Negative experience: The worst clinic ever for laser and irresponsable to no limit ! I got my both leg’s skin burned since one year now the scars didn’t get removed, a real trauma ! I saw the burns instantly and requested the technician to stop she asked me to not worry it will get relieved, I didn’t feel the burn but apparently the machines they use are not good and the technicians not qualified and this what I was told from many dermatologists while doing sessions for the marks removal. Unfortunately no improvement so far and I’m still struggling. I tried to reach out to the manager since that time but she didn’t want even to meet or call after many tentatives with her team, they keep saying she is travelling and she will call. The only solution they gave is a peeling cream applied by their dermatologist and which I had to pay for !! I never share anything about any service but don’t want anybody else to go through what I had. Please avoid this clinic band don’t even try, for the laser specifically.

Fantastic experience: My friend recommended me to the Renew plus clinic. And I was really struggling from my acne I decided to visit the clinic start my treatment with the Dr Rita and it’s going amazing.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic for a HydraFacial and mesotherapy session, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The doctor was extremely unprofessional — she barely spoke or understood English, which made communication very difficult. She didn’t take the time to explain any of the steps involved in the treatments, and I was left confused and uncomfortable throughout the process. What concerned me most was how harsh she was with my skin. The procedures felt rushed and aggressive, leaving my skin irritated rather than refreshed. I expected a much higher standard of care, especially for treatments that require delicate handling and proper explanation. I do not recommend this clinic and will not be returning. I hope they seriously reconsider their approach to patient care and communication.

Fantastic experience: I came to this clinic because my friend recommended it. I was treated by Dr Rita and she administered Exosomes, Botox and Mesotherapy on me. She was very kind, gentle and her hands had the magical touch where she didn’t leave any scars and fully answered all of my questions. Highly recommend her and the clinic.

Negative experience: I was disappointed with my recent visit. The female receptionist was quite rude, she moved the payment machine too quickly, and when the transaction didn’t go through, she responded in an unprofessional tone with a look and said it hasn't going through. I asked her to try again, and as expected, it worked. She made it a bigger deal than it needed to be. The doctor who injected me didn’t smile or greet me, and seemed annoyed, as though she just wanted to get it over with. The only positive interaction was with a doctor at reception who kindly asked about my tattoo and offered removal options, she was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, aside from her, the service fell far below the exceptional customer care typically provided and expected in Dubai. I will not be going back! Also, be prepared for some upselling from reception that can feel a bit pushy.

Negative experience: Hello, I wanted to share some honest feedback about the microneedling treatment I received as part of the hydrofacial. The experience was extremely painful — to the point where it became unbearable. I was very surprised that no numbing cream was applied, considering the depth of the needling and the side effects I experienced (bleeding, swelling, and peeling). For a treatment of this intensity, I expected a more thorough and professional protocol. Also, the practician does not speak English, she was literally using Google translator to communicate with me. She only wanted to sell more services to me.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic last Monday. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. I would like to see the result of the dermapen first before i write this review. Anyway, I wasnt satisfied with the result of my dermapen. The aesthetician did my hydrafacial first and then derma pen. She didnt apply numbing cream on my face that made the procedure very painful. When i told her its painful she just replied by asking "painful"? Anyway i needed to bear that pain during the whole process. I didnt see any improvement on my skin at all. As a matter of fact the pores on my face looked even bigger than before. I think the hydrafacial and dermapen i did in other clinic was even better. For those people who would like to do derma pen or micro needling, think twice and do ur research.

