As per the confirmation received, the doctor's consultation was scheduled to begin at 7:00 AM. However, the clinic doors were not opened on time, and no reception staff were available at the scheduled hour. This delay caused inconvenience and reflects poorly on the professionalism expected from a healthcare facility. Timely opening and staff presence are essential for ensuring smooth operations and patient satisfaction. Fantastic experience: Today(09-04-25) we visited the pediatric section at Sabah Al Noor Medical Clinic with my kids both are sick.The pediatric doctor(Dr Cinju Lawrence) was truly dedicated to his patients. Negative experience: No respect for appointments. They will keep you waiting as much as possible as if you were a walk in patient. They don't have the tools needed for the condition I initially booked the appointment for! Moreover, they claimed that my insurance doesn't cover the treatment am supposed to receive, which turned to be a false claim. They even tried to fully charge me for the consultation (though it was unprofessional one). I told them but this is covered by the insurance! At that point, they charged me my % and told me that I will not proceed with the doctor. I will never repeat it to this place... Never ever..

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff was extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I had an appointment scheduled with a doctor, but they made me wait for over an hour past my scheduled time without any explanation. No one communicated with me about the delay, and I had to keep asking for updates. It felt like the staff didn’t care at all about my time. When I finally saw the doctor, I was rushed through the consultation. This clinic is clearly lacking in both customer service and respect for patients’ time. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

After that, I proceeded to the first floor to book an appointment with Dr. Ramesh. The reception team there was attentive and courteous, carefully listening to my concerns. Since I was a new Emirates ID holder and did not have insurance at the time, they kindly offered me a discount. I am especially grateful to Mr. Moideen Munasir for his assistance. Negative experience: Today I had very bad expereniced from sabah al noor clinic staff Dr.Farhath Ibrahim and front desk staff I visited al noor clinic on 23 january with fever and flu symptoms on the on the 4 th day and docter prescribed antibiotics and so many medicines with out doing any test. Today I visited again the same docter for follow up because all my family members influenza B positive. very bad behaviour from docter as well as front desk staff I was waiting to see the docter once my report ready I informed front desk staff they told me to wait for token number I just waited for around 20 minute with in 20 minutes I requested 3 times with staff and informed the staff my childrens both sick please inform docter I cant wait but still they told me to wait there is patient inside but no patient was inside.the nurse was sending next patient i just told her i am waiting from long time not called then the nurse informed to docter. I am not happy because I did not received the proper treatement

Negative experience: I had one of the worst experiences visiting this clinic in when I brought my wife, who was in severe pain and suffering from a shivering fever. Despite the urgency of her condition, we were made to wait for over 3 hours to see a doctor. This is not the first time we have faced such poor service here. On a previous visit, we encountered similar delays and lack of concern from the staff. It's extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially in situations where timely medical attention is critical. I sincerely hope the clinic management addresses these issues and improves their efficiency and patient care. Until then, I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone in need of prompt and professional medical attention.

Negative experience: There are no remedies or returns for the money. The point is not about money, but about dealing and credibility. Just a waste of time and money. I don't recommend it ever. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the hospital today. Dr. Cinju and Sister Remya were very professional and friendly, making me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The receptionists on the first floor were equally kind—though I didn't catch their names, they noticed I was standing with my daughter and immediately offered me a seat while they took care of everything. The receptionists on the ground floor were also very professional and courteous. Compared to other clinics, I found all the staff here to be exceptionally friendly and professional, which made the entire experience seamless and stress-free.

Fantastic experience: Hi All yesterday I went to the clinic with high fever and cough. Consulted Dr. Renjith Raghunathan, he was so friendly, polite in talking and being respectful.
