Fantastic experience: From start to end this place is what you’re looking for! Easy communication with the front desk who are very knowledgeable with insurance, and very helpful when it comes to booking and accommodations based on your schedule. Thank you Elizabeth and Princess for making it a smooth process. Easy parking since the office is located inside the mall, however instructions are also given by the front desk on how to access the office making it a very easy arrival. I’m sure all the dentists here are wonderful professionals, but my big thank you today goes to Dr.Wael, endo specialist. Very kind soul, who seems to really enjoy his work. Throughout the whole appointment he walks you thru, showing pictures and making sure all your questions are answered and clear. There’s a huge difference between a dentist who’s only there for work, and someone who actually wants to “save” your teeth and smile. Thank you Dr.Wael, assistants and all of you guys at Trio Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wael Arabi I would like to thank the doctor. I came from another doctor. Another doctor could not do my filling well and touched a nerve ending. Unfortunately, I had to have root canal treatment. Dr. Wael performed my root canal treatment and his recitation of Bismillah at every step made me feel at ease :) His hand is very light, calm and controlled, as if he was not performing any procedures, he is an expert and explained to me step by step what he did. I did not feel any pain. Since I will be flying in a week, it was very good for me that he finished it in one session. I did not have any problems afterwards. I can now chew on my teeth and press them, alhamdulillah. Thank goodness you exist, Dr. Wael. I would like to thank you for helping me get through this process quickly.

Fantastic experience: Chipped a tooth and located a cavity below on national holidays, staff were super supportive in getting me on a standby appointment and Dr. Max was super friendly and professional, in and out within 40 minutes or less. Only drawback is that my insurance (cirgna) is not linked to them and that's more of my problem if i want to deal with professional dentists who are not part of cigna network. Tip: assign some extra time for parking and navigating the mall and then towards business tower, spefially in weekdays.

Fantastic experience: I had my third root canal procedure with Dr. Wael Arabi, and I couldn't be more impressed. I first heard about him from a family friend, and from the moment I arrived at the clinic, Dr. Wael and his team were punctual, welcoming, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Wael took the time to explain the entire process clearly. He immediately performed an x-ray to diagnose my case and walked me through why the root canal was necessary, as well as what I could expect in the future. His communication was top-notch, both during the visit and even after hours, providing me with his contact details in case of any emergencies. This was my third root canal, and it was by far the smoothest. There was absolutely no discomfort during the procedure. I was also impressed by the advanced technology he used, like the x-ray machine and the specialized glasses I wore. The clinic was spotless, and the staff were very professional and friendly, which added to the overall positive experience. Recovery was just as Dr. Wael predicted—there was some discomfort for a few days, but no need for antibiotics, and the pain completely went away after the second session. Dr. Wael has become my permanent dentist after just one visit. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and caring dentist.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is very beautiful and the most important stuff is very professional. I went to few doctors and they couldn't find the reason of my pain.They managed to find the reason and in next appointments we will fix them. So far I'm very happy. It's little more expensive then other clinics but 100% worth the price.

Both dentists are fantastic, everything very well explained, very empathetic and know their trade - you are in very good hands. From now on my dentist of choice in Dubai. Fantastic experience: Thank you Dr Vladimir for the beautiful work. Dr Vladimir explains all detaills very specific. I did not have any pain and all problems resolved efficently. In addition Dr Vladimir share all suggestions how to protect all my teeth. The shade of white that is used perfectly matches my other teeth. The filling is not noticeable at all. The office staff is helpful and always smiled and happy to assist when I schedule appointments or have billing questions regarding insurence.