Negative experience: Regarding medical services the trust is the most important thing but unfortunately i had a very bad experience with Renew clinic in so many ways I don’t recommend at all as they are so many good clinics working well in Dubai with professionalism and trust. I booked for a service at AED 500 and then when I arrived they try to play on the fear that The service won’t be good for me and try to sell me a service at 1700 trying to intimidate me in front of other clients then when you pay you have hidden fees as they annonce their full price at moment to pay you can have extra like VAT never mentioned before. I came with humility as any random client but their manners were not appropriate trying to make u feel uncomfortable. This was my experience

Negative experience: Despite dr maya being great! I personally wouldn’t come back there ever again! It is not my first time in the clinic and every single time they charge me extra the last few times i visited! Few weeks ago i went in for a masséter botox! We agreed on a certain amount on msgs! Then they proceed to charge me more saying she injected more! Who are you lying to?? Do i look dumb! I paid and shut my mouth and moved on with my day! I booked again for an underarm botox! For today! First they kept me waiting for 20 min in the cold room even tho the technician said oh only 10-15 min max! I wiped myself and went out to check whats happening! Turns out they dont even have the botox to inject me! Proceed to try and upsell me another alternative! No honey i came for a specific thing! Waited for an 1h 15 min ! Doctor was nice went out ( the manager tried to get me a hydra-facial as compensation ! I told her i cant do it my skin is sensitive and I’ve been on accutane! I wont do it! ) instead of at least lowering the price for me or do anything else they brushed it off( and no im not a cheap person who wants free stuff! I worked in customer service management and i know that in some situations! U have to keep the customers happy! Especially if they are nice! And i was nice and polite despite everything! And you took it for granted) after i left the doctors office and went for payment they proceed to charge me extra saying its vat!!!! Excuse me again do i look dumb to u! Who the hell does that! Without communicating with people in msgs and clarifying! Putting in the offer with fake prices!!! Which is illegal btw in case you wanna pull the legal part on me! Its called a SCAM! And no its not the 50 aed that i paid extra that is the problem! Its the principle of deceiving people! And treating them like garbage ! And btw that Moroccan receptionist needs to be fired or at least if you are so fund about keeping her train her on how to respect people! And talk nicely because i promise u! Somewhere else if you say to a client: i dont wanna say something that will upset u! As a threat! She will be fired effective immediately! And btw i have all the proof and the receipts of everything im saying!

Negative experience: Terrible experience.Always late by at least an hour to take you in.They overbook and don’t consider your time or health.Two weeks ago, I booked an appointment and explained I was traveling and needed the earliest slot. Today I showed up, waited 30 minutes, and the doctor never arrived. I had to leave without a touch-up — now one side of my face is slightly lower than the other. Everyone pretended not to notice except one honest nurse who said, “Yes ma’am, you need a touch-up.” When I said I couldn’t wait because of my flight, they basically asked me to wait and forget the flight. I asked to book after I return in 10 days — they said it’s not possible. Only after an argument did they admit it wasn’t my fault, but I still haven’t received a new appointment. I expect they might respond here to shift the blame to the costumer- but I have clear proof of exactly how this happened. This review is the truth.

From the minute i arrived i was welcomed by the lovely Chaima on reception, it was my first time getting any aesthetics done so i was nervous at first but instantly was made to feel at ease. Rita who did my hydrafacial did a fantastic job and took her time to explain the processes as she was doing it and WOW my skin has never looked so clear and glassy! Finally Dr Maya did my botox and made sure to answer any questions i had and reassure me which was lovely, it ended up being super pain free so i never had anything to worry about as a first timer! Negative experience: I had filler treatment to address facial asymmetry, but unfortunately, the results were disappointing. I noticed my face so imbalanced, so I requested a follow-up appointment to dissolve some of the filler. However, even after this second session, my face still didn’t look as expected, and the outcome was far from what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, I feel like I lost money without seeing any meaningful results. I also didn’t receive any offer of compensation or a solution to correct the issue. I am disappointed with the overall outcome and lack of resolution.

Negative experience: I have been going to this place for laser removal for a long time. My overall experience was okayish. The person who handles appointments on whatsapp needs to improve their attitude. She’s quite rigid with slots which i understand to some extent but a little flexibility and more accommodating attitude would go a long way. Yesterday when i asked her to book one of the available slot to which she said now someone else took the slot. I felt very frustrated. They need to improve their customer service
