As of January 2025, my last session was in August, and I’ve experienced minimal hair regrowth since then. I highly recommend the skilled therapists Marivic and Naaz for their exceptional care and expertise!

Fantastic experience: Very nice experience at Premium Cosmetic Laser Center, won a Red Carpet facial treatment voucher and managed to book an appointment although the voucher was about to expire, started my session on time and had an amazing treatment. Then found out that they have dental offers on The Entertainer, so me, my husband and kids tried the Dental Scaling and Polishing the dentist and nurse were very friendly, the place was very clean and all left the center with a white smile and agreed this will be the place we will always go to.

Negative experience: Last year, I visited premium cosmetic laser clinic based on a recommendation from a friend to see Dr. Naushig. Dr. Naushig is a highly professional and helpful doctor who truly cares about making her patients happy. Following my friend’s advice, I booked an appointment with her. After my initial consultation, Dr. Naushig referred me to Dr. Bassil for Invisalign treatment, as I wanted to correct the alignment of my teeth. During the scan, it was estimated that my treatment would take 12 weeks. Unfortunately, due to Dr. Bassil’s lack of attention and repeated mistakes, the treatment dragged on for a full year. Throughout the process, Dr. Bassil was often unresponsive and lazy. He repeatedly asked me to postpone treatments , and when I expressed my desire to finish the treatment on time, he gave me attitude and was dismissive. After 10 months of back-and-forth, he finally told me my teeth were “okay” and placed a retainer wire behind my upper teeth to prevent further movement. However, when Dr. Naushig reviewed the results, she found that my teeth were still not properly aligned. She had to remove the retainer, scan my teeth again, and request additional sets of aligners to improve the outcome. Thanks to her intervention, my teeth improved significantly. Today, as I completed one full year of Invisalign, I requested that both upper and lower retainers be placed to maintain the alignment. Dr. Bassil was dismissive once again. He only installed the retainer for my lower teeth and refused to place one for the upper teeth, citing “professional ethics” and his “experience” as reasons for his refusal. When I reminded him that he had done it previously, he simply said, “I changed my mind.” Despite Dr. Naushig’s insistence that he complete the procedure, he refused, spoke in an angry tone, and behaved unprofessionally throughout. I strongly advise against visiting Bassil for Invisalign treatment. He appears uninterested in his work, lacks attention to detail, and does not prioritize patient satisfaction. His dismissive and bad behavior made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged. Ultimately, I had to visit another clinic to fix the retainer for my upper teeth, incurring extra costs because of his refusal to complete the work. While the clinic itself is premium, and Dr. Naushig is an exceptional doctor, I cannot recommend Dr. Bassil. There are far better professionals and clinics to consider for Invisalign treatment. It would be great if the clinic’s management or owner could contact me to discuss this matter further.

Fantastic experience: Reception team is welcoming, prices are okay and plus they have monthly offers. Salon itself clean and cozy. I have done my first hair laser with ( I think Naaz). Polite and professional, hears your concerns and provide you with instructions, explanations as well. I do recommend this salon. I can see quite good results,it is 16 days after my session. My second session is going to be in middle of November, will leave the review as well.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Premium Cosmetic Clinic a few months ago after trying a couple of other clinics in Dubai over the passed few years and not being satisfied or comfortable to return. Premium Cosmetic was recommended to me, so I decided to give them a try. I knew I had some dental issues I needed to fix that l kept putting off as I had started to become anxious of visiting the dentist. From the first appointment Dr Noushig was professional, informative and friendly and throughout our journey she has made me feel nothing but comfortable, I have completely instilled my trust in her. She always communicated with me well, wether that was in the chair or out of the chair so I knew what to expect at all times. I can say I’m a completely different patient now because of Dr Noushig. We started a course of work together over several months, fixing several issues and finally ended with removing my previous veneers, replacing them with new and completely transforming my smile and dental health. Negative experience: i contacted them to get to know a price for a treatment. they told me to come for a consultation which cost 350aed. i dont pay 350aed just to get to know a price. i asked for the average price and session a client needs for the treatment. they told me again to come instead of answering my question. i asked again just get to know that it's too expensive but i saved 350aed. i am writing this review to save your 350aed. if you just want to know a price. ask for the average price a customer pays for the treatment you need. dont waste your money on consultation fees