I met more impressive doctors who are also the kindest, most skillful and professional doctors Dr Yasmin and Dr Wael! They give me excellent care to treat my denal cavities and also root canal treatment. I am a person with bad teeth and visited many clincs around the world. Fantastic experience: Hands down best dental clinic in Dubai. Came in terrified, came out 45 minutes after with two dental fillings and a smile. Dr. Wael is amazing, I truly believe he would make the most nervous person relaxed and enjoy (if that's possible at the dentist) the whole process. Another thing, he actually wants to help, not just take your money and overcharge you with unnecessary treatments. Dubai Sky Clinic will be my choice from now on, no doubt. Two years with Dubai Sky Clinic and Doctor Wael, best clinic in the world, not just Dubai. I am actually looking forward to seeing my dentist. Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the treatment I have received from Dr Max and his team at Sky Clinic in Bur Juman. I first visited them during the 2020 pandemic, when a molar fractured suddenly while eating something hard. Even though most places were closed, I was able to get an emergency appointment for the next day. He dealt with the situation calmly and professionally, taking photos and discussing his recommendations with me afterwards. It was incredibly reassuring. I have seen him and his team several times since then, and each time I feel involved in my treatment. Everything is clearly explained and nothing unnecessary is suggested. As a result, my whole family now visit Sky Clinic. I highly recommend this clinic!

Negative experience: Dear, You are twisting my experience in your own words. You are making that claim based on my experience I had shared. I never said what you wrote. Instead of apologizing, you are claiming I am slandering which is not right. It appears to be threatening people who leave you a one star review as in my view claiming slander is a very serious allegation just for sharing my experience and I don't agree with this. Disclaimer: The purpose for this Google review is to share my experience only and not to slander as claimed by this clinic. I have deleted my previous review and decided to replace it with that general review which excludes the details of the bad experience I have had at the clinic. I was very clear in starting my review by saying it was not against the clinic, but I simply shared my experience with a dentist who used to work there. This is what reviews are for and it is not illegal to make use of them! The one-star review did not seem to sit lightly, and I got a response suggesting slander simply for sharing my experience! Obviously, I am not slandering anyone and it’s a surprise to receive such a response! I almost feel threatened as a result of leaving a review. Most businesses appreciate reviews so that they can improve! Some others even apologize which would be more appropriate! My tooth will never come back the way it was, and as such, I simply write that I had a very bad experience at the clinic that will stay with me for life! Often the psychological consequences are never considered when putting people through things. To be clear again, this is not slander but a sharing of my experience aka providing a review which is not illegal!! If you don’t want patients to provide their review, you should disable Google Reviews! And if review is enabled then it should be allowed to give a genuine 1 Star review without you taking an offense! People should be allowed to share their experience and others to take informed decisions. Just hope that Karma will do justice.

Fantastic experience: Had to see a dentist last minute due to pain in a tooth. They planned me only a few hours later with Dr. Farah. She was amazing. Excellent care, very gentle and good explanation about what and why she was doing certain actions. Nobody likes going to the dentist but Dr. Farah actually managed to make it a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service and experience from the friendly reception team from the moment I entered the clinic. Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at this clinic, very friendly and polite staff, they prepared all the necessary documents for my insurance and were always in contact with me if I needed anything. Very professional doctors, big thanks to dr.Wael, he’s done the difficult treatment of the root channel on one of my tooth even though the other doctors told me there’s no hope to save the tooth and I need to remove it. But thanks to the professionalism of dr. Wael, we managed to save the tooth. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my friends and family.

