Beautify Me Medical Center

Negative experience: I came to this clinic for a laser removal of old micropigmentation, mainly because the price was more affordable than in other places. Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired, and I hope this feedback can help the team improve. When I arrived, the reception felt cold and unwelcoming. A friendlier and more attentive approach at the front desk would already make a big difference in the overall experience. During the procedure, the technician asked me to lie down and started right away — without any prior explanation, cleaning of the area, or numbing cream. It all felt rushed, and as a client, I would have appreciated more communication and preparation. This wasn’t my first time doing this type of procedure, so I know that the laser used can be painful. I did my best to stay still, but I had some natural reflexes from the discomfort. Instead of patience, I felt judged, which made the experience even more stressful. I truly believe that with a bit more care, communication, and empathy from the staff, the clinic could provide a much better experience. I personally wouldn’t return, but I hope this feedback is taken into consideration for future improvements.

Fantastic experience: I had tried other types of laser before and never really saw results, but after 4 sessions here, I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve seen a real difference. The results are amazing, and I couldn’t be happier. Also, all the girls are incredibly kind and professional they always make me feel comfortable and cared for. I truly recommend this place 100%!

Fantastic experience: My first visit to this clinic and my experience has been amazing. From the receptionists and to the therapist Katreen who did my Hydrafacial and HIFU. Katreen has been very attentive and explained to me the process of the treatments. Will definitely come back again for my facials with Katreen.

Positive experience: I’ve used HIFU before and found this clinic much better. The therapist gave a detailed explanation of the procedure and suggested other things that might compliment in the future which was great but not pushy :) She seemed very controlled and knowledgeable. It showed some instant results and as I already know - it will get even better over the next few months. I took the offer and will return for the next 2 sessions. Try it !!