Negative experience: I am very late in writing this review. I had a stretch mark removal last November and I am still having laser from another doctor to remove the pigmentation, it has been 9-10 months, I still have to go through sessions of 3 more painful treatments ( I had many sessions during this 9-10 months) which is all because of a one session of laser stretch mark removal from this company. Stay away from this place, is my recommendation, I came here for laser hair removal and later I decided to do stretch mark treatment, they gave an appointment with dr kinda, she is a child and you are her toy. we did one session of fraxel laser for stretch marks, we waited to see how skin reacted, she saw it, it was still very red but she said it looks very good, so it will heal and we will not have issues, so we decided to continue with other areas of the body while my buttocks was healing, but while they were putting the numbing cream on my legs, I didnt like the way she spoke about the treatment, she made it sound like it was a Childs play! ( This is our bodies and our health, you are such an irresponsible child kinda! ) while she was leaving she said let it numb and I will come back to you do the treatment and while she left, she said I have a very angry patient who is waiting for me ( she had done a wrong procedure on that lady too) I jumped out of the bed and I wore my dress and didnt do the rest of the laser and to my surprise my buttocks didnt heal like how we spoke with her, I had a brown dark patch for months, couldn't go to the beach, I paid a lot of money to another doctor to another clinic to remove it because when I went back to this clinic to question them and speak what can be done, I found the doctor who spoke to me so rude and she advised of a cream not allowed in Dubai to be brought in from Abu dhabi which can have side effects to be used to achieve a shorter brightening time. I found them very rude and irresponsible. They are after your money and only money! I dont find their approach to their business ethically right, please stay away from them, there are tons of other companies out there, with much better doctors. Please stay away..

Fantastic experience: Naaz is an artist in her profession. I’ve been here to see Dr. Ruba for fraxel laser which was extremely beneficial for my skins needs at the time. I was reluctant to see anyone other than Dr. Ruba because my skin is quite sensitive, dehydrated and acne prone, and I’ve had other dermatologists and estheticians damage my skin barrier by going in too harsh with treatments. When I read the reviews about Naaz she sounded very knowledgeable so I went for a minor carbon laser peel to give it a chance. Naaz is highly experienced; she worked in Kuwait for many years before coming to Dubai. She’s worked with some of the best in the business and it shows in her work (aka my skin). She doesn’t try to upsell anything, but if asked, she’ll give you her opinion on what will work for your skin goals and needs. However she’s also realistic about the progress that can be made. I truly appreciate her because she cares about her work and making people feel their best. I will continue to book in sessions with her monthly for as long as I reside in Dubai because my skin has never looked or felt better, and I’ve never been so confident in my own skin.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my front tooth that I never expected someone could fix until I meet DR NOUSHIG. She did an amazing job, my smile now is perfect and very natural in a level that nobody says I did something on my tooth. She is very kind, very professional and the most supportive dentist I ever met. She was sending me message to check how I was feeling and all the time making sure I was happy with the results. I highly recommend this place. The whole team is very professional and responsible.

Fantastic experience: Being pregnant, I wanted to get a cleansing and glowing facial done but only using organic ingredients that wouldn't be dangerous for the baby. The Organic Facial at Premium Cosmetic was great - we started with a light facial scrub, then skin scraping (very soft), then had my blackheads carefully extracted followed by a lemon aloe vera toner and a 10 minute red clay mask paired a with healing green light (super relaxing)! This facial was a simple yet elevated facial that is safe for pregnancy and effective. My skin felt softer for days after! Also regarding the service - the therapist Naz, was very gentle and explained every step to me in order to make me feel comfortable. She also offered me a gift with purchase (I could take home a few of the NAJEL organic skincare products they used, so I could try some of the steps myself!) I highly recommend this for any women with sensitive skin or who are pregnant/breastfeeding.

Fantastic experience: My daughter recommended I came to this clinic because she already had been treated here by Dr Noushig on the recommendation of her friend. She told me she had found Dr Noushig to be an amazing Dentist and that her manner was very warm and friendly. I suffer with chronic anxiety but to be honest I felt much less anxious once I met with Drs Yasser and noushig and the rest of the team. I found them to be courteous, helpful , respectful and kind. My case is complex and has involved many procedures and treatments, however I have been guided through the process with great skill and professionalism. I know for certain they saved me from serious dental and medical harm and are doing a marvellous job of carrying out the restoration of my teeth. These dentists really love their work and their staff work together to provide the best care for their clients. Hats off to them all

Fantastic experience: I did session later remove hair. It was machine was very nice and staffs are very kind. Also i could consult about dentist which i have problems. It was spontaneously but staffs are very kind and listening my voice and made solution. It was very helpful for me. it is super appreciated. Thank you so much. I am super recommend this clinic. I will come again.
