Negative experience: IN ANY CASE, DO NOT GO TO Dr. WAFA (dentist)in this clinic. Also I had LIFE (!!!!) guarantee in this clinic for veneers and they canceled it, because owner changed. Dr. Wafa not a professional attitude towards clients. Also was always late, at list for 15 min. I gave her at least 3 chances to be nice to me. From the first visit, she was unfriendly, asking what I needed at all. I wanted to change 1 veneer under warranty. Two times their lab couldn't get into color, and the doctor couldn't keep her emotions under control, leaving the room, slamming the door with a displeased face. She also injured my gum with a metal mouth guard because there was no material there. The last time they didn't even call me back and tell me that my tooth was ready. If you work as a doctor in a clinic in Dubai, it is relatively respectful to all people. My advice is: don't go to this clinic and this doctor.

I did my dental veneers with Dr. Wafaa and I loved the result — she’s kind, attentive, and very professional. Negative experience: Horrible experience & unsatisfactory results following the Filler / botox procedures aside from the inflammation that I suffered from for days on both visits.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wafaa is amazing! She fixed my smile (replaced 2 crowns, did veneers for the rest, root canals, fillings). I really appreciated that she didn’t charge for the first consultation, and even though she took a lot of X-rays to make sure everything was done right, she didn’t charge extra for those either. We agreed on a lump sum total amount, all included. A lot of clinics take advantage of things like that, but she didn’t. She always made me feel comfortable during the treatments, and she’s such a kind, sweet person. I finally have a smile I feel good about; grateful I found her! Thank you Dr. Wafaa (and Flor )

From start to finish, it was clear that they are not professional in any sense—morally, ethically, or professionally. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, as they are not trustworthy and refuse to take responsibility for their actions. The staff lacked basic professionalism and seemed completely untrained. Everything was done randomly without proper procedures, planning, or care. It was evident that they did not have qualified or experienced professionals to handle the treatments. Their approach made me feel unsafe and extremely dissatisfied. What’s even more frustrating is their lack of accountability. When I raised concerns about the service, they were dismissive and uninterested in resolving the issue. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially in a field that requires trust and expertise. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration—there are far better, more reliable options out there. I regret choosing this clinic and hope others will think twice before going here.

Negative experience: Worst place Ive ever dealt with. They do not respect your time Incredibly unprofessional on so many levels I had total 18 sessions laser on two different machines and i still have hair growing more than ever. They changed management and staff and the new ones are so bad and rude. They even curse and use bad words in-front of customers. Do not waste your time and money on that place.

From the start, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive. During the procedure, the technician was careless, and I ended up with severe burns on my legs and hands. The pain was immediate and excruciating. I couldn't believe that a clinic specializing in beauty treatments could be so negligent. After the session, I informed the staff about my injuries, but their response was shockingly unprofessional. They seemed dismissive and offered no real solution or apology. I had to seek medical attention afterward due to the severity of the burns, which has led to ongoing discomfort and scarring. I regret choosing Dr. Beauty Clinic and would strongly advise anyone considering laser hair removal to steer clear of this place.
