Medlite Medical Center ( INTERNATIONAL CITY )

Negative experience: Extremely disappointing experience at Medlite Medical Centre. I visited the clinic on 20th july around 6pm,while I was unwell and ended up waiting for over an hour. After waiting patiently, I asked the receptionist how much longer it would take. He told me it could take another 20 minutes just . Since I live in the same building, I politely requested if they could call me when my number comes. Shockingly, the receptionist rudely responded that they “cannot call” and, after insisting twice, only said “I’ll try, but I’m not sure” — completely unprofessional and insensitive. I explained that I wasn’t feeling well and the AC inside was too cold for me to sit in, to which he told me to “wait outside” if that’s the case. Absolutely inhuman — asking an already ill person to stand outside in Dubai heat shows zero empathy. Disgusted by the behavior, I asked him to cancel my appointment and immediately went to another clinic where I was treated with much more care and respect. This kind of rude and careless attitude is unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients come to feel better, not worse. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: Worst place ever for tooth treatment I went today there was a female doctor she tried injectiong me continually knowing that I had infection and she tried to remove my molar first injection did not work she still continued injecting 10 times still she couldn't remove my tooth then she said she can't do it after three hours of pain and suffering she just gave some antibiotics worst doctor ever now I can't even speak because of the pain she put me through authorities should take action against her if she don't know how to do this job she shouldn't be there

Also she did a marvelous job in scaling and polishing of my densely stained teeth. I would recommend this clinic for everyone who is looking for great dental care at affordable rates.

Negative experience: No professional staff both at clinic and at pharmacy. Clinic staff doesn’t know whether blood test is covered or not. Then they ask for money. Pharmacy doesn’t apply for Insurance approval for 4 days even after follow up. When applied with other pharmacy staff decline to give eRX prescription. When asked they say to consult again to get money.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zakia Zulfiqar saved my leg literally ! One month ago I visited the medlite clinic, i was in severe pain , my whole leg was swollen and highly painful. After detailed evaluation and investigations , Dr Zakia diagnosed the DVT in time and referred me to the hospital. One week later i got discharged but i am still on treatment and it will go on for 3-6 months . It was all because i got timely diagnosed by Dr Zakia. Highly recommend this clinic.
