Negative experience: Worst dental experience ever. The Indian lady doctor first gave me an attractive price to start the treatment. After I completed the medication (after one week), she completely changed her words. When I reminded her of what she said before, she lied and told me, “I never said that.” This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt cheated, misled, and disrespected. It was a total waste of time and trust. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any medical centre. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, the doctor did not properly listen to my concerns or try to understand the actual cause of my hair loss. Without diagnosing the root problem or checking my scalp condition properly, he immediately suggested starting treatment. I expected a careful analysis before jumping to solutions. Additionally, I completed 3 PRP sessions at the clinic, but there was no noticeable result, making it a complete waste of money. This experience made me feel that the focus was more on selling treatments rather than truly solving my issue. I hope the clinic improves their consultation process and gives more attention to understanding patients' individual problems."
