Fantastic experience: I recently got a call from their call center about their new deals for laser so I told the lady that I wasn't interested but she tried to approach me in a very nice way that made me listen to her and indeed the prices were really good n I even considered getting laser from there all because of a good approach of the call center girl Rania!

Negative experience: مواعيد سئيه موعدي الساعه 4 العصر قسم الليزر وصلت المركز الساعه 3:50 قبل الموعد ب 10 دقايق وانتظرت لساعه 4:20 وقالوا لي في شخص داخل ويباخذ ساعه طلعت وتصلوا فيني الساعه 5 العصر رجعت لهم وطلع الشخص بعده مامخلص وقالت لي الموظفه بعد انتظر 5 دقايق وانتظرت لساعه5:45 كل شي عندهم انتظار 5 دقايق ضاع يومي وانا انتظر يخلصن هالخمس دقايق اعتذر بس المركز مب منضبط في المواعيد
