Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr Sharsherah enough! The experience has been nothing short of exceptional. First of all, the pricing is incredibly reasonable – it’s nearly half the cost of what I would’ve paid in South Africa, making it a no-brainer. The clinic also has payment options Doc Sharsherahs' flexibility in accommodating me at such short notice was top notch. I had an evening appointment at 8 PM, and he spent an hour patiently explaining and walking me through the entire procedure making sure I understood every step. He patiently answered my incessant questions. That same night, I went for a full mouth X-ray, and the next day, I was back for the actual implant. I have to go back in a month to for the crown. TEN out of TEN would recommend The procedure itself was incredible. It took just 50 minutes, and I felt zero discomfort throughout the entire process. After the implant, I had hardly any pain – just about 10 minutes of minor aggravation, and no infection whatsoever. It truly was a smooth and painless experience, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention I received. If you’re looking for an implantologist who combines skill, professionalism, and kindness, look no further

Negative experience: I visit this place twice and the second time was worst nightmare. They proceeded Exzosome injections while I was sick with the Influenza A,they didn’t tell about anything and the day when they inject me it’s start swollen and pain,I send them all reports of my current symptoms immediately they didn’t even offer me to come and follow up EMERGENCY and asap,they told me everything would be fine and this is normal. I’m shocked that they proceeded injection while I was sick and I had a virus,they didn’t care,I don’t know how they can call themselves a medical place.

Negative experience: I visit this place twice,first time it was ok,second follow up was worst nightmare,they make my arm much worse with the Exzosome infection while I was sick,instead of send me home and not provide the procedure. Or at least postpone when I wouldn’t be under medical care and medicine.And obviously sick! This place It is unprofessional and could risk your life,I’m not recommending this place,I never saw such an indifferent attitude towards patients. They even didn’t give a certificate of the product they injected.Even when i was at pain and swollen they didn’t offered to come on the same day to the clinic,I was forced to go to Fakeeh University Hospital for general check on my arm.

Negative experience: Bad consultation, over priced and horrible treatment. Was there over a year ago for their sculpt sure, paid 3000 dirhams for a single session. The technician left 5 mins into the treatment. Someone came to switch the torture machine off after 30 mins. That was it. Was extremely painful and showed absolutely no effect. They said it will take 6 weeks but even after 6 months there was absolutely no difference. Nada! They have no clue what they are doing. Stay away. No, run if you can. They just want your money.

Negative experience: I recently visited Gaga clinic and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. One of the most troubling issues was the lack of transparency with customers. There was no visible price list, and the staff seemed to give me prices randomly, which made me very uncomfortable. Clear and consistent pricing is crucial for building trust, and this clinic fell short in this regard. Additionally, when I did the IV drip, fusion one, the small injection, I requested the brand name or product name after my treatment to know what was injected into me. The staff took an unusually long time to provide this information, claiming that the therapists had left and no one else could assist me. This delay made me suspicious and concerned about the quality and safety of the treatment I received. The overall atmosphere was not welcoming, further adding to my discomfort. Not recommended to anyone

Negative experience: Worse clinic in dubai. 2 of their Russian cosmetologist destroyed my face. Very unprofessional, They don’t know how to do Botox. They have no experience to put filler. They did a lot of bruises. Please ladies RUN AWAY FROM this clinic

Negative experience: I’ve done a recent treatment for laser sculpture and noticed hard lumps in my abdomen I contacted the clinic after few days and they said it’s normal it will go It’s now been over 45 days and the lumps still exist Now when I reach out they say they will check with the doctor and get back to me but no one does Please don’t go to this place if you care about your body

Fantastic experience: I had my treatment done at gaga clinic! The clinic was beautiful and staff greeted me really well and helped with me book a treatment last minute with Dr Atefeh. I was seem immediately with no long wait time and the dr was so lovely and friendly and I explained to her my concerns and she was very sweet and understanding and performed really well treatment on me and I am over the moon with the results and very satisfied! I came from the Uk and had my flight the next day otherwise I would have done a lot more with her. I will definitely be back and considering doing more treatments with her. I Cannot recommend anyone else!! She is the best in Dubai!

Negative experience: it’s not polite to stand by the door and stare at people parked in front of the medical center. there was no sign on the parking i was in, there was nothing. but having the staff stand and stare until you leave is childish and immature. if there was something bothering you, and you didn’t want me to park (at 8:45 when your clinic closes at 9) you could’ve told me. rude and disrespectful, wouldn’t want to know how you’d treat your patients.

Negative experience: Very disappointing and frustrating schedule management! I have booked an appointment like a week back, and I was running 10mins late so I messaged apologizing and updating, and no one replied, then to my surprise as I arrive is that Dr will be anyway late and I had to wait another 30-45mins at least if not more for my appointment, and no one informed me! And when I said this is nonsense and I have a schedule after the appointment, they suggested to book me another day! I am coming all the way from office in Jebel Ali area driving 40mins in traffic so they tell me oh sorry let’s book you another day!!! Surely won’t waste my time even if the treatment was for free!!!

Negative experience: Not an great experience with them. I took Laser hair removal package with them. I initially took the package to book appointment on Saturdays (as it is weekend holiday for me) but suddenly they stopped doing so. Hence, it was hard to go on week days. Recently, After booking an appointment I was told my package has expired. I was never before told the deadline nor I was informed at reception about anything so. Waste of money for me as I wasn't able to complete my session and left with not satisfactory results. I am highly disappointed about there lack of professionalism.

Negative experience: So further to my below review. Even thou they burnt me and they don't have a refund policy so I decided to book my 2nd session before I went on leave. They booked it on the day of the appt Sangeeta calls me and tells me they are not willing to do my service if I don't remove the google review. I don't recommend this clinic at all. Had a bad experience doing the full body laser. They had brunt me on my thighs and during the session the laser therapist burnt some of my hair my head. My calls were ignored and then finally answered. After the session was done I had to apply the cream on my own for my entire body. My laser therapist was Lyudmila. Really bad service. Wouldn't recommend for laser hair removal. And the booking with the dermatologist is only booked after a month after they burnt me.
