From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly kind and understanding. Negative experience: Very bad experience. For cavity pain, they scanned using xray and said that the pain is due to inner molar teeth push and told me that it should be removed. Somehow, I decided not to do that and instead filled the cavity and just left. Also they told me to come later to put a better cavity filling. The filling that they used was of low quality and it fell off after 2-3weeks. I don't understand what sortoff treatment is this. I went to another clinic to refill the cavity with 1/4 of what i spent here and it's all good now.

Negative experience: Not satisfied with my braces treatment results!!! (Previous Dr. Sundar) Well as I understood That the doctor who handled my case was leaving the clinic, so that made him rush through my treatment and lose his focus which is unacceptable and unprofessional, then he removed my braces before making sure that everything is done as planned, leaving me now with unfinished final steps and tilted back tooth. He didn't fix the tooth he was supposed to fix in the process, and I know that I still had a few more months to get the results I was looking for. Zero Care from the previous Dr. ** Update: Dr. Ajay took over my case now, well I'm looking forward to achieve the results I want, It been more than 3 years since I started the treatment. Hopefully I won't need to escalate my matter further. ...

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr. Junaid with severe pain and swelling of my upper left tooth. He made sure that I was pain free on my first visit and even after the first visit he was keeping track of my condition. I had a pain free root canal treatment with him. I highly recommend Dr. Junaid.

Fantastic experience: After a consult with Dr. Sugandhi, who recommended the best course of action for my broken tooth, I had my tooth extractions (before implants) done painlessly with Dr.Senthoor. Thanks to Dr Sabu in the Dentacare muroor branch for his help as well. Edit (24/4/24): Post 4 months, with regular checkups, Dr. Senthoor completed my implant procedure painlessly and with the utmost care. Post op weekly checkups were also done to check on the healing of the implant. Now, just waiting for the crown . Edit (25/8/24): I received my tooth crown, after the imprint was taken. Took about 5 days for the crown to be ready. Dr Senthoor and the team we're really supportive during the entire procedure from start to finish. Thank you dentacare.

Negative experience: Had my worst dental experience in this clinic. I visited in December 2019 (yes I should've left this review a long time ago!) and was treated by Dr. Nimme who I can only describe as being extremely rude and unfriendly. I've been to numerous dentists in my life and have never been treated the way she did. I came to her with a problem with a chip in my premolar of an already filled tooth and I mentioned to her about my concern about not wanting to have a root canal if it's too deep. The previous dr I went to did the following: 1. Scanned all my teeth 2. Took an xray 3. Told me how deep the tooth was and what the treatment plan and cost would be. Dr. Nimme did the following: 1. Scanned my teeth 2. Asked her assitant to pass on the tools required to start drilling. Now I was hesitant and kept telling her I did not want it to be a root canal because yes I need to be told how deep it is and other parts of the plan but she was rude and constantly reminded me who the dr. was and shut me up. Seeing how anxious I got after 1 hour of the treatment she finally decided to take an xray to check whether it was indeed a deep cavity (this SHOULD have been done in the beginning!!!). Towards the end when she saw how traumatised I looked (or so I assume), is when she started speaking a bit politely. Extremely unprofessional, unethical and downright rude. I only went to her because she was highly recommended by my mum's friend but I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. It was one of my most traumatic experiences. I only wish I had left this review sooner. Very sad to see such Dr's in the industry who get away with such behaviour.

Fantastic experience: I had a molar tooth extraction at Dentacare Hamdan on Aug 1st. I was bit nervous about the surgery and expected it to be very painful. Surprisingly, Dr. Senthoor did it like a breeze and was super quick. I was shocked seeing the tooth out in few minutes. Will extract the next one next week. I will highly recommend this clinic for dental care.

Fantastic experience: Had to undergo a dental surgery. The doctor was great, he explained the procedure before hand in detail and wrapped the whole process in an hour or so. No discomfort during the whole process. They even provided post surgery care. The service here is great and I would highly recommend Dentacare Center.

Fantastic experience: I had a severe dental pain, one of my friend suggested to go to Dentacare Hamdan branch. I rush to the clinic as a walk in. The Doctor was very busy with the appointment patients. I explained my situation to receptionist Bala. He was so kind and immediately he went & spoke to the doctor and accommodated me to see Dr. Junaid. Dr. Junaid handled well to relieve my pain immediately and started the treatment. Bala’s service is very good and Dr. Junaid treatment is very good. Overall I am very much satisfied with their services.

Fantastic experience: After visiting numerous dental clinics in Abu Dhabi, I can confidentially say that Dentacare is the best! I approached the clinic since my previous dentist (from another clinic) has travelled leaving me in pain and incomplete cavity clean up job and temporary filling. They accommodated me on priority basis given my case. Dr. Nimmie, assessed my issue, recommended the way forward, and explained all the steps in details. She performed two root canals absolutely pain free, and managed to fix two crowns which are seemless. She is very patient and assertive. On top of that, the staff are very helpful, and patients are always admitted on time. In a nutshell, outstanding treatment and service. I can now comfortably sleep at night and confidently smile throughout the day!

Negative experience: Very bad experience. I do not recommend visiting two extremely unprofessional dr: Nimmi and Sundar. The first, will scale and polish in JUST 5 minutes, leaving half the plaque on the teeth. The second, when fixing the braces, treats the teeth with acid and his assistant does not immediately remove it, and this is a very painful test. Also, when changing the arch, he cannot carefully open the locks, he does it painfully, pressing on your gum with great force and the bracket comes off. Be healthy

Fantastic experience: My daughter and myself got braces from Dr. Sunder. I must say he is very professional and very good at his work. He was always available and took extra care for all small things. He even motivated me to get the braces at the age of 43. I must say that he is man of his words. He committed my daughter that she will celebrate her 13th b’day without braces and he made sure to do the needful with extra efforts. My daughter’s smile and face has completely changed though I am still waiting for mine. Will highly recommend Dr. Sunder, Denta Care for orthodontic treatment.

However, Dr Nimmie has always made sure there was little to no pain throughout her treatments. She has always made sure to inform me or my guardian what treatment I was getting and why. Very pleased with her and her nurses' care and friendliness.

I am very pleased by the services provided by Dr.Nimme and her assistant. *I highly recommend Dr.Nimme for anyone who plans to get an Endocrown treatment.* I had previously done a root-canal treatment but in a different hospital and I thought I would be experiencing the same processes here, but I was very amazed by Dr.Nimme's professionalism, her patience during the process, her sincere advices and I appreciate the easy-to-understand explanations she gave of the processes done and why it was done ! Endocrown treatment Process : This type of root canal treatment is done with the utmost care and over a longer period time compared to the normal root-canal treatment which is done within few appointments. In this treatment (Endocrown) only the damaged parts of the tooth are removed and the remaining good tooth is preserved. Unlike other root-canal treatments where there is little to no tooth left after the treatment procedure (because even the remaining good tooth is removed).
