24 hours.. Overall, I highly recommend skin booster treatments, especially for anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin without invasive procedures.

Fantastic experience: Been a while since i choose to treat my skin here. I had a severe acne and acne scars issue and i used to look so tired. I met Victoria, she is an amazing aesthetician. What a lovely facial to start with and moving towards a laser procedure to reduce these ugly looking scars. Honestly i look better. However, i need more sessions and cannot wait for to fix my skin problems. She has amazing knowledge and her way of treating patient is very professional.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Laser Technician Merrissa for over 02 years. She somehow always seems to understand just what I'm looking for. People flew across the world to get her expertise. And she did not disappoint. Her easy going manner and attention to detail is what keeps the patients coming back. One other thing I like about her, is she never forgets you, no matter how long it's been since she's seen you!

Fantastic experience: I used to have really clear skin after recovering from a large wave of breakouts. I was able to treat them with over the counter treatments. However a few months ago I was hit with an even worse wave of breakouts, and it took a toll on my confidence. I came to Dermazone from a recommendation of a friend. I had large clusters acne vulgaris on my neck and face, within two months of treatment 98% of it has dried and faded. The only thing left now are a few post acne marks that are yet to fade. Thanks to Dr. Osama, Miss Marrisa, and Miss Ivy, I've been able to regain my confidence. The results within two months are like night and day. Thanks especially for their continued kindness and support.

Negative experience: I am totally disappointed, I went to Dr. Sarab expecting excellent results, especially the Botox, I still have expression lines on my forehead where I emphasized to the Doctor that area is essential to me, I paid more than 9,000 Dhs for the treatments carried out, I don't know if the clinic gives incentives to the doctors, like Commission, because the doctor was more focused on giving me many treatments and did not focus on what really suited me. She asked me for Botox on my neck 2.800, how is posible ? I searched in another clinics and the maximum price for Botox on the neck is 1.000, I don’t know if the doctor think we can not check prices in another clinics I wrote 3 time on what’s app of this company and they told me the branch manager will contact me and not body contacted me. Don’t go to this clinic if you don’t want throw out your money, they only care about get money from you

Negative experience: I would give zero stars if possible. Last year, I visited this place, and they ruined my face with poorly administered fillers, and I'm still suffering the consequences. Dr. Nourhan advised me to get cheek fillers, which were unnecessary. The fillers were injected unevenly; one side of my cheek and chin received more than the other. When I pointed it out, she dismissed it, claiming it was normal to have uneven fillers, which is obviously not true. The poor quality of the work is visibly noticeable. Furthermore, I had to get the lip fillers dissolved because they were injected so badly.
