Negative experience: ABSOLUTELY AVOID. This is the worst possible experience you can ever have in a “medical center”. The (supposed) manager Dalia Adel was EXTREMELY rude, had an absolutely horrible attitude, and told me she didn’t care that they made me wait for an hour and a half. I arrived at 3:30pm for an appointment, they made me check with the dermatologist at 3:30pm to determine the course of action. After that, they made me wait for 1:30hours until 5:00pm sitting in the waiting area. Once they finally made me go into the treatment room, the technician called the same doctor that I had the original consultation with (1:30hours before that) and he determined they could not do my session in the end. I asked what did they mean, and the doctor proceeded to ask me if I had any moisturizer or creme or substance on my skin 1:30 hours before that moment, when I did the original consultation with him, and after I responded that of course no, he proceeded to tell me that he had not checked my skin at 3:30 (yes he had, under a magnifying glass and special lights). During the wait, multiple people kept coming to ask the same questions over and over about a treatment that was supposedly decided by the doctor, clearly showing that they were not speaking to each other, or taking notes or reading my file. They called, messaged, whatsapped and generally became extremely pushy to get a confirmation of the original appointment even after I had confirmed over whatsapp. They even called to confirm why I wasn’t in my appointment when I was already sitting in their waiting area. Absolute disaster, zero communication, not professional at all. First and last time in my life that I am writing a negative review, this is how terrible the experience, service and customer care is.

Negative experience: I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The reception staff at this clinic, particularly the Arab lady I dealt with today, was very unprofessional. Her attitude was unfriendly, and she didn’t take the time to explain the prices clearly. When I mentioned that I had an Esaad discount, she told me the price would actually be higher with the discount, which made no sense. I ended up paying more without any proper explanation. This kind of service is disappointing, and I honestly hope I don’t have to deal with her again in the future.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. They are actually trapping new customers. Telling a lie at the time of appointment then trapping and selling them high price stuff and force patients to buy from them.

Negative experience: I have been getting treatment for almost two months and I didn’t find result the doctor told me “buy a package for dermapen” and I ask if it would genuinely work because I have been getting treatments before and I just want results. During the session he kept on promoting this cream and that treatment even after telling him I’m not interested he was pressuring me. After the dermapen treatment I was asking him if it’s targeting my problems he said it’s for “glow” and didn’t explain the medical names for the needles he wanted to use even after asking him multiple times his answers are only “glow” or “tightening”. My main problems have not been treated.

Negative experience: I had an appointment for laser session My waiting time was 30mins plus Didn’t love the time management i book my appointment 2 days ago still i have to wait then useless booking before.. the customer service so so bad they don't give you respect like they treat me free of cost very bad experience then 1 lady told me by mistake they book you another machine with another nurse always same excuse this time i have 0 tolerance almost 2 years am taking service here but still the same they treat me am not paying this is my last visit in hermosa clinic..
