Fantastic experience: Dr. Rasha was amazing — very professional and I’m extremely happy with the results of my dental treatment. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. However, I do have a concern regarding the clinic’s communication. Before my visit, I called to ask if my insurance would cover the treatment, and I was told it would. After the procedure was completed, I was informed that my dental coverage had already been used. This is something that should have been communicated clearly before starting the treatment to avoid any confusion or unexpected charges

Positive experience: The clinic is very conveniently located and a well maintained facility. All the staff are also very welcoming and are willing to facilitate the patients. Dr. Faredha Haaris is a very capable and skilled practitioner. She handled my daughter very well for all the 3 treatments we performed with her. Considering that the treatment was partially not covered by insurance, she also gave me a very good discount at her discretion which reduced the cost of the treatment significantly. All in all, we are very satisfied with the service we received at this clinic and will recommend it to others.

No tears, no pain and my cavity fixed like was never there. Felt comfortable since the moment I walked in. Staff are friendly and you feel you are a priority for them. I walk in earlier and they stop what they were doing to greet me. A good dentist, comunicative and transparent about treatment.