Negative experience: Horrible experience! Dr. Maximilian Riewer started a root canal procedure not only without my consent, but without even taking an X-ray. According by a German doctor in Europe, a healthy tooth that didn't even had any symptoms was killed. Reason why I had to make several complaints to several authorities. I am simply stating my personal experience and I do not recommend this experience to anyone. If they threaten their clients to file a lawsuit to every unsatisfied client, I wonder why they have "good" reviews. Disclaimer: This review does not have the intention of online defamation nor cyberbullying as stated by this clinic. The only purpose is to share my own personal experience to other google maps users and local guides.
Dear, Mr. Helmut. As per our records, your last visit with the clinic was 5 years ago. You've raised your complaint to the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and was dismissed. The 2017 review was removed as a result after sending a legal notification from our Lawyer for online defamation and cyberbullying. Since the case has been dismissed by the DHA and no proof of malpractice on our side, we require you to delete this review within 48 hours. If not, we will be compelled to file a lawsuit for online defamation and engaging in cyberbullying (Penal Law and Cybercrime Law of United Arab Emirates). Fantastic experience: Excellence is the word! At Dubai Sky Clinic you will find most experienced, friendly and professional staff you could possibly imagine. I came specially from Ireland to visit my favourite clinic in Dubai. I need to change my front crowns and fix my issue with bleeding gums from previous crowns done by another clinic. I felt very comfortable in hands of Dr. Yasmin Omran. She talked me through the process in detail and made me feel calm throught the procedure while carrying out the work very professionally. Throughout all procedures done so far it is clear that the team are highly skilled and trained professionals with much experience. After 8 years of feeling self conscious and insecure about my smile and unhealthy gums, Dr. Yasmin Omran have given me a reason to smile again. Fantastic experience: I have never seen such a strong skill and acumen in a doctor before. Was amazed to see Dr Rabih insist on the best interest of a patient even though he would have borne a loss. A doctor who puts the interest of the patient above his own interest will never be in a position to give wrong advice. Highly recommended to go to Dr Rabih for surgery or implant. His work was efficient with high preciseness and low recovery time. Clinic was quite clean with a friendly professional staff. Overall, i cant think of a better place to go for my treatment. Positive experience: The clinic location is good, in the business tower of the Bur Juman mall. The mall parking can be used when visiting the clinic. This location has many different dental services. The waiting area is nice but could get crowded. Dr Wael is very good and attentative. I would highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Dubai sky clinic has not only nice views but I like the vibes there. Receptionist are kind, nurses efficient and doctor in my case Dr. Maximilian Riewer super friendly and professional. He would explain every step of the process and make sure I am feeling ok. He took a picture before, in progress and final result of the tooth. If insurance pre approval needed they print hard copy and email pdf file. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I looove SKY clinic!! All the staff there. The receptionists are the nicest! Very understanding with all formalities and paperwork I have asked for. I have already met Dr. Maximilian Riewer. He is simply amazing! Then I met Dr. Wael Arabi who did my canal treatment. He is the most gentle, patient and calm doctor out there! He is as brilliant as Dr. Riewer. From my previous dental experiences (before sky clinic) made me feel scared of dentists. Although, I always went to regularly for preventative care to maintain my teeth healthy. It has always been important to me. Yet, I still ended up with a root canal treatment needed as my previous doctor didn’t do a good job. And I could tell. The Sky clinic proved me, there is another way of a true professional care and patient approach.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have Dr Yasmin Omran as regular dentist and we never had such a great expert to take care of us. We were many times disappointed with other clinics and dentist, over priced services, wrong diagnostic etc. With Dr Yasmin, we really feel in good hands and it has become a pleasure to come for regular checks or more complex “work”. She has been always very honest with us, giving us the choice, super hyper gentle. As Europeans and with high expectations persons :), we highly recommend Sky Clinic and Dr Yasmin Omran. Last but not least, underground parking is easy to access and the elevator is bringing you directly to the clinic!

Fantastic experience: I have chronic periodontitis and Dr. Yasmin’s treatment has been a life changer for me. For those who know or are affected by the disease, it is a chronic condition that has to be monitored and maintained at all time. I have tried doctors in multiple locations, Hong Kong, US and most recently in Dubai, Dr. Yasmin’s technique and results have been the most outstanding. First of all, Dr. Yasmin is extremely friendly, personable and completely thinks from the patient’s perspective. She makes you feel she is a trusted partner and you are both managing the situation together. Secondly, she uses the laser to treat affected gum tissues, which I experienced for the first time. The process is quick and seamless, and the results speak for itself. My gum has not felt this healthy in 10 years I am not kidding. The other doctors I have visited before use a more conventional surgical method, which I found to be more invasive. For anyone with a periodontal issue, I cannot recommend Dr. Yasmin enough. It will change your whole game.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience at Dubai Sky Clinic, the entire team does a great job at making you feel comfortable from the moment you enter to the second you leave. Dr. Maximilian was very friendly and took the time to explain every step of what he was doing which helped remove all of my fears (and for me that is saying something!)
